Become a Digital Project Managerfor Bloomreach. We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team and drive the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

As a Digital Project Manager in the Marketing Operations team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects that support our growth objectives. You will work cross-functionally with other teams in marketing and revenue operations, website and lifecycle, brand activation and campaign teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the company's standards. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining marketing operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality digital projects in marketing.

Your job will be to:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing projects, including lead management, website and operations.
  • Ensure our digital and website projects are delivered on time and within the scope of work
  • Define project scope, objectives, timeline, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and co-own detailed project plans, including schedules, deliverables, and milestones based on your knowledge of digital marketing in SaaS business

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a SaaS company or marketing operations environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup, or Notion. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,)and analytics tools and taste for new technologies.
  • Website Proficiency is an advantage - most of the projects are focused on website or lead management improvements.

About your role and the team:

We are a team of thirteen people at the moment. We cooperate tightly as a single unit on a multitude of tasks and challenges in order to make our application the best to serve our customers’ needs. Since not all of us enjoy tasks with a focus on styling, a subteam of stylers has been formed that takes care of our UI library of low-level components. 

We are facing a variety of tasks on our daily basis that fall mostly into three categories - designing and developing new features, maintaining existing features in the underlying codebase and sometimes prototyping new features as POCs.

What we expect of the candidate:

Must have

  • advanced TypeScript (or JavaScript with a strong will to switch to TypeScript)
  • advanced Angular (or similar component-based framework with a strong will to switch to Angular)
  • experience with software design & architecture (be able to propose and implement an effective & efficient solution based on problem definition without detailed instructions)
  • The ability to work in project teams effectively, being reliable and communicating clearly.
  • A “can-do” attitude

Should have

  • experience with developing bigger projects
  • At least an intermediate skill with SCSS / CSS (be able to get things done in reasonable quality if your styler colleagues are busy)

Preferably have

  • experience with testing (Karma, Jasmine, Cypress)
  • experience with RxJS

Nice have

  • experience with mentoring less experienced colleagues

How we work:

Our entire engineering team works in 6 week cycles. Each developer is assigned to one or more projects during this cycle and aims to deliver the project together with other project team members from various other teams. In addition to working on projects, we also focus on other tasks - not limited to working on our backlog, providing an L3 support to our client facing colleagues or making improvements to our product through an initiative called “Happy consultants”.
In order to keep our high quality standards, each change in code we do gets reviewed and our automated pipeline builds these changes, runs a series of tests, runs the linter, packages the outputs and deploys them onto a development environment.
We are a team of diverse skill sets - you will need to share your experience and knowledge (during code reviews and ideally also beyond) with other colleagues and help them grow just like we all will help and support you from the minute you join us.

Challenges:

Here are some of the challenges that kept us busy in the past:

  • Micro frontend research
    • Our application is split up into modules but we are experimenting with the idea of loosening up the coupling even a bit more and splitting our large application into a collection of smaller ones run under a single container application.
    • Identify the pros and cons of this approach and what problems will it solve effectively and what other problems it might bring.
    • Take into account how this switch potentially affects not the architecture alone but also the execution, deployment and DX.
  • Optimizing build performance
    • The larger an application gets, the more complex the build becomes. Our application consists of hundreds of components, directives, services, pipes and other functions.
    • Find a way to optimise the build in order to make the DX and the pipeline build performance better.
  • Optimizing change detection
    • Our application aims to deliver a swift interaction experience to its users without the feeling that something is lagging.
    • Identify components that are underperforming.
    • Analyze their bottlenecks using the profiler.
    • Optimize the runtime performance of the problematic code parts.
  • Data visualisation
    • Our real-time analyses like trends, funnels, reports, and segmentations allow users to gain insights about their data from multiple perspectives. We integrate with external data sources spanning multiple relational databases and big data storage systems.
    • Build an interface for users to query data from data sources located outside of the Engagement to build the basis for our analyses and visualizations.
    • Create complex data visualizations using the Highcharts library or similar suitable tool.
    • Be proactive in proposing solutions which will help users to better understand their data.
    • Improve test quality and extend test coverage.
  • Extend UI library
    • We have created a mature UI library with the goal in mind to unify the look, behavior, and the API of our reusable components. This library already consists of a solid foundation of components but the innovation in the Engagement goes hand in hand with the need to create new components and enhance existing ones.
    • Create new reusable components while focusing on clear API, stability, best possible UX and modern browser support.
    • Test your component well. Use unit tests to cover all thinkable and unthinkable scenarios your component may go through to make it robust.
  • Other than that…
    • We work hard to have sustainable code, but we still have some code in our codebase, especially from the early startup era, that was written in haste to keep the business running - you will need to be able to get around in complex code and help us refactor it.
    • Automated testing of our code is important to us. You will need to cover your code, help us improve existing test quality and extend overall test coverage - spanning from unit tests, through integration tests to automated e2e tests.

