The Role 

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will typically be the first voice a potential Anaplan client will hear. You will be our first impression; you’ll essentially be the person who matters the most. 

When you connect to your target, you will deliver a message of an easier way to do business, planning, forecasting, modelling and budgeting. You will follow-up on and create qualified leads, learn how to sell using Account Based Marketing techniques, build rapport, nurture relationships and schedule initial meetings and demonstrations for the direct sales force with enterprise companies around the world. Your Impact

We are looking for an Area Vice President (second line leader) to join one of the fastest growing cloud vendors and make your mark on the industry. You will be able to demonstrate growing a business across the Americas, through customer acquisition and by delivering additional value to your clients. 

Your Impact

  • Guide and manage the activities of the RVPs within assigned region to ensure that company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded
  • Work with your counterparts in pre-sales, marketing, alliances and customer success to ensure a holistic plan for growth.
  • Develop and execute on a business plan to expand business into new accounts throughout a given region
  • Juggle the closing of current-quarter deals while nurturing longer-term opportunities
  • Coordinating and managing weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing

Your Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Instructional Designer 

 In this role, you will build content for eLearning courses to train employees, customers, and implementation partners on the product and techniques to optimally deploy Anaplan. Learning Systems Administrator  

The Learning Systems Administrator will partner with enablement team members to assist with daily management of assigned learning applications to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of content to learners. Administrator will serve as a technical consultant to content owners and assist with production and deployment of content as needed.

  • Handle a portfolio of customers with a key strive to improve the customer's ROI and secure contract renewal

Your Impact

  • Work with multiple partners inside People Team, e.g. Centers of Excellence team members, and HR Business Partners.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience in purchasing/sourcing with bulk in indirect spend
  • Experience in Technology, Finance or other corporate function negotiation, SOW development, and execution
  • Expertise in converting business requirements into scoped project requirements capable of becoming statements of work.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and negotiating skills
  • Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management Tools required

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for Customer Success leadership by designing, implementing, and managing renewals forecasts and trends (GRR, NRR, churn, shrink, IQRR, OTRR, linearity, and other relevant KPI’s.)
  • Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly renewal opportunity pipeline analysis, data validation and identify gaps and actions required
  • Provide critical business insights to GTM Operations, Customer Success, and Renewals leadership based on business acumen and data analysis, be able to identify issues, recommend action plans and execute
  • Provide data-driven insights to the broader GTM organization and business partners – the Chief Customer Officer, Customer Success Vice Presidents, and Head of Global Renewals to drive Anaplan renewal objectives
  • Develop and execute operational plan and key business operational priorities in conjunction with Customer Success and Renewals Leadership
  • Ensures renewal reports and other intelligence is provided to renewals leadership and develops new reporting tools and dashboards
  • Develop and implement operational processes and key business priorities in conjunction with global renewal leadership to support the development and presentation of business outcomes to stakeholders for a view to assist with driving performance areas
  • Drive communication of, implementation, and measurement of global renewal initiatives and programs
  • Communicate regularly on business and team performance and make recommendations based on analysis of key performance areas; foster an environment of continuous improvements.
  • Create regular renewals performance executive presentations

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required (major in analytical or technical field preferred)
  • Demonstrated reporting and mathematical skills. Proven experience “hunting” for root causes in data
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/renewal operations with a high-growth global company, ideally in the SaaS space
  • 3+ years of analytical experience (ideally in consulting, finance, or sales/business operations)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the revenue lifecycle in the Enterprise SaaS business model
  • Strong ability to deliver and facilitate knowledge transfer, virtually, across a globally diverse team
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and robust analytical skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts) for designing and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards
  • Comfort with large sets of data and ability to detect patterns (data collection, modeling scenarios, clear presentation of findings)

The Customer Success Business Partner (CSBP) is primarily responsible for the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of our customers and their Anaplan solutions. Acting as a key contact for customers, the CSBP will work alongside our Partners and Professional Services team to ensure that the customer is trained and has a successful implementation. Also, the CSBP will handle their customers’ ongoing health and adoption to ensure Anaplan delivers high ROI. As the primary customer contact for any platform challenges, the CSBP will handle critical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Handle a portfolio of customers with a key strive to improve the customer's ROI and secure contract renewal
  • Be the primary Anaplan point of contact and customer-trusted adviser during the customer life cycle
