Overview 

Electric’s Finance Team is seeking a Manager of Accounting to oversee the accounting team and ensure the accuracy and transparency in our financial reporting. Reporting to the Controller, this role will focus on overseeing the company's accounting operations, developing internal control guidelines, and providing financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

This is a highly visible and strategic position that has the opportunity to shape cross-functional initiatives, foster collaboration among departments, and deliver impactful financial insights that drive the company's overall success.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial management, demonstrate keen analytical skills, and have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve organizational goals.

What you’ll do 

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Coordinate and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Maintain a cohesive accounting team by recruiting, training, and coaching employees
  • Produce financial reports and present findings and recommendations to upper management
  • Participate in financial standards setting and forecast process
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with external auditors and provide required support

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a mix of Public Accounting and startup or tech environment
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting theory and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Netsuite
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, Senior Relationship Manager to join our team.  As the primary point of contact, Relationship Managers become adept at understanding customer needs and desires and translating them into specific IT project requirements or support requests. They also will ensure that customers receive the exceptional level of support offered in our managed services program. Additionally, Relationship Managers will develop quarterly roadmaps for their Elevate and Evolve customers. We are committed to training and professional development for Relationship Managers who meet the highest expectations in this critical role.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with both technical and non-technical points of contact as an expert in understanding their business objectives and challenges
  • Manage the full post-sales lifecycle of each of your customers, proactively identifying opportunities for expansions and upsells and negotiating renewals
  • Host quarterly business reviews and develop IT Roadmaps tailored to customer needs and goals based on customer tier, producing and providing relevant data to ensure ROI is achieved.

Who you are

  • 4+ years of Account Management experience, previous MSP experience preferred
  • Comfortable with technology—the ability to learn about new solutions and make recommendations within the scope of our supported and recommended software solutions that align with a customer’s goals
  • Familiarity with B2B software, business operations, and basic customer-facing rapport-building skills is a must
  • History of demonstrated comfort engaging a wide spectrum of customer personas from daily users to C-suite

Overview 

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join Electric. You will be a critical piece of our Finance & Accounting department with an opportunity to grow within the organization. In this position, you will handle all accounting operations within the company, and verify financial records and transactions. You must have keen attention to detail and maintain account balances, financial statements, general ledger, and all reports. You will report to the Accounting Manager, with direct access and the opportunity to work with the Controller.

What you’ll do 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Netsuite and build and implement internal controls ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy of reporting 
  • Perform month-end close activities, including preparation & review of journal entries and reconciliations for various balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
  • Assist in the efforts for the preparation, review and approval of the organization’s financial statements, including financial statement analysis and documentation of meaningful explanations or fluctuations
  • Participate in streamlining and process improvement projects to increase efficiencies accounting processes and systems
  • Work cross-functionally on strategic company projects/initiatives and apply critical thinking skills to provide solutions that drive company performance
  • Work with external auditors for year-end financial statement audits
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Be in charge of the monthly revenue accounting processes in adherence to ASC 606
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues
  • Serve as a trusted resource to the Staff Accountants and other members of the team
  • Support leadership in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role with a preference for at least 2 years of public accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Independent self-starter who can work independently and with a team
  • CPA / candidates on the CPA track strongly preferred
  • Tech/Software specific accounting experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Netsuite accounting software required
  • Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Overview 

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be responsible for a wide variety of analytical and planning tasks including: revenue planning, expense budgeting, capacity planning, forecasting, general financial analysis, as well as directly supporting our internal business units. Most importantly, you will be responsible for maintaining foundational responsibilities of how we develop, communicate, and analyze financial information, becoming part of a trusted advisory team to the entire organization, and building on the trust the organization has in the finance department. 

What you’ll do 

  • Partner with the Director of FP&A to lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Manage all budget and forecast updates related to assigned departments in Electric’s financial planning tool, Anaplan
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis by comparing actual financial performance to budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, offering actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models that evaluate business scenarios and revenue projections to support strategic initiatives
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with senior leaders through an ongoing dialog around their business unit and financial needs
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide insights into business performance, assisting leadership in making informed decisions
  • Present financial analyses, findings, and recommendations to senior management, clearly conveying complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and financial reporting for leadership, board meetings, and investors
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to GAAP standards
  • Review and approve vendor spend requests to ensure they are within budget and meet AP guidelines
  • Take a leadership role in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes, enhancing financial systems, and improving data accuracy.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and knowledge of GAAP standards a plus but not required
  • Exhibit superior ownership of responsibilities and delivery of final work product
  • Ability to make sound financial & business decisions with demonstrated ability to present complex data in clear, compelling, and summarized formats non-finance professionals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact within all levels of the organization
  • Spreadsheet and presentation guru
  • Expert proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of industry-standard KPIs and processes for SaaS businesses
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Netsuite. Experience with financial planning tools, specifically Anaplan, a plus.

Overview 

Electric’s Engineering team is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us take our software applications to the next level. This role will be part of a collaborative product team that will take ownership of a product domain to deliver features, maintain those features, and improve developer experience in an effort to add value for our customers. Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team. This position will work closely with our Sales team and sales leaders to streamline pre-sales scoping, documentation and IT consulting for customers. This role will display excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer-facing communication working cross-functionally as a resource to help us win deals and drive retention post-sales.

This role will also be integral to product strategy by delivering insights into prospective customer needs and roadblocks for sales.

  • You will be the technical resource for sales calls and questions, on both an ad-hoc basis and formally, to consult with customers to win more deals at a higher velocity. This will involve:
    • Technical leader: be the subject matter expert on Electric’s platform and articulate the value and benefits to customers throughout the sales process
    • Objection handling: overcome objections especially when it comes to technical challenges

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, evaluate and manage implementations for the CX tech stack to support or enhance CS operations
  • Oversee CS funnel process management: Implementation, Renewal, Retention, Upsell, Proserv, Churn; this includes implementing efficient workflows and procedures to enhance the customer experience while optimizing operational efficiency
  • Advise on capacity modeling, revenue forecasting, churn analysis, retention strategies and other data projects
  • Translating business requirements to operational and technical requirements to support CX enablement
  • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy with the support of CX leadership that is aligned with the company business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric initiatives are integrated into all areas of the organization

Who you are

  • 3+ years of CS operations, project management, or business analyst experience at a SaaS company
  • 2+ years working in a post-sale environment
  • 1+ years experience leading a team of 2+ direct reports
  • Fluency with NPS, CSAT, and relevant industry metrics
  • Required knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Required experience with Gainsight at the administrator level; Level 1 certification is required but Level 2 is preferred

Overview 

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the Finance team at Electric. In this position, you will handle accounting operations within the company, and verify financial records and transactions. You must have keen attention to detail and maintain account balances, financial statements, general ledger, and all reports.

  • Responsible for the month-end close process and financial statement review, including variance analysis for financial statements
