We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to drive the development of the demand side of our SaaS-enabled B2C marketplace. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and behaviors, developing strategies to enhance product-led acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will also work closely with the supply side of the marketplace, to collaborate and contribute to the levers that can effectively balance the marketplace dynamics to drive business growth and expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, marketplace dynamics, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing the roadmap, and ensuring successful execution of product initiatives that drive growth and retention.

This is a 0 to 1 opportunity with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, in a lean startup environment that values action and grit. 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to drive effective product discovery to generate meaningful value for our customers through prototypes, experiments, insights, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with your Product peers to manage the balance of supply and demand within the marketplace, ensuring a healthy ecosystem for both healthcare facilities on the demand side and healthcare professionals on the supply side.
  • Collaborate with client teams to set, meet, and exceed customer expectations, through technology with a platform-led mindset to deliver value to a growing user base at scale. This includes optimizing client onboarding and enhancing user experience to drive and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with business operational stakeholders on tooling requirements, driving build vs. buy assessment when needed, to create efficiencies for clients as well as the internal team members that support them.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
  • Define, implement, and track key performance indicators to measure the outcomes of our solutions. 

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of product management experience working with Engineering teams on SaaS or tech-enabled marketplaces.
  • Proven track record for taking products from 0 to 1 (inception to launch)
  • Definitive UX/design sensibility
  • Executing amidst ambiguity: Structuring the problem, defining the roadmap and metrics, iterating rapidly through experimentation, and delivering value to our customers. 
  • Data-driven: Experience defining metrics and running experiments and testing.
  • You are a self-starter and have a history of successfully building and managing products that users love.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats to get the job done
  • Ability to zoom in to the technical details and zoom out to the customer’s operational reality.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations across the company
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present to customers and executives.
  • Previous experience in healthcare preferred
  • Experience working with integrating APIs preferred
  • Previous experience in high-growth startups is required

The anticipated salary range for this position is $143,865.00 - $201,308.00. Equity, bonus or commission and benefits may also be provided as part of the total compensation package, depending on the position offered. We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to be responsible for defining and delivering all ongoing system enhancements and projects. You will solicit requirements and build innovative solutions to support internal teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing requirements, craft user stories, and document processes.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in technologies such as Swift, iOS Ruby on Rails and similar. You will play a critical role at CareRev by extending and maintaining our professional facing mobile app, and its integration with our back end. We are seeking a temporary Registered Nurse (RN) Interviewer to be responsible for identifying viable leads and interviewing these healthcare professionals to determine clinical competency, as well as gauge candidate match for our partner facilities and the CareRev platform. The temp RN Interviewer will also be responsible for resume, licensure, and credential review. They will work closely with the other pro facing teams to create a healthy pool of professionals for assigned regions/states.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review resumes and assess clinical education, years of clinical work experience, and specialty expertise in comparison to facility staffing needs. 
  • Communicate daily with professional via Salesforce for resume remediation 
  • Conduct telephone interviews with various healthcare professionals via outbound calls to validate experience and further assess knowledge, skills, competencies, and interpersonal skills of professionals
  • Accurately log all interview notes and outcomes within our system including information needed to be communicated to cross functional teams such as prior work history, shift preference, years of experience and any special skills and requirements.  
  • Ensure professionals are qualified for appropriate specialty to match facility requirements and that all corresponding documentation, including resume, reflect that experience. 
  • Assess a professional’s clinical competency in response to clinical scenario questions 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help improve processes and experiences during the interview process as needed.
  • Participate in precepting new RN Interviewers. 
  • Responsible for an assigned region/state to assist in providing a healthy professional pool for partner facilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • An RN license in any US state
  • Experience working in a hospital setting within the last 2 years
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a hospital as an RN 
  • An understanding of medical facilities/professionals and their roles
  • Excellent at assessing the interpersonal skills, strengths, and weaknesses of others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever changing environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can serve as a forecasting, reporting, dashboard, analytical and modeling guru for the CareRev Growth organization. The goal of this role is to scale and automate our forecasting, modeling and reporting to support the leadership and sales and client success teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and data-savvy analyst who not only understands large, complex data sets well, but can also synthesize them to provide actionable insights.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage sales and revenue forecasting for the Growth team, working closely with Finance to support company-wide forecasting
  • Build leadership dashboards that facilitate real-time access to OKR & KPI progress, and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Curate/maintain core reports for use by GTM team members
  • Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards for the sales teams
  • Report across the full GTM funnel by joining data from Marketing efforts (leads, and contacts generated), Sales driven efforts and then further into Account Management metrics (retention, growth, utilization etc.)
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reporting outside Salesforce
  • Build and maintain scalable reporting infrastructure.  Automate reporting where possible
  • Proactively conduct ad hoc analysis to generate insights, answer specific questions, raise issues, and provide ideas for business improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred and an advanced degree is a bonus
  • 2+ years of analytical and operational experience (e.g. business analyst, finance, accounting, business operations, sales operations, data analyst, data mining) from consulting firms, private equity, technology or healthcare industries
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential, with experience querying large databases and optimizing queries for performance
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience synthesizing business insights from large sets of structured and unstructured data
  • Experience with BI tools such as Mode, Tableau or Looker
  • Experience building forecasting models - financial and operational
  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheet skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com and Hubspot is a plus
