We are seeking to recruit a passionate and skilled Assistant Manager to join the Marketing Operations team, supporting our digital and data transformation

This role will have responsibility for provide a background to our data to find actionable solutions that improve our internal processes and our marketing output. The Assistant Manager will work on a variety of projects with our B2B and PR teams, to ensure effective operations across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data reporting and analysis: Create ad-hoc data reporting to support decision making across the wider marketing team.
  • Project management: Work on a variety of projects to standardize and centralize operations, data usage and process improvement.
  • Process standardization: Drive standardization practices for our function’s data reporting and usage of data.
  • Marketing strategy support: Use of data to develop actionable strategies that align with Marketing OKR’s.
  • Administrative duties: Support with a variety of administrative tasks in the Marketing Operations division.

Marketing data Responsibility:

  • Assisting with data cleanliness in the various systems, merging like records, researching causes of bugs in order to correct processes
  • Cleansing, enriching and uploading prospect lists from various events
  • Building smart lists in HubSpot to aid in geographic and account-based marketing efforts

The ideal candidate will be:

  • More than 3 years of experience in an Marketing Operations role.
  • Experience with marketing automation software a plus
  • Proven experience in data collection, reporting and analysis is essential.
  • Experience of interpreting data using various methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Experienced in managing and delivering multiple projects.
  • Previous experience of managing and developing others within an operations environment.
  • Exposure to a marketing environment and/or marketing systems and platforms would be desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with global teams.

    What you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities):  

    • Creating and executing a successful business plan for the region 
    • Identify high-potential customers, drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles with Fortanix prospects and customers 
    • Build a sustainable pipeline through new business sales, upsell and cross sell to new and existing customers 
    • Building and maintain strong customer relationships 
    • Take new and innovative solutions to market to drive sales growth 
    • Create clear goals, complete accurate forecasting and your against your regional plan  
    • Use consultative sales techniques, particularly for the adoption of cybersecurity solutions by enterprise customers. 
    • Travel across DACH (approximately 70%) as part of the role. 

     

    What you’ll need (Basic Qualifications) 

    • Proven experience in sales and business development 
    • Strong knowledge of the DACH market and business landscape 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships 
    • Experience selling enterprise software solutions 
    • Knowledge of data security and compliance 
    • Fluency in German and English is a must

    Job Description:

    Fortanix seeks a talented and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join the Armor Platform team. The SDET will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform by developing and executing comprehensive test plans and automated test suites. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for the Armor Platform. 
    • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design test plans that ensure comprehensive coverage. 
    • Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects with clear and concise documentation. 
    • Continuously improve test automation strategies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. 
    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code. 
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development workflow. 
    • Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends, and drive improvements in product quality. 
    • Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation and quality assurance. 

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or similar role. 
    • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++. 
    • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. 
    • Strong experience with modern test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). 
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI. 
    • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust). 
    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, performance, and security testing. 
    • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). 
    • Experience with API testing and tools 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

     

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with security testing and knowledge of security principles. 
    • Experience with Rust programming language is a plus 
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). 
    • Knowledge of data security concepts and protocols. 
    • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. 
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
