The Role:

As Senior Director, Strategic Relationships, Consumer Financial Solutions you will play a critical role in developing and executing DailyPay's partnership strategy within the consumer financial solutions space. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy: Identify and prioritize potential partners in the consumer financial solutions space, including fintech companies, banks, credit unions, and other relevant organizations
  • Lead partnership negotiations:Structure, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements that drive mutual value and align with DailyPay's strategic objectives
  • Build and manage relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations to foster collaboration and ensure long-term success

The Role:

You’ll be a member of the Client Support Team, a specialized team within the larger Customer Support Operations organization. You will report to a Client Support Manager.

You’ll provide high-touch customer support to DailyPay’s client contacts: answering inbound questions, educating them on the benefit, and making outbound contacts to support the day-to-day operations of the accounts. You’ll work out of a customer support ticketing system (Zendesk), providing support over the phone and email. You’ll use a multitude of internal systems and platforms to investigate and address technical client questions and support requests. The successful candidate will be required to work either 9am - 6pm ET or 11am - 8pm ET shifts and be open to being on call 4-5 weekends per year.

The Role:

The Franchise Team is responsible for driving new revenue growth for DailyPay with franchise businesses. The Franchise team focuses on developing opportunities to generate qualified franchise lead opportunities for our sales team to close.

DailyPay seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager or Manager of Fraud Prevention to join our Trust & Safety team, focused on card fraud prevention. DailyPay has a fast growing business line, Consumer Financial Services, featuring consumer facing products that will be added upon our existing debit card product. This role is crucial in minimizing fraud and disputes, particularly around transaction fraud rules. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in testing and implementing transaction rules, investigating card-related fraud, partnering with finance to reduce fraud and dispute costs, advising on new Consumer Financial Services features and initiatives, and act as an owner for fraud prevention on DailyPay’s card products. 

This role will report to the Director of Trust & Safety and will be hired at the Senior Manager or Manager level.

The Government Relations Manager, Central Region is responsible for serving as the primary representative of DailyPay to the assigned state legislatures, Governor’s offices, and relevant state agencies to generate awareness and support for DailyPay’s public policy agenda. In this critical role, you will onboard and manage consultants in your region, as needed, to help pass legislation and engage with policy makers throughout fifteen states.  This person will work cross-functionally with all relevant teams within DailyPay’s business.  Qualified candidates have the ability to travel approximately 50% of the to events and state capitol meetings throughout the Central Region.  You will be the lead liaison for DailyPay to state legislators, the Governor’s Office, and community partners in the Central Region of the United States.

You will serve as the primary representative of DailyPay to each state’s legislature, Governor’s office, and relevant state agencies. You will coordinate and oversee all policy and partnership efforts in your region to further DailyPay’s advocacy goals in each state. 

 

In this critical position, you will onboard and manage consultants in your region, as needed, to help pass legislation and engage with policy makers in each state. You will work cross-functionally with all relevant teams within DailyPay’s business in addition to the full public policy team. Qualified candidates have the ability to travel approximately 50% of the to events and state capitol meetings throughout the Central Region. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Reporting directly to the Director of Public Policy, our new Government Relations Manager for the Central Region will drive DailyPay’s public policy strategy and partnership work in  TX, LA, AR, OK, AL, MS, KS, MO, NE, IA, SD, ND & FL. They will also support on-going work in ID, MT, WY, KY & elsewhere as needed. 
  • You will be the lead liaison for DailyPay to state legislators, the Governor’s Office, and community partners in the Central Region of the United States.
  • Specific Responsibilities include:
        ◦    Hiring and managing contract lobbyists in each state in your region.
        ◦    Meeting one on one with members of the State Legislatures, their staff, and other State Government officials and agencies to gain support for DailyPay’s advocacy issues.
        ◦    Coalition building by creating new in-state partnerships and leveraging existing fintech industry relationships.
        ◦    Collaborating with DailyPay’s policy communications team to developing the content and timing for media advocacy efforts in your region.
        ◦    Testifying before legislative committees in support of bills supported by the company.
        ◦    Attending and participating in relevant events throughout the year, including state, national, and local conferences, fundraisers, public policy panel discussions, policy summits, etc.
        ◦    Support the East & West regional Government Relations leads as needed.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • At least 4 years experience with the state legislative process.
  • Experience helping to pass at least one bill in at least one state in the region, including help to get that bill signed.
  • Established bi-partisan relationships and experience working with state elected officials within the region.
  • Experience managing consultants, lobbyists, industry coalitions, trade associations, etc.
  • Established relationships and experience working within the region with:
    • Advocates for local businesses
    • Local community organizations
    • Research institutions or similar stakeholder organizations
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in varying stages of development under time constraints
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently, with internal and external stakeholders, in coalitions, and cross-functionally with other teams at DailyPay
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, optimism, and ability to work through industry policy differences with competitors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and an ability to influence and build coalitions and relationships

  • Knowledge in and relationship to financial services public policy work
  • Experience conveying complex tech policy issues in simple terms to policy makers
  • Experience drafting advocacy materials, utilizing research, and policy communications to achieve policy outcomes

Reporting to the Market Intelligence Director within the HCM team, the Market Intelligence Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Success teams. COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE

  • Leading the strategic direction of competitive intelligence efforts by conducting comprehensive research on current and adjacent competitor sets to unveil crucial insights and emerging trends
  • Utilizing CI software such as Klue and overseeing monitoring of feedback channels, synthesizing data into easily understandable formats, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Managing and curating the competitive intelligence repository, ensuring it is regularly updated to meet current organizational needs and standards
  • Developing intelligence digests to succinctly summarize top news and provide in-depth analysis of its implications for the organization
