Join our innovative team as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer and be a pivotal part of Cobalt's journey in redefining cybersecurity. What You'll Do

Engineering Excellence: Lead and contribute to the development of our SaaS platform, focusing on high-quality, scalable solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (React), and robust backend technologies (Ruby).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Staff Engineers to translate business needs into innovative features, enhancing user experience and platform capabilities.

Solution Architecture: Influence and design architecture decisions, balancing current needs with future scalability. Actively participate in code reviews and technical planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, automated testing, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

You Have

Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a track record of delivering successful, user-centered solutions.

As the Director of the Customer Success Team your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Do

  • Understand the corporate strategy and direction, and translate high level goals into manager and CSM outputs that are measurable

You Have

  • 7-8 years in Customer Success in a SaaS and/or Services company, with 5+ years experience in Management
  • Leadership experience managing managers
  • 3-5 years experience in the Cyber Security industry
  • Knowledge of pentesting
  • Commercial acumen - successful experience in sales or as a sales manager
  • Demonstrated success in driving change, and organizational transformation.
  • A proven track record of success in leading a Customer Success organization in a smaller (< $100M) privately held company
  • Proven experience managing multiple customer segments, and geographies, in an environment that requires unique, segment specific strategies 
  • Experience with leading scaled/digital customer success teams

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team at Cobalt, with a focus on writing and content development. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and communicating the value proposition of our cybersecurity services, including pentesting and other offensive security offerings like secure code review and digital risk assessments. Description

The Head of Research is a senior individual contributor role providing technical security direction and thought leadership to multiple cross-functional groups at Cobalt, including Delivery, Product, and various customer facing teams. Description

The Community Manager plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations of Cobalt Core expert pentesters.   • Marketing strategy — create product marketing plans, quantify market opportunities, identity and lead GTM strategies
  • Market intelligence  —  understand and stay abreast of competitive landscape and industry news to best influence our marketing strategy, competitive positioning and sales enablement
  • Positioning and messaging — craft compelling, high-impact messaging and customer-centric narratives that define our portfolio, value proposition, and competitive differentiation
  • Thought leadership – partner with corporate marketing to develop narratives, create presentations and content (white papers, blogs, videos, etc) to drive awareness and demand for Cobalt 
  • Product launches —  lead successful product launches by owning the go-to-market strategy for new product introductions and feature releases including market research, positioning, messaging, packaging, demand generation, internal enablement, customer communications, etc.
  • Cross-functional alignment  —  partner with cross-functional teams to research, plan and implement go-to-market tactics that increase demand, revenue, and retention.
  • Enablement  —  work collaboratively with Product, Delivery and GTM teams to develop tools and materials that arm the sales, customer success and channel teams with sales plays and competitive intelligence that increases sales productivity and pipeline conversion

You Have

  • 3-5 years B2B cybersecurity product marketing experience
  • Bachelors degree, MBA a plus
  • Comfort working in a startup environment
  • Marketing experience within a SaaS or cloud based technology start-up is preferred
  • Proven background in owning customer research, market analysis, and segmentation
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels, departments, and geographically dispersed office locations
  • A can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated communication and writing skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, where experimentation and iteration were core values

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $95,200 - $119,000 per year + equity + benefits. Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help Cobalt's customers build successful security testing programs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a proactive mindset who can effectively engage with external and internal stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives. As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle from onboarding to renewal to ensure an optimal end-to-end customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own the overall relationship with assigned customers, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Develop, prepare and nurture customers for advocacy
  • Build successful security testing programs for our customers
  • Monitor day-to-day service execution and customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their desired business outcomes
  • Manage the annual renewal process for customers to ensure uninterrupted product usage
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities, collaborating with your commercial team peers
  • Advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally
  • Provide ongoing training of our products and new features
  • Program manage account escalations and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Engage with external and internal stakeholders in roles ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives
  • Develop Success Plans for every assigned customer and hold Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders to measure progress and alignment on key objectives/goals

You Have

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in SaaS and cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated experience effectively engaging with C Level Executives
  • Prior experience owning customer renewals
  • Ability to work closely with sales counterpart to identify expansion and grow customers
  • Ability to cover various time zones occasionally
  • Ability to prepare and deliver Executive Business Reviews
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Multi-tasking skills and the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities on-the-fly
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A proven track record of delivering results to your customers
