What you'll be doing…

We’re looking for an accomplished Technical SEO specialist to take the lead on Technical SEO across the business and manage and develop our existing team of accomplished Technical SEOs and reporting to our SEO Director. You’ll be passionate about technical SEO, have an expert understanding of crawling, indexing and rendering and their importance when it comes to SEO success, and have extensive SEO experience from websites that operate in competitive markets. Enhancing platforms, complex migrations and thorough technical SEO audits will be your bread and butter, but you’ll also need to be an excellent communicator and be able to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at varying levels of understanding.

  • Outstanding technical SEO knowledge 
  • A plethora of experience when it comes to website taxonomies, entities, international SEO, schema, internal linking, sitemaps, robots directives and more
  • High-level understanding of on-page and off-page SEO
  • Proven experience working on websites in competitive markets where technical SEO problems have been overcome
  • Experience leading and developing a SEO team
  • Experience of successful migrations and audits that result in organic traffic growth in the medium-term
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Proficient with log files, Screaming Frog and other SEO tools

The Digital Ad Operations Associate role will work with Client Success Managers to oversee the daily management of advertising and content campaigns. This includes ad server campaign management and execution (segment management, trafficking, pacing, optimization, reporting and other tasks).

You will be assigned to one or more Industry Team, working with industry leading clients on delivering successful ad campaigns. Our verticals include Media, Retail, Finance, Education, Business Services, Healthcare, Energy, Technology, Food & Beverage and more. You will report to the Director of Ad Operations in this remote role.

What you'll do...

  • Upload, test and schedule advertising creative using ad servers to ensure start and full delivery of all ad campaigns
  • Investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues) with clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues
  • Partner with Media Coordinators to answer client questions promptly, including ad specifications, tags and troubleshooting ad issues (tracking, pacing, implementation, and/or reporting )
  • Build, manage and report on multi-channel campaigns including display, native, content marketing, and social media
  • Prepare, edit and test client HTML code

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • 1+ years in ad operations, digital marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in ad serving platforms
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of HTML or other coding basics
  • Ability to explain technical concepts for client interactions and team collaboration.

Job Purpose

As part of our Commercial division, our sales operation team serves as the center of excellence on process, order management, and client-facing financial matters.

The Sales Operation Associate plays a meaningful role, working with colleagues across the organization to handle orders from proposals through billing. This includes inventory management, contracting, maintaining sales order data, resolving billing and revenue questions, and providing superb client service to internal and external clients. You will report to the Director of Sales Operations.

What you'll do...

  • Work with a team of publishers, account directors, and operations team members as part of designated account teams serving as the sales operations center-of-excellence
  • Use Salesforce and other technologies to create, process and maintain contracts and orders
  • Pre-sale inventory management for multi-channel advertising and content campaigns
  • Provide quality control for all deals, ensuring they meet required standards for contracting, approvals, payment terms, credit control, and inventory usage
  • Manage the month-end close process for your account teams in collaboration with delivery teams across the organization
  • Build reporting for forecasting, projects, sales intelligence, and other commercial analysis

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • 1+ years of experience - potentially in Sales or Media
  • Experience with any relevant internships or customer-facing roles
  • Media or publishing company experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong experience developing relationships across internal and external clients
  • Digital knowledgeable and excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets),
