Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will cultivate relationships with the CipherHealth client base, ensuring that they achieve maximum value from the CipherHealth product suite and encouraging them to expand their usage of the software. You will be responsible for working directly with client executives and business sponsors throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring that there is alignment in a shared customer journey that aligns with adoption, expansion of software usage, and renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer executives and project champions, ensuring that CipherHealth activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business strategy and intended success metrics.
  • Be a subject matter expert on the CipherHealth platform
  • Enable successful onboarding of CipherHealth to customers, including sharing and developing relevant creative assets, brainstorming ideas, and attending launches virtually or in person
  • Strategically manage the overall relationship for a portfolio of CipherHealth’s customers, while also spearheading strategic business reviewson an agreed-upon cadence-
  • Develop strong working relationships with Technology, Product, Analytics, and Implementation teams in order to effectively deliver value to CipherHealth customers
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as CipherHealth advocates (e.g. referenceable, testimonials, case studies) and collaborate with Marketing
  • Ensure appropriate response, escalation and closure of initiatives, customer requests and/or issues in conjunction with the use of the CipherHealth solution
  • Monitor customer utilization and acceptance rates to identify patterns/trends
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Growth to support customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap of product opportunities and enhancements
  • Identify upsell opportunities and engage CipherHealth’s Growth Team 
  • Convert 1-year contracts into a multi-year long-term contracts increasing CipherHealth’s ACV
  • Identify opportunities for existing customers to maximize platform adoption and utilization
  • Conduct analysis to identify customer opportunities and recommend strategies that address customer-specific needs to improve the organization’s results
  • Strategize with the broader CipherHealth team including Growth,Technology, and Operation leads to identify new opportunities and service areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Management, Public Health or related major, or comparable education and work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B client management role in healthcare software or technology, or similar experience in healthcare consulting or professional services

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience working with a CRM platform; comfort using the CRM as a personal productivity management tool (i.e. activity logging)
  • Experience with other similar software systems and/or patient engagement software applications
  • Strong analytical skills to be used when determining customer workflow, facilitating logic-based product discussions and troubleshooting implementation issues
  • Technical writing and documentation experience
  • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with clients and co-workers
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof-reading skills and speaking
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently

Technical Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Team, within the Professional Services organization, serves as the key provider of the initial client experience for CipherHealth.  As such, this team sets the tone for the customer’s journey with us so an efficient and effective experience led with a consultative approach is critical.

As the Technical Implementation Specialist, you will serve as a focal point of knowledge and credibility about the technical implementation process, how our customers will integrate with our tool and how the tool will be configured for their use. You will leverage the principles of Project Management and our implementation methodology to ensure a successful and positive technical implementation experience for our customers.. You will need to be detail-oriented, a strong team player, effective communicator, and have excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Implementation Lead, serve as the primary point of contact and consultant to the customer’s technical resources, working directly with them to ensure the data integration is optimized for the customer’s solution goals and functioning as expected 
  • Configure our products and programs using the CipherHealth Evolve suite for client use cases
  • Prioritize, diagnose and resolve client and user technical issues encountered during implementation and a post go live optimization period
  • Partner with the Implementation Lead to ensure the technical portion of the implementation is supportive of the customer’s solution goals
  • Collaborate regularly with our Product and Engineering teams on technical integration needs and enhancement opportunities
  • Develop both client-facing and internal technical collateral as needed

Requirements

  • Experience with various data integration methods in a healthcare environment, including HL7 and flat files
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and written/verbal technical communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving/troubleshooting skills and ability to easily break down complex concepts to audiences less familiar with technical concepts

Senior Data Analyst

As a member of our Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering valuable insights and driving data-driven decision-making for our clients. Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing serves as glue that binds our product strategy with our go-to-market approaches in order to drive success and exceed our growth targets across sales and customer marketing.  

As Product Marketing Manager, your primary objective is to drive awareness and growth of CipherHealth across our key segments by devising and executing targeted campaigns in alignment with Growth Marketing. You will contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives, including product launches, growth campaigns, sales enablement, and branding.  With equal parts Product Marketer and Storyteller, you will help develop the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our solutions by building a compelling narrative that will resonate with our primary customer groups and differentiate CipherHealth from the competition. 

Reporting into the Director, Product Marketing, you will be an essential part of the marketing team and collaborate regularly with our product, sales, clinical and customer success teams to ensure proper product/market fit for our solutions in a dynamic market.  You’ll play a critical role in building the go-to-market strategies for our products and positioning our products in simple, compelling and convincing ways to differentiate us in the market. 

A key aspect of this role is the ability to think outside the box and create new and interesting ways to reach potential clients and keep current customers engaged. The ideal candidate is highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, passionate about his/her work, and a self-starter. The ideal candidate understands how to analyze and understand key market segments, elicit customer insights, identify new areas of opportunity and develop innovative strategies for increased market penetration and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and company messaging
  • Drive the external launches of net-new products and updates to existing products aligned with the product roadmap
  • Project manage GTM execution for launches 
  • Partner directly with the Demand Generation team to develop campaigns and plays to increase awareness and drive qualified leads to the Sales Team 
  • Maintain detailed customer/prospect personas with pain points, messaging strategies, and where each persona fits in the buying process for the product
  • Partner with the Enablement Team to ensure sellers are equipped with the proper artifacts and tools to always win with prospects and retain/renew/upsell customers
  • Assess the overall effectiveness of the marketing launches in coordination with Marketing Ops that support our products on an ongoing basis and recommend improvements and changes
  • Contribute to developing a content plan and creation of deliverables, including case studies, blogs, infographics, social media, and other materials in support of campaigns and plays  
  • Support competitive intelligence research, developing profiles and differentiating messaging to articulate CipherHealth’s value
  • Ensure customer focus by collaborating with Growth and Product Management to bring the voice of the customer into marketing launches and deliverables  

Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years product marketing experience (B2B)
  • Understanding of and experience working in the healthcare space highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and visual storytelling
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once, with multiple stakeholders, and getting products/features launched on-time
