Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery and development of technical solutions, with a focus on building and enhancing integrations that drive value for customers
  • Manage the technical rollout of customers during onboarding, with a strong focus on configuring and customizing integrations using Workato, our iPaaS platform
  • Design and implement complex integration solutions, connecting Beekeeper with various external systems (e.g., HR, payroll, LMS) through APIs and other synchronization methods (e.g., SFTP, REST, SOAP)
  • Install, configure, and support Marketplace apps, with an emphasis on apps that require complex integration capabilities
  • Collaborate with customers to gather technical requirements, and translate them into actionable integration solutions
  • Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales to post-sales, supporting customer success teams with integration needs and identifying opportunities for automation
  • Act as a liaison between customers, customer success, product, and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improving integration processes and optimizing the customer implementation experience
  • Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing by developing training materials on integration solutions and best practices for the customer success team

What we look for in you

  • At least 2+ years of experience in technical development or sales engineering, with a focus on integrations in a software/SaaS environment
  • Proven experience with Workato (or a similar iPaaS platform) for developing integrations and automating workflows
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including SSO (especially SAML 2.0), API development (REST, SOAP), and system synchronization (SFTP & batch workloads)
  • Experience in developing complex integrations using Python and related tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical implementation projects, from scoping through delivery, including working in an agile (Kanban) environment
  • Excellent written and verbal customer communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that’s accessible to non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions
  • A passion for learning, with a curiosity about new technologies and a strong results-driven mindset
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM-related field is preferred but not required

  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless and secure deployments
  • Contribute to backend development, focusing on performance and scalability
  • Optimize database performance, particularly PostgreSQL and ClickHouse

Your Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning –  Prepare and implement go-to-market plans for new product features and packages. Help to develop briefs, positioning, content, playbooks, enablement materials by audience.

  • Sales/Customer Success Support and Enablement – Manage product and competitive enablement sessions, including creation, maintenance, and communication of sales tools in the form of presentations, training/tutorial videos, use-case based demo flows, competitor cheat sheets/slides and customer stories. Activities could range from (not limited to) onboarding new sales team members, weekly swarm meetings, sales kick-off sessions, to global company meetings. Support BDRs, AEs, AMs, Customer Success/Onboarding teams with playbooks and product collateral (presentations, in-app promotion, video) to help improve conversions and win rates.
  • Market Intelligence –  Keep up to date on competitive positioning, emerging trends, and technologies through research, customer and prospect insights, and feedback from the field. Regularly share these findings with sales, product, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Data Analysis– Analyze sales and customer usage data to note impactful trends.
  • Team Ceremonies and Deliverables – Use project management practices and tools like Asana to deliver work, participate in cross-functional and cross-collaborative team meetings. Align work deliverables to prioritize plans and workload to focus on the areas of biggest impact of company rocks and strategic plan.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies and to support decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing operations and project management.
  • Proven experience in liaising with RevOps teams and aligning marketing strategies with revenue goals.
  • Excellent project management, consultative and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and credibility, ability to influence at all levels in the organization
  • Proficient in marketing technology and CRM systems such as Hubspot, SalesForce, Asana
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills.

Beekeeper is hiring a Remote Account Manager

The Account Manager is equal parts relationship management, sales, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for owning a portfolio of accounts, executing renewals contracts, and upsell opportunities. We believe that keeping our existing customers is equally as important as acquiring new ones. This role will manage an assigned set of customers with a focus on maintaining and growing renewal rates and establishing relationships with a focus on retention and identification of upsell and expansion opportunities. You will work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities and provide insights that improve future outcomes. You not only ensure our customers are set up for success, but also maximize the total revenue. 

Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, sustain and renew subscriptions, resolve customer issues/problems, and effectively manage your time will be well rewarded.

What you will do

  • Own the renewals process and collaborate with internal resources (Customer Success, Account Executives, Sales Ops…) to develop comprehensive 'win' strategies for renewals
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies for medium and large account renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing customer trust
  • Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure
  • Develop innovative ways to retain escalated clients and provide them with viable renewal options, including but not limited to negotiating pricing and/or contract duration
  • Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and make them happen
  • Responsible for creation of renewal order forms and proposals 
  • Leverage Salesforce & Clari to maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast

What we look for in you

  • Experience in sales, account management, or account expansion 
  • Native German and fluent in English is a must
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant SaaS work experience
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to address customer situations
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-starter, eager to learn and not afraid to seek out expertise of others around you to adapt and perfect your work. Flexibility to work independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of market research and negotiating principles

As aProduct Designer you will work on how our users experience our product. Starting from a holistic understanding of our problem space and our different users, to discovering different solutions, delivering meaningful user experiences, and making our product and customers more successful.

How you will make a difference

  • Execute on all phases of the design process, from conducting research and aligning with stakeholders to creating production-ready designs and measuring their impact.
  • Identify and prioritize impactful features through research and stakeholder involvement, operating within the constraints of scaling an existing product.
  • Advocate for simplicity, helping your team steer away from complex approaches, to deliver experiences that our non-tech-savvy audience can easily understand and use.
  • Translate research findings and other inputs into actionable opportunities, helping others see the value and connect the dots between UX and business goals.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to develop viable concepts and ensure design consistency across the product.
  • Break silos by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to gain better understanding and get more buy in.
  • Drive initiatives forward with proactive engagement and self-motivation, always considering the broader business context and platform strategy.

What you bring to the team

  • 3-5 years of professional experience designing digital products for web and mobile, ideally in a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • A digital portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of the human-centered design process, as well as UX and visual design excellence.
  • You excel at collaborating and influencing others assertively. Your ability to communicate effectively is essential when collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable with planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research to drive informed design decisions.
  • Fluency in English; working knowledge of German.
  • Eligibility to work in Poland. This is a full-time in-house position.
