As a Software Engineer I you will

Inventory Controls Specialist assists in conducting and executing all Inventory audits, Distribution Centers (DC) and field including post audit reports. This role will support audit compliance through physical inspections and assist the Manager and Director of Inventory Controls in field preparation for year-end audit.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of inventory related processes & systems for the set-up of the Centralized DC.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Plans and schedules collision repair work, establishes repair priorities, develops and implements programs to establish standard collision repair cost, parts and temporary replacement assets. Manages, analyzes and monitors costs of the transportation fleet.
    • Determines requirements for spare parts, supplies, and materials inventory. Recommends design specifications for the Transportation Fleet trucks and trailers.
    • Makes budget requests, analyzes spend to develop fleet collision repair budget and monitors budget expenditures.
    • Researches, catalogs, checks prices, orders and makes direct purchases of repair parts, labor rates and preferred body repair providers.
    • Opens, updates records, and closes work orders. 
    • Manages POs or Credit card payments to shops for repairs. 
    • Works with the Maintenance side to make sure that all inspections are completed before returning to service.
    • Establishes standards of performance and develops operating metrics for measuring contractor performance. Provides direction for adherence to established work methods, checks and directs the completion of work in progress.
    • Provides direction and assistance for collision repair of the company’s transportation fleet.
    • Establishes local working relationships and develops communication tools in support of the branch goals and objectives.  Works closely with local leadership to provide a safe, reliable and cost effective fleet.
    • Observes and enforces safety regulations, provides status of projects and attends meetings and training sessions as necessary.
      • Knowledge of:
        • Methods, practices, material and tools of the equipment mechanic trade.
        • Operating and repair characteristics of a variety of automotive and heavy equipment vehicles, trailers and equipment.
        • Occupational hazards and standard safety precautions necessary in the workplace.
        • Equipment purchasing and acquisition practices and methods.
        • Principles of gasoline and diesel engines, wide knowledge of chassis systems and components.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Intermediate SQL & Python/R Required
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a data analyst role, with a focus on operations research and modeling.
  • Experience in applied statistics and communicating results to a lay audience

  • Strong problem solving skills

The Contracts Manager is responsible for management and negotiation and upkeep/maintenance of all Vendor Contracts. This includes drafting, preliminary negotiating, and executing contracts or putting into motion needed vendor contracts, reviewing vendor proposed changes to contract terms or pricing and maintaining productive relationships with vendors and proactive measures with internal staff.

Daily activities will include preparing, negotiating, and managing the administration of major OEM contracts. You will represent the company ensuring maximum profits potential and optimum terms and conditions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit major, complex contract proposals for assigned programs, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met and optimum terms and conditions for the company are provided.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage the administration of contracts per the assigned levels of authority.
  • Administer and monitor established compliance to the terms and conditions as set forth by collaborating with the Supplier Performance Team.
  • Develop, prepare, and present management adjustments to existing contracts, coordinating with the Fleet and Service Procurement teams to ensure best practices are set in motion.
  • Monitor contract specifications with terms and continue to develop and define vendor databases within the system.
  • Maintain a thorough and current knowledge of all applicable terms and conditions and value-added services provided by Vendors.
  • Maintain and communicate changes internally to relevant stakeholders when new negotiations are underway, or opportunities present themselves for renewed improvements on contract terms.
  • Prepare, coordinate for approval as appropriate, and submit all official correspondence on behalf of EquipmentShare relating to proposals or contracts. Cooperate and coordinate with other departments to assist in and provide adequate control for the receipt and delivery of communications under assigned programs, proposals, and/or contracts.
  • Document, through written telephone conversation memoranda and/or formal meeting minutes, the basis and result of all discussions of a contractual nature including any form of agreements reached, commitments made, or obligations accepted on the part of vendors and EquipmentShare.
  • Be responsible for informing Fleet and Procurement teams on the potential impact of such agreements (or, disagreements).
  • Actively participate in and help prepare, distribute, and maintain all formal contractual documents.
  • Ensure that a full and complete contract file is maintained for every OEM/Vendor that meets the requirements assigned.
