We are seeking a full time Customer Care Specialist to join our best-in-class Customer Support Team. In this role, you will use your independent judgment as an expert troubleshooter, coach, and diagnostician with regard to Bevi machines. You will serve both our Direct and Partner customers via phone and email helping to ensure our machines are running at peak performance. You have a passion for providing customers with an exceptional experience, and you enjoy working with internal stakeholders to provide feedback to help drive process improvements.

Must be willing to work 12pm - 8pm CST 2 days per week.

What you will do:

  • Work on projects that require independent judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking, such as the creation and implementation of service of processes, guidelines, and other documentation
  • Assess existing troubleshooting processes, particularly those impacting the customer experience, and provide improvement recommendations on a continuous basis.
  • Routinely troubleshoot processes related to Bevi machines, including the support of non-routine failures without documented guidance.
  • Provide guidance on installations and preventative maintenance to improve the customer experience
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for machines via phone and email (training will be provided)
  • Support upsell and inbound inquiries that turn into Sales leads by answering questions, providing information, and routing these to the appropriate internal team
  • Close the loop by communicating opportunity areas back to the company via process improvements and ticket trends for our engineering teams.
  • Help partners with contract questions and overall system usage analysis
  • Initiate RMAs for parts that will be processed by our Quality Engineers
  • Be the voice of the customer to deliver upon our brand promise on customer service
  • Answer warranty questions and provide guidance on next steps
  • Schedule proactive and reactive service calls around the country
  • Identify areas of opportunity for our customers. Some examples may include:

  • Proper maintenance tips to prevent future issues

  • New product additions
  • Competitive presence
  • Proficiency in utilizing independent judgment and decision making to provide improvement recommendations to stakeholders, and to provide troubleshooting steps for Bevi’s customers.
  • Ability to multitask - answering calls, working on incoming emails, completing tickets, helping your team answer questions, and escalating feedback for internal stakeholders, , and working with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements
  • Ensure Bevi's customers receive industry defining technical support
  • Great attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for an exceptional customer experience
  • Exceptional verbal support skills on the phone, strong writing skills, and a focus on thorough ticket management and throughput
  • Move with urgency to solve problems for our customers
  • Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce and Netsuite a plus
  • College degree preferred

We are seeking a well-rounded Senior Industrial Designer to join our Product Team reporting to the Head of Product and Cofounder. As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will lead design and research activities from market research and customer interviewing, through concept development to product launch. You will collaborate with Product Management, UI/UX Designers, Engineers and Program Managers closely to bring to life future machine iterations. You design for our brand experience: innovative, easy and delightful to use, approachable look and feel, and thoughtfully designed for all our stakeholders from office drinkers to service technicians.

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct user research in the field on a regular basis with our customers to build empathy, gain insights into user needs, synthesize the learnings, and translate them into design improvements.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inspire cutting-edge designs.
  • Conduct up front competitive analysis and customer research on form factors, features and requirements specific to concepts we are looking to develop
  • Lead the design of updates to our Bevi machine from concept to production.
  • Develop and present innovative product concepts through sketches, 3D models, prototypes, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers and other departments.
  • Ability to balance delivering on brand/user experience and delivering on business needs.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to validate specifications with real users, and ensure designs are technically feasible.
  • Work closely with project management in order to estimate and hit deadlines and ensure learnings are communicated clearly
  • Participate in the development of product specifications and provide input on product costing and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in design processes and product solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience taking concepts to production
  • Interdisciplinary team experience, especially hardware engineering.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, driven to continuous improvement, highly organized.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of problem solving, good design sense, sketching ability, form development, mockup and prototyping skills, and user research techniques.
  • Ability to understand and create user flows and think holistically about improving experiences across various touch points.
  • Strong aesthetics, branding and graphic design skills.
  • Skills in areas of consumer/user research and analysis, personas and customer journeys, ideation and brainstorming techniques, prototyping and concept validation.
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Keyshot rendering software (or equivalent)
  • Project management experience is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and sourcing new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in promoting Bevi’s sustainable beverage solutions to a wide range of clients, including offices, hotels, gyms, and other businesses.

Candidates must be located in the greater Charlotte and are required to conduct regular live visits to client offices in the local area.

Success in this role is measured by quota achievement. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, cold office walk-ins, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and develop strategic target lists to identify high-probability business opportunities for the assigned market.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of Bevi’s solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience during onboarding.

We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test to complement our agile software team. Bevi is a hardware+software company: our software controls the hardware that makes the Bevi function, and each Bevi has an embedded tablet connected to our cloud backend. As such, our Software Engineer in Test role is a dynamic, demanding, integral, and mission-critical role to the product’s function. As a Software Engineer in Test, you will be involved in all of our software and hardware.

This role is not remote and based in our Boston (Charlestown) headquarters.

What you will do:

  • Work with the Software team to automate test cases to drive the continuous quality of software releases.
  • Write test automation scripts against our Android apps and TypeScript frontend. 
  • Continuously monitor the stability and performance of our machines and services. Escalate problems and suggest improvements
  • Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
  • Act as an advocate for standardized operations and processes
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by creating technical how-to articles
  • Ensure service level standards by responding to and escalating production issues involving our mobile, cloud and web software
  • Use data analysis techniques to find the root cause of problems and suggest fixes to Software team
