We help startups with protocol & smart contract engineering, high-performance trusted data feeds (oracles), and awesome developer tools (SDKs/APIs).
Since we started in 2016 we’ve had a chance to contribute to the development of many top projects in the blockchain ecosystem, including Maker, Chainlink, Tezos, Gnosis, The Graph, Filecoin, Synthetix, Avalanche and more. Apart from that we are running one of the biggest indexer nodes in the Graph Network, participating as bridge relayers and validators helping projects and networks to further decentralise their infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in marketing, growth, or product marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or startup environments
- Proven expertise in managing multi-channel demand generation, ABM, and content marketing
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in using data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with tools like Bing/Google/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, WordPress, ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, Snov.io, and other digital platforms
- Knowledge of Web3 tools (Etherscan, Ethermail, Hypelab, Dune, AdEx, Coinzilla, Slise, Addressable, Fuul, Layer3, Boost, POAP, Guild, PartyDAO, Warpcast, Debank, Frens, Towns, Orb Club, etc.) would be a huge plus
- High level of ownership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Comfortable managing complex projects, with a structured approach to ambiguous problems
- Startup experience in venture-backed environments
- Web3/DeFi experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand, audience, and business goals.
- Implement the latest social media trends and best practices to innovate and enhance the company’s presence.
- Craft comprehensive marketing strategies that align with growth objectives and market needs, focusing on both product and brand marketing
- Create multi-channel demand generation campaigns including Email, LinkedIn, X(Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Farcaster, Ethermail, digital advertising (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Bing, Brave, Etherscan, Slide, Relayer, Coinzilla), and events
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies
- Conduct competitor and market research to enhance product positioning and inform the marketing strategy
- Develop persona-specific messaging and create high-impact content and sales enablement resources
- Manage paid marketing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other social platforms.
- Regularly run experiments to improve ROI and report on campaign performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing tactics, experiment with new growth strategies, and optimize the marketing tech stack.
- Build and manage full-funnel pipeline reporting, sharing insights to accelerate learning cycles.
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with company goals, driving mutual growth through collaborative initiatives, joint marketing efforts, and continuous relationship management.