About the Role:

As an Associate Solutions Architect at Bloomreach, you will be a key player in our high-performance global pre-sales team. This role involves working closely with our sales team to drive value for our customers by leading the technical aspects of scoping and implementation on Bloomreach’s Discovery platform.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure engagements are successful from the pre-sales cycle through to implementation. This role requires a strong customer orientation, excellent collaboration skills, and a solid technical background. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the solution design and key design decisions for the Bloomreach Discovery (Search & Merchandising) platform, ensuring the full scope of implementation is met.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Bloomreach Discovery platform, catering to both technical and business audiences.
  • Evaluate technical complexities and identify custom features, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions for customers.
  • Engage directly with prospects and customers to ensure technical design decisions align with functional and business requirements.
  • Draft and finalize comprehensive statements of work (SOW) independently.
  • Plan and execute the delivery of pre-sale POCs for prospects and customers, including data transformation and UI customization/integration.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a BS in Information Systems / Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
  • Has 2+ years of technical pre-sales experience (Commerce, Enterprise Search, CMS, eCommerce, or related solutions) and can effectively manage a technical sales process with minimal oversight.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in technical roles (software engineering, development, solution engineering) working in complex IT environments.
  • Experience with modern Javascript frameworks is a must (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
  • Experience with search appliances/platforms and merchandising tools is a must.
  • Understands merchandising workflows, site analytics, data hierarchies, data transformation techniques, and service-based architectures.
  • Basic understanding of Machine Learning, AI, and SEO concepts is beneficial.

We are currently expanding our Application Platform team and are looking for a new colleague to join as a Senior QA Engineer. The salary range for full time employment starts at 3000€ per month gross, along with restricted stock units and other benefits. You can work in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you'll become a core part of the Engineering Team.

What challenge awaits you?

As the QA Engineer in one of our backend teams - the Application Platform team, you will take care of the quality of our product. Our engineering teams are collocated around some business features and sub-domains of our complex product. Therefore we want to empower the team with a dedicated QA Engineer who will entirely focus on this area and help us adopt the principle of continuous testing.

You will be responsible for managing test scenarios and test suites, executing them, and finding ways to automate them. You will influence the QA strategy for the team by defining best practices and quality gates. 

We are building teams with a product mindset, so every member needs to care about quality. We need someone who will help us accelerate this and have QA in mind and heart. You will show our software engineers the importance and beauty of quality assurance and test automation, and they will help you deal with complex technical challenges. 

Your job will be to:

  1. Working within the team to deliver projects
  2. Improve QA strategy in the team
  3. Maintain test scenarios and test suites
  4. Cooperate with the Central QA team

Working within the team to deliver projects

  • Cooperate with the team during the whole project life-cycle and be responsible for assuring the quality of the delivered solution.
  • Perform manual E2E testing (UI, API) of delivered features.
  • Automate test scenarios (UI, API) and build test suites for future regression testing.

Improve QA strategy in the team

  • Help the team to adopt the idea of continuous testing.
  • Ensure we track, classify, and manage defects found during development or production.
  • Bring new ideas and principles (like performance API testing, contract testing, …), evaluate their benefits and adapt them to QA strategy.
  • Ensure all team members understand what testing layers we have and how they can use them during development to assure quality.

Maintain test scenarios and test suites

  • Make sure we do have reasonable test suites for critical features.
  • Regular monitoring and debugging of existing automated tests (UI, API).
  • Evaluation of test results, reporting possible issues and proactively improving the stability and reliability of our tests. 

Cooperate with the Central QA team

  • Share best practices and ideas with the Central QA team (both directions)
  • Make sure the engineering team is following the overall QA strategy.
  • Be an active member of our QA community. 

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will participate in projects as a QA engineer and ensure the quality of delivered solutions with help from the Central QA team.
  • In 90 days, you will manage test scenarios and test cases of main features, and you will be able to automate some of them.
  • In 180 days, you will be able to come up with ideas on how to improve QA strategy in a team. 

You have the following experience and qualities:

  1. Professional— professional experience in Quality Assurance, including test automation

Professional experience

  • You have experience with Quality Assurance in software engineering, ideally from a cross-functional team (mix of software engineers and QA engineers).
  • You can automate tests (UI or API) and ideally have some knowledge of Python or Go.
  • Ideally, you should be familiar with API testing (manual and automated), API performance testing, and mocking servers. 
  • Familiar with Continuous Testing, Lean, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD principles and tools like Jira and GitLab.

