The Role:
As the Principal Sales Strategist on our Strategic Consulting Services team, you will be instrumental in driving sales excellence across our global strategic and enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with sales leaders—CROs, VPs of Sales, and RevOps teams—to tie 6sense’s predictive intelligence to core sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, and other sales motions. You will help shape and deliver strategies that maximize 6sense’s impact on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Advisory:
  • Advise sales executives on integrating 6sense into sales methodologies like MEDDIC and MEDDPICC to optimize pipeline efficiency and deal conversion.
  • Provide strategic insight on how to leverage 6sense to build and sustain high-quality sales pipelines.
  • Tailor go-to-market strategies, aligning 6sense with core sales processes, to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
Sales Enablement & Kickoff Support:
  • Lead sales training sessions, including sales kickoffs, to ensure teams understand how to use 6sense’s platform to accelerate sales cycles and close more deals.
  • Develop and deliver content that aligns sales processes with 6sense data insights, helping teams predict buyer behavior and prioritize prospects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with sales leaders, marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of 6sense into sales workflows.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and communicate growth opportunities based on sales data.
Sales Leadership:
  • Drive organizational change within client sales teams by embedding data-driven decision-making and optimizing sales processes with 6sense’s predictive insights.
  • Act as a thought leader in the sales community, participating in industry events, creating content, and sharing best practices for sales optimization with AI-driven tools.
Practice Growth:
  • Oversee practice operations, including recruiting and developing talent to support the growth of our sales consulting services.

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 10+ years in sales or sales consulting roles, with a focus on sales strategy, enablement, and operations.
  • Proven experience implementing and optimizing sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and MEDDPICC.
  • Experience leading sales kickoffs and delivering impactful training to sales teams.
  • 3+ years managing teams with a demonstrated track record of leadership.
Sales Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of sales motions, including account-based selling, opportunity qualification, and buyer engagement.

Base Salary Range: $144,075 to 211,310. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Purpose of the Job
 

As the first UX Engineer fully dedicated to the 6sense design system (6DS), you will help build an enterprise-level design system that elevates our products and improves team efficiency. In addition to acting as the technical liaison between UX and Engineering, you will deliver design system components that are easy for designers and developers to use. All of our engineers will continue to contribute to 6DS alongside their designer counterparts, but this front-end engineering role will play a unique role in helping to seamlessly bring together the concerns of both development and design. 

This is not a designer or project manager role. If you are a Senior Frontend Engineer with experience leading efforts within a Design System team to plan, code, document, and deliver components, then this may be a great opportunity for you.

  • Build reusable, single-source-of-truth (SSOT), accessible UI components in React, including design tokens and code-focused Storybook documentation.  
  • Ensure components are built for scalability, so that they can be extended as needed over time.

Purpose of the Job

The Sr. Manager, Solutions Consulting will manage a team of Strategic Solution Consultants and potentially managers in support of sales to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success. They will lead the technical role in their segment supporting sales activities, making both strategic and tactical decisions for their teams. They will ensure tight alignment between field sales and other organizations within 6sense. 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

  • You will lead and manage a team of Strategic Solution Consultants and potential managers in support of sales to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success
  • As the Sr. Manager of Solutions Consulting, you will set both the strategic and tactical direction of your SC team, based on the direction of the SC organization and the greater company objectives.
  • Guide the growth and development of your SC team(s) and work closely with sales leadership and CS counterparts.

  • Manage a team of Solution Consultants in a dedicated Segment helping to ensure sales and customer success

The Role:

Purpose of the Job

Base Salary Range: $55,000 to $85,000. The Role

Job Purpose 

The PS Operations Manager is responsible for building, optimizing and managing the operational processes of the PS team. This individual will create and streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure the successful sales and delivery of professional services to our customers. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic goals of the PS organization and will act as a partner to the PS organization, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to deliver against key initiatives and programs using project management methodologies. 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

Operational Excellence 

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the PS team, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently (includes Project Resourcing, Portfolio Health, Comp and supporting metrics/processes) 
  • Develop and standardize PS processes to ensure consistency and scalability 
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team 
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for all PS deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction 
  • Create and maintain documentation across PSOps and contribute to broader initiatives 

Project Coordination 

  • Support strategic initiatives and programs using project management methodologies to improve customer onboarding and adoption 
  • Partner with Analytics to develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer success efforts 
  • Report on performance metrics to leadership and provide recommendations for improvement 
  • Support SVP, Professional Services and Senior Director, CSOps to partner across GTMOps to deliver world class end customer experiences 

Resource Management 

  • Assist with management of resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of the PS team and timely delivery of client projects 

Budget Management 

  • Support with the monitoring and management of the PS budget, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and budget constraints 

Tool and System Management 

  • Support the tools and systems used by the PS team, ensuring they are effectively supporting operational needs 
  • Support the selection, implementation, and management of PSA tools (e.g. Kantata) and technologies 
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools with other systems (e.g. Salesforce, support systems) 
  • Support PS on delivery of Kantata roadmap and milestone management 
  • Support successful delivery of PSOps workflow via project management software (e.g. Asana) 

Data ManagementandAnalysis 

  • Partner with Analytics to manage and analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the PS leadership 

Case Management 

  • Triage, manage and complete cases in GTM case workflow 
  • Provide guidance and oversight to PSOps Analyst 

Performance Measurements 

  • Successful delivery of declared strategic initiatives and programs 
  • Effective collaboration with other departments, as evidenced by successful joint initiatives and feedback from stakeholders 
  • Consistency in following standardized processes and adoption of best practices across the team 
  • Accuracy and relevance of data and insights provided to the PS team and leadership 
  • Effective guidance to PSOps Coordinator, as evidenced by feedback 
  • SLA adherence on GTM cases and increased productivity of the PS team 

Educational & Experience Requirements

Role Purpose:As the Lead UX Writer at 6sense, you will lead content design and strategy across all products in the 6sense portfolio. Educational and Experience Requirements

Educational and Experience Requirements 

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning model development, AI solution design, and deployment.  
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, Pytorch or Tensorflow.
  • Hands on experience with NLP and large language models (LLMs).
  • Proven experience in leading the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions to solve complex business problems.  
  • Proficiency in advanced statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques, along with the ability to derive insights from unstructured data.  
  • Expertise in developing customized models, applying advanced machine learning algorithms, handling complex data sets, and leveraging ensemble learning.  
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a track record of contributing to advancements in the field of data science.

Base Salary Range: $155,636 to $228,267. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, experience with various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, proficient knowledge in data storage solutions, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Experience working with Big Data teams is highly preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.

Utilize BI tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Manage and optimize data storage solutions to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including business users, data engineers, and data scientists to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Work closely with the Big Data team to integrate and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, BI tools, and data storage technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Strong understanding of data storage solutions including relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience working with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to

translate complex data into actionable insights.
