Allegis Global Solutions is hiring a Remote RPO Sales/Solutions Executive

Job Description

The RPO Solutions Executive is pivotal in driving new business success across North America by implementing product business development and account strategies. This role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The position demands a high level of daily activity to manage the full lifecycle sales process. Key responsibilities include collaborating with executive management to develop systematic sales plans and processes to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the Solutions Executive will partner with Business Development Executives to build a robust pipeline and increase market share by securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving new business success of the RPO product line, including ensuring the execution of business and account strategy.
  • Develop and manage robust pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the RPO Business Development Executives to qualify opportunities and deliver recommendations/solutions to new and/or existing customers.
  • Work closely with our Lead Generation, Marketing team and other Allegis Group companies to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Secure meetings and travel to meet with C-Suite, VP and Director level contacts to discuss their RPO and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Designs and presents technical resolutions for RPO Solutions.
  • Develop relationships with high level executives and offer consultative approach to customers as it relates to Human Capital Acquisition activities.
  • Clearly present the capabilities and value proposition of Allegis Global Solutions.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, negotiating contracts, developing pricing models, and defining scope for RPO engagements.
  • Play the critical role in identifying and closing RPO opportunities in a consultative fashion.
  • Assist in the gathering, documenting and delivering of client agreed upon expectations.
  • Work with the Operations and Implementation leadership to ensure go-live dates for new and expansion engagements are set appropriately and attainable. 
  • Travel as necessary to support customer activity at key accounts.
  • Participation in industry conferences/summits.
  • Support the full life cycle BD process and work closely with peers and/or Sr. Solution Executives to close an opportunity once it is qualified.
  • Recognize and respond to integrated talent opportunities that incorporate AGS’ RPO, MSP & Procurement Solutions service offerings.
  • Manage the sales cycle and work closely with Bid Management and a cross-functional team to win new business.
  • Track and monitor all opportunities in CRM (Salesforce)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Business Development experience, 5+ years within the RPO industry
  • Proven track record closing enterprise RPO opportunities
  • Proven ability to work within a strong culture that has established BD processes.
  • Proven solution sales experience and results
  • Ability to build a diversified global sales plan
  • Experience working with multiple internal functional leaders to collaborate on the solution design in support of our integrated sales process
  • Experience working (and performing) independently and within a team environment to manage all aspects of a sales cycle
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships
  • Ability to think creatively in order to influence and shape client business decisions

The Sr. Business Development Executive oversees the business development team, and bears leadership accountability for QuantumWork Advisory's attainment of its sales targets. In addition, this role designs and deploys QuantumWork’s partnership ecosystem, serving as the commercial primary point of contact for all partners across the organization. 

The Sr. BDE will play a pivotal role in leading and empowering a talented sales team to achieve unprecedented success. As hands-on leaders, they will not only oversee the team's day-to-day operations but also actively engage in driving revenue through their own direct sales efforts. With their strategic mindset and exemplary sales skills, they will spearhead initiatives to penetrate new markets, foster existing client relationships, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with key partners to expand the partnership ecosystem.

  • Work to generate leads and opportunities via channel customer base. 

  • Provide strategic insights to accelerate growth and innovation within the organization.

  • Chart the course for sustainable growth, ensuring continued success in a competitive market landscape. 

  • Work closely with Marketing on lead generation campaigns leveraging internally developed content, panels and events. 

  • Secure meetings to meet in person or virtually, C-Suite, VP and Director level contacts to discuss their talent acquisition digital and service design strategies and transformational opportunities. 

  • Own the end to process of building compelling sales presentations with the support of SME’s, Executive Leadership and Marketing. 

  • Own and proactively manage the end-to-end business development cycle. 

  • Manage the customer pursuit process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win new business. 

  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships at all levels. 

  • Partner with Allegis Group companies where applicable to identify and qualify new opportunities 

  • Track and monitor all opportunities in CRM  

  • Work with Senior Executives to maintain and develop senior level relationships with strategic partners including Consulting, SI and SaaS companies, and their sales and marketing teams. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management, or equivalent experience 

  • Previous experience in the recruitment, executive search and/or corporate human resources industries preferred 

  • Experience in a BD roles successfully targeting CHRO’s and Talent Acquisition leadership within the Fortune 1000. 

  • Proven ability to work within a strong culture that has established BD processes 

  • Experience working with multiple internal functional leaders to collaborate on the solution design 

  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships 

  • Ability to think creatively in order to influence and shape business decisions for clients 

  • Strong written and verbal/presentation skills (to include the ability to effectively present to large customer groups 

  • Proven ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines 

  • Anticipates needs and works proactively 

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time 

  • Participation in industry conferences/summits including speaking engagements