Your responsibilities

  • You will develop and maintain Data LakeHouse on top of GCP platform using Apache IceBerg, BigQuery, BigLake tables, DataPlex and DataProc in the form ofApacheSpark/Flink with open file formats like AVRO and Parquet
  • You will help to maintain a streaming mechanism on how data from Apache Kafka gets into the Data LakeHouse
  • You will optimise the Data LakeHouse for near-real-time and non-real-time analytical use-cases primarily for customer activation and scenarios/campaign evaluation 
  • You should help with areas like data discovery and managed access to data through the data governance layer and data catalog using DataPlex so our engineering teams can leverage from this unified Data LakeHouse
  • You feel responsible for DataModeling and schema evolution
  • You should help us with adopting the concepts from Data Fabrics and Data Mesh to run data as a product to unlock the potential the data can unleash for our clients

Your responsibilities

  • You will develop a data pipeline processing a large amount of data reliably and at a high rate using Python, Go, MongoDB, GCP and much more.
    • For example, our clients feed their visitors’ behavior through real-time tracking to our platform. The data then can be analyzed and used for marketing automation. We process tens of thousands of requests per second????. You may help improve the efficiency of our workers, improve monitoring or help with autoscaling of our infrastructure.
    • Imports are critical for our clients to utilize our platform to the fullest. You may help us to improve the throughput and reliability of our importsas we need to import millions of rows of data or help us implement integration with another data storage.
    • We also are responsible for exporting data from our platform to Google’s BigQuery using google’s DataFlows and Apache Beamallowing data access by our clients

  • You will help us run and support our services in production handling high-volume traffic using Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.

About the Role:

As a Senior Deal Desk & Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing deal structures within our EMEA region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to ensure that deals are structured in a way that aligns with company goals, maximize profitability, and mitigate risks. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex business scenarios will be crucial in this role. You will report to the Principal Manager, EMEA Deal Desk and contribute directly to the success of our GTM operations.

What You Will Do:

Deal Structuring and Pricing:

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to craft optimal deal structures, considering customer requirements, the competitive landscape, and strategic goals.
  • Analyze pricing models, discounting strategies, and contractual terms to ensure alignment with company pricing guidelines and profitability targets.
  • Formulate recommendations for pricing adjustments, discounts, and terms, balancing revenue objectives with competitive positioning.
  • Act as an SME in complex/non-standard deal requests, special pricing, operational matters, approval policies, commercial terms, and the resolution of deal-related issues and sales escalations.

Revenue Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of proposed deals to assess potential impact on overall revenue, margins, and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify risks and opportunities associated with deal negotiation and revenue recognition.

Quoting and Approval Processes:

  • Oversee the end-to-end deal approval process, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of non-standard quotes and meticulously review deal quotes, proposals, and contracts for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to review contractual terms, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

Deal Governance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all deal-related documentation, including contracts, amendments, and communication trails.
  • Develop and update deal playbooks, templates, and guidelines for Sales teams to streamline deal creation and approval processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to the sales team on advanced deal desk processes, pricing guidelines, and intricate contract terms.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather necessary information, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on deal-related matters.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to deliver comprehensive training and support on deal desk processes and tools, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the sales team.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements on Deal Desk processes, tools, and workflows for improved efficiency and scalability.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Deal Desk or Pricing Analyst role with a global sales team, in the Saas industry.
  • Demonstrated experience demonstrating negotiation, analytical and excellent critical thinking skills working on complex deals involving in-depth gathering and evaluation of variable factors to make informed and solid deal decisions. 
  • Experience reviewing, drafting or responding to non standard contractual commercial terms
  • Demonstrated CRM experience, preferably in Salesforce (CPQ).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, compile and analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly demonstrating advanced skill in spreadsheet (Excel/Googlesheet).
  • Ability to think outside the box on nonstandard deal constructs providing solid deal recommendations considering risk factors and revenue recognition impacts

About the Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations, Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Strategy and Operations (RevOps) team.  The ideal candidate for this role is an analytical and strategic thinker who likes to roll up their sleeves to inform and execute our go-to-market strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with customer-facing teams, marketing, finance, and other functions to drive cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) projects, develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, and champion operational efficiency and change management initiatives.  You’ll report directly to the Associate Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations (who reports to our VP of Revenue Strategy and Operations) and be a part of a global team with diverse skill sets and knowledge.

The RevOps function at Bloomreach brings our sales, marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams together to build and drive our GTM strategy.  Ultimately, RevOps exists to ensure we are doing everything possible to help our Revenue teams deliver value to customers and exceed Bloomreach’s financial plan. This role is an excellent opportunity if you want to make an outsized impact within a growth oriented, late-stage SaaS company.  The RevOps team at Bloomreach is accountable for revenue strategy and insights, seller performance and enablement, and the revenue tech stack, all of which feed into consistently achieving our ambitious revenue goals.

