A successful candidate should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. We also expect you to have strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects.
Analyze and meet product specifications and user expectations
Perform concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Use special personas based on user research results
Create right interaction models and evaluate their success
Build wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Solve UX problems, such as usability or findability, using creative approach
Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs
Discuss design ideas and prototypes with developers
Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends
2+ years' experience of working on a UX Designer, UI Designer or other relevant position
Significant experience with design software and a solid portfolio of design projects
Excellent knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
Experience in project management and research will be a bonus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented approach

We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for very simple coding, innovative design and layout of websiteusing a very simple WYSWYG proprietary web building template.
Our clients purchase website packages hosted inside of our CRM. The website builder is very simple 80% template based. You will help build our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
You should be able to write clean code - but not necessary - and ensure your programs run properly.
We also expect you to be passionate about building software and perform well working in a team, along with developers, engineers and web designers.
Most websites will be completed in under 2 weeks and we have approximately 3-4 orders per month.
Produce well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Build website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Utilize data from various back-end services and databases
Collect and review specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Prepare and maintain software documentation
Maintain, expand, and scale our site as assigned
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Work together with web designers to match visual design intent
2+ years' experience of working on a Web Developer or Web Programmer (http://link...) position
Significant experience with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
Good experience with relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
Excellent knowledge of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
Excellent knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
Experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation process
Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach
Strong organisational skills with a good ability to prioritize tasks
