The Role

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our growing Sales Team in Switzerland!

We are looking for an experienced, quota-carrying sales professional eager to help drive Addepar’s expansion in the Swiss market and establish us as the financial platform of choice for the wealth management industry. As one of the first hires in this region, the Account Executive will play a key role in driving new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) by engaging with RIAs (Registered Investment Advisors), Single and Multi-Family Offices, and Private Banks.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth in a new region, helping to shape Addepar’s presence in Switzerland and the broader DACH region. You will work closely with our global sales, marketing, and product teams to build relationships with key financial institutions and drive the adoption of Addepar’s platform.

What You’ll Do

At Addepar, you will have the opportunity to reshape the industry and usher in a new era of technology innovation across the Wealth Management Sector for Wealth Managers and Family offices. This role is for someone who has shown to be a thought and execution leader, partnering with the client and your Addepar colleagues to ensure a world-class client experience throughout the entire client journey from pre-sale to post-sale. This role allows the candidate to be both a student and teacher as we work together to deliver a new paradigm across global wealth management. 

The Account Executive is expected to own and drive the strategy for this sector and lead the sales cycle with a cross-functional team. 

  • Develop a strategic sales plan to effectively cover key accounts in your assigned territory, including Swiss and European financial institutions.
  • Manage lead qualification and conversion from large financial firms, focusing on Private Banks, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers.
  • Proactively prospect and build new relationships with named accounts, establishing Addepar as a trusted solution.
  • Travel as required to meet with prospects and clients and attend marketing events across Switzerland and Europe (approximately 40-50% travel, depending on local guidelines and business needs).

Who You Are

As a proven account executive, you will likely have demonstrated ability in sales or the equivalent degree of expertise in a similar environment. We are only interested in individuals with a genuine passion and consistent track record for building and delivering extraordinary client outcomes.

  • Significant experience in software sales, particularly within the financial services industry, and a strong track record of success.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to wealth managers, RIAs, or financial institutions, particularly in Switzerland or the broader European market.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products, the ability to deliver engaging product demos, and the intricacies of SaaS business models.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English and German (French or Italian is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead the Reference Data Team in the UK, a critical component of the Addepar Platform team. The Addepar Platform is a comprehensive data fabric that provides a single source of truth for our product set, encompassing a centralized and self-describing repository, API driven data services, integration pipeline, analytics infrastructure, warehousing solutions, and operating tools.

The Reference Data Team is responsible for the acquisition, conversion, cleansing, reconciliation, modelling, tooling, and infrastructure related to the integration of market and security master data from third-party data providers. The team is critical to our core business, enabling alignment across public and alternative investment data products and empowering clients to effectively manage their investment portfolios.

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team to deliver complex engineering projects using a modern and diverse technology stack, including PySpark, Python, AWS, Terraform, Java, Kubernetes, microservices, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the technical direction in close alignment with your product counterparts, direct engineering peers in other regions and the wider engineering community.
  • Build and manage a team of exceptional engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that meet client requirements on time.
  • Lead a team to build frameworks that supports highly performant ingestion and distribution of financial data.
  • Advocate for standard methodologies, find opportunities for automation and optimizations in processes to increase throughput , latency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain efficient process controls and accurate metrics that improve data quality as well as increase operational efficiency

    Who You Are 

    • 2+ years of proven experience leading engineering teams, 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience as an individual contributor.
    • A computer science degree or equivalent experience.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Prior experience with distributed systems, microservices and messaging queues.
    • Working knowledge of at least one object oriented programming language (PySpark, Python, Java), relational databases, SQL and data pipelines
    • Knowledge of financial concepts (e.g., stocks, bonds, etc.) is helpful but not necessary
    • Passion for the world of FinTech and solving previously intractable problems at the heart of investment management is a plus

The Role

We are currently seeking a Group Product Manager to join our Data Enablement team!

Data Enablement's mission is to empower Addepar’s employees and clients with a scalable Operating Platform, inclusive of new workflows, products, and cloud-based tooling that works seamlessly across multiple regions. The team provides interdisciplinary product management, helping Engineering teams increase their impact and implement solutions that:

  • Elevate the platform user experience
  • Reduce operational risk
  • Enable Addepar’s growth in new and existing markets