Your job will be to:

a. Analyze complex information, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, to inform and drive our GTM strategy and exceed our revenue plan

  • Analyze data, qualitative feedback, and external benchmarking to draw insights, synthesize recommendations, and communicate those persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders.  Agree on the most important recommendations to pursue, drive those forward, and measure how they impact revenue target attainment
  • Provide insights on KPIs across a range of products, segments, and geographies, helping our teams to drive the right behaviors that will lead us to exceed our revenue plan
  • Collaborate with other ops teams (including BI) to to build dynamic dashboards (e.g., Tableau) that serve as one-source-of-the-truth for Bloomreach KPIs
  • Support cross-functional teams in Bloomreach planning cycles including revenue forecasting, pipeline management, compensation plans, territory planning, and hiring planning
  • Own executive deliverables such as Board Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.

b. Structure complex problems into actionable initiatives that you will lead in collaboration with cross-functional teams with demonstrated impact on our key GTM metrics

  • Collaborate cross functionally to design and execute strategic projects to increase GTM effectiveness (e.g., sales productivity, conversion rate, pipeline creation, etc.)
  • Translate business goals and requirements into efficient processes, leveraging technology and automation where possible

c. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating our existing processes / technology / teams and evolve them through automation, standardization, and documentation

  • Deploy operating processes that drive compliance/efficiency and ensure rigorous adoption across the Go-To-Market organization (e.g. pipeline hygiene, account ownership, account planning, etc)
  • Continuously measure and Increase seller efficiency and job satisfaction

You have the following experience and qualities:

Professional experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate/BU strategy, RevOps, finance, BizOps, or similar roles
  • Excellence in Google Sheets/Excel, including building complex modeling and reporting methods
  • Excellence in summarizing sophisticated data and results into executive facing materials (e.g., slides, policy documents)
  • Clear written communication abilities in Docs/Word and Google Slides/Powerpoint, as well as strong oral communication skills
  • Experience with CRM Tools (SFDC preferred), mainly in a reporting environment
  • Knowledge of methods to build scalable and repeatable reporting methods
  • Keen understanding of data visualization methods and analytic strategies
  • Knowledge of alternative Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) a plus

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will support the go-to-market for Bloomreach Discovery, one of our three core product pillars. The customer experience, martech, and digital commerce industry is exploding, and the status quo for businesses is changing rapidly. About the Role:

Bloomreach is seeking a strong Staff Product Manager for our Product & Content Discovery team. This role will specifically focus on our market-leading, Search product which leverages the latest AI/ML technologies and powers some of the largest and most recognizable brands in the world (e.g. Staples, Neiman Marcus, Puma). This Product Manager will be responsible for analyzing quantitative data, gathering competitive intel, understanding customer needs and using those data points to build features that add value to our customers and to our business.

What you'll do:

  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to determine new features in addition to building and working with engineering teams to come up with technical solutions to help solve customer problems.
  • Own optimization of both relevance and ranking for keyword and vector searches
  • Responsible for leveraging the latest Machine Learning algorithms, specifically in the area of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Explore different areas such as NLP for international languages, conversational AI, attribute extraction from images and 1:1 or segment-based user personalization.
  • Improve Bloomreach’s Semantic algorithms and deliver better Search Relevance and Ranking experiences.
  • Extract and analyze user behavior data from internal data warehouses, using SQL or other queries, to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Create easy to use APIs to give developers control to plug-in and test various algorithm modules to solve different use cases.
  • Own and lead feature development from ideation to value delivery
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams for product launches, training, documentation, thought-leadership, and customer feedback
  • Become an expert on Search within the company
  • Work with the Director of Search to plan the innovation roadmap for Search 

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a combination of product management, technical product management, engineering, sales engineering, and/or solutions consulting roles

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong communication, written, and presentation skills; experience working directly with customers is required

About the Role:

Bloomreach is looking for a Channel Partner Manager who will own a portfolio of Growth focused agency partners. This includes managing the day-to-day interactions and building relationships with agency partners.  Additionally, enabling Shopify system integrators and digital agencies in North America who will implement, refer and manage Bloomreach solutions.

Professional experience

What we expect of the candidate:
  • 3-5 years of work experience. Ideally 2+ years in B2B SaaS in online retail/e-commerce analytics, marketing. Ideally as an Account Manager/CSM or other similar role. Advantage is also experience from media or advertising agency.
  • Ability to understand and actively use analytical concepts to identify which stage the business has reached, which KPIs are crucial for decision-making and which metrics the business is based on.
  • Familiarity with the following emerging sectors (the more the better) – online analytics, performance marketing, product management, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalisation, campaign optimisation, automation, customer lifetime, e-mailing automation, reactivation, customer segmentation, attribution modelling, prediction.
