What You’ll Do:

  • Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong S2P consulting experience to help financial shared services and procurement executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution.
  • Lead all phases of the System Development Lifecycle, including functional and technical requirements, solution design, system and interface development, testing, training, and deployment, following best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of full-life cycle S2P or P2P technology implementations for Coupa, Oracle Hyperion, SAP or Concur.
  • Technical knowledge across full S2P functionality; catalogs, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice receipt/ handling, OCR, invoice processing, payments, etc.
  • Coupa Certified
  • 3+ years of people management experience

          Senior Digital Analyst, Kyriba

          Location:

          • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are also welcome remotely. 
          • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility in choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.

          What You’ll Do:   

          • Develop innovative uses of Kyriba (e.g., API adoption, custom dashboards) and disseminate knowledge internally
          • Liaise between Kyriba and Clearsulting, working with Kyriba Product to suggest new ideas, Kyriba Support to resolve issues, and Kyriba Account Management and Sales Executives to drive new business
          • Assist in trainings and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables
          • Provide coaching and mentorship to the Treasury Team’s analysts
          • Showcase effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
          • Kyriba certifications and prior implementation of Kyriba
          • Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture – build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day

          What You’ll Bring:

          • 2+ years in professional services in a delivery role