The DE team is driving Addepar's transition from legacy tools and processes to a more scalable global operating model.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the gold standard for developing requirements that transform raw market data into functional content on our platform.
  • Be a “player-coach”. Lead by example and manage a team of PMs building the future of market data at Addepar.
  • Design and implement prioritisation frameworks and processes. Ensure that work is aligned with business goals and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Addepar’s market data products and workflows. Use this knowledge to make strategic decisions and drive new and innovative opportunities to improve client experience.
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality, timely, and reliable data product solutions, including the onboarding of new data feeds, development of data assets to support new product lines, and optimisation of operational procedures.
  • Build consensus across R&D to prioritise increments of work based on level of effort, interdependencies, and other relevant criteria, with a focus on delivering new market data content, improving data quality, and enhancing controls and entitlements.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience and education that demonstrate proficiency in product management, market data, and user workflows.
  • Domain knowledge/expertise regarding market data processing workflows, financial products, and data models.
  • Solid understanding of agile and lean principles, with the ability to apply these principles to lead teams and drive delivery.
  • A creative (non-dogmatic) approach to projects, willingness to experiment, and ability to guide teams toward activities and processes that best suit project goals.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for achieving objectives, including the selection and implementation of tools and techniques.
  • Ability to perform Project and Scrum Management tasks such as task assignment, ensuring designs and requirements are ready when needed for work to begin, leading agile ceremonies, coordinating dependencies across functions, setting expectations with Account Managers, etc)
  • Ability to set your team up for success through leadership, sense of purpose, accountability, and initiative.

The Navigator team at Addepar is growing!

Navigator is a quantitative liquidity risk projection tool that is one of the key components of Addepar's multi-product ecosystem. Brought into the Addepar family as part of an acquisition in 2021, Addepar has continued to double down on investing in this critical add-on, as we've scaled well beyond the multi-million ARR goal first set for this product line.

As we continue to scale, a need has opened up for a Senior Frontend Engineer who would bring to bear their unique expertise with the existing Engineering team, with exciting opportunities to extend the scope for this role longer term, as the product continues to push onward into future global expansion mode.

The Role

R&D Operations (‘R&D Ops’) plays a key role at Addepar by coordinating, supporting, and optimizing how teams work within the R&D organization. What You’ll Do

  • Drive a prioritized portfolio of R&D Initiatives, and lead a team of Technical Program Managers, supporting their delivery and development, in line with our mission and vision.

The Role

  • Work in partnership with product managers and technical partners to identify requirements and priorities, and map out solutions for challenging technology and workflow problems.
  • Gain foundational knowledge of core Addepar systems, including the Addepar Data Lakehouse. Use these insights to inform a strategic approach for AI/ML Ops, and Data Governance infrastructure.
  • Create platform-based solutions for the creation, tuning, and deployment of Machine Learning and AI solutions
  • Reduce complexity through the adoption of strategic data architecture and workflows
  • Unlock data value through the enablement of data governance outcomes

Who You Are

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience and education that shows proficiency in platform development, particularly in enabling Machine Learning and AI outcomes.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the software engineering field.
  • A confident and positive outlook with low ego; high degree of ingenuity, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a cloud context, with automated infrastructure and service oriented architecture.
  • Experience with Data Governance initiatives

The Role

As part of Addepar’s Go To Market team, the BDO - Custodian Relationships (“the Role”) manages and expands relationships within Wealth Tech consulting teams at leading Americas based custodians (“Custodians”). These firms wield significant influence over Wealth Tech buying decisions by RIAs and other wealth managers. More specifically, the Role is responsible for driving engagement and education with key collaborators (both internal and external) as a means to source referrals and shepherd them through the sales cycle in partnership with other GTM personnel.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry innovator in the Wealth Tech space as well as a dynamic team that enables the ecosystem surrounding Addepar’s industry changing/leading software platform! Like other members of Addepar’s Partnerships team, you will drive strategic alliances and cultivate relationships to enhance our market reach and deliver additional value to our clients. A key component of the Role is traveling to industry events as well as in-person meetings with a broad range of Custodians personnel to help them develop a deeper understanding of Addepar’s products and services.

The Role

We are currently seeking a senior backend software engineer to join Addepar in our data imports team! This team is passionate about handling large volumes of data, and the engineering challenges in building the distributed systems responsible for automated data ingestion and transformation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use the newest technology stacks to build the next generation of the entire data, computation, API, and research platform of Addepar. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $125,000 - $195,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.
  • Lead individual project priorities, deadlines, and solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers and partners on projects.
  • Communicate technical ideas and set direction on projects with a focus on solving business challenges.
  • Mentor other engineers on the team.
  • Document software functionality, system design, and project plans; this includes clean, readable code with comments.
  • Promote engineering standard methodologies and principles.

Who You Are

  • B.S., or M.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field of study (or equivalent practical experience.).
  • Demonstrated ability as a professional software engineer and experience with any object-oriented programming language. Expertise in Java is a plus.
  • Experience in building and evolving large-scale, impactful distributed systems.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, OLAP, and/or data lake architectures.
  • Strong AWS knowledge and architectural experience is a plus.
  • A strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems.
  • Passion for implementing standard processes with a bias toward smart automation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other engineers.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience working in the field of Product Design, UI/UX Design, or equivalent.
  • A portfolio showcasing solid user-centered design practice and a high degree of design craftsmanship.
  • Experienced in crafting web product and UI for enterprise users.
  • Ability to translate complex sets of requirements into sophisticated and scalable design solutions.
  • Curiosity driven learner who can get up to speed on new domains and product challenges quickly.
  • Outstanding collaboration, communication, and presentations skills.

  • Experience working with Figma, our primary design tool.
