ABOUT THE ROLE

Galileo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our clinical data platform team. This is a business-critical role that fuels company insights and the strategic differentiators of Galileo’s exceptional healthcare model. The data platform ingests a high volume of clinical data from partners, and combines that with our proprietary knowledge of a patient’s health history. We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented self-starter who can crystalize and deliver a product strategy that unlocks Galileo’s next phase of growth. 

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Galileo’s clinical data platform – and its next phase of strategic growth. You’ll ensure this platform seamlessly supports the end-to-end business model and delivers accurate, reliable, and well-governed clinical data. 
  • Translate the strategy into a product roadmap that balances the needs of your partner teams and Galileo’s business objectives.
  • Lead the definition, design, and operationalization of technology solutions focused on enhancing data quality.
  • Create strong partnerships with Galileo data users, product teams, and external partners establishing continuous feedback loops to better understand their problems   
  • Build a deep understanding of upstream/downstream systems and processes and how they should shape data model design and impact adjacent systems. 
  • Engage and thrive in a healthy debate of ideas and communicate your vision and strategy broadly throughout the organization
  • Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of the data products and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics.



We’re eager to hear from you if you:

  • Have 5-8 years in-role experience as a data product manager or technical product manager (with a data focus) – experience with clinical data or healthcare-related data is a major plus. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing B2B2C or B2B technical products throughout the product development lifecycle. 
  • Demonstrated passion for data platforms, data experience, tools, workflows, and/or data infrastructure.
  • You’re highly proficient with cross-functional collaboration and communication. You have a strong orientation toward problem solving and decision-making in an open, collaborative environment and focus on making decisions that benefit our patients and the organization as a whole

About the Role

Galileo is looking for culturally sensitive clinicians to join our digital-first, primary care medical group. In this role, you will useasynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality, comprehensive and evidence-based primary care.   • Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses through our innovative, proprietary app and technology and your excellent clinical judgment
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients from age 0-100 across all needs, including complex, chronic medical conditions such as: diabetes, hypertension, obesity and mental health

How we work:

Galileo is a 24/7 medical group utilizing asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care. We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours a week (alternating 12 and 16 hour weeks). At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are required to work at least two 4 hour shifts each weekend, in addition to their weekday hours.

We are currently looking for providers with licensures in NY, TX, IL, MI, FL, GA, PA, OH, NJ, MO, AZ, AL, IN, HI, and/or CT. We have several roles available at this time for our overnight shifts which run from 11pm-7am ET.

Compensation:

$78/hour (regular rate) and $90/hour (premium rate)

About the role:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Galileo is looking for a Director of Implementation. We are looking for someone who can develop a deep product expertise to launch strategic partnerships across health plan and health system contracts. Galileo is a 24/7 medical group utilizing asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care. We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours a week (alternating 12 and 16 hour weeks). At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are required to work at least two 4 hour shifts each weekend, in addition to their weekday hours.

We are currently looking for providers with licensures in NY, TX, IL, MI, FL, GA, PA, OH, NJ, MO, AZ, AL, IN, and CT. We have several roles available at this time for our overnight shifts which run from 11pm-7am ET.

Compensation:

$138/hour (regular rate) and $150/hour (premium rate)

About The Role

The Population Health Registered Nurse serves as one of the first interactions individuals have with Galileo. You will follow the patient’s health journey, from preventative health education and chronic disease management to ensuring a safe transition to the community after a hospital stay. Through this role, you will utilize patient-centered communication skills to motivate patients to improve their health and improve chronic disease management and outcomes.

This is a remote, full-time position at 40 hours/week. The core working hours will be between 11:30am-8pm ET, Monday through Friday with a requirement of 1 weekend day coverage per month.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Telephonic outreach, including cold calls, to patients for post discharge assessments of clinical symptoms, barriers to medication adherence, safety concerns, social needs
  • Educate and coordinate preventative health screenings
  • Perform chronic disease management and medication adherence education
  • Navigate conversations with patients seeking insight on Galileo’s care model
  • Facilitate the coordination of care between health care services, including hospital/ED care, pharmacies and community providers to improve patient outcomes
  • Develop an understanding of various health plan contracts / goals, Galileo markets, and needs of various patient populations

  • Collaborate internally with Engagement and Population Health leadership to improve population outcomes

We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours a week (alternating 12 and 16 hour weeks). At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are required to work at least two 4 hour shifts each weekend, in addition to their weekday hours. 

We are currently looking for providers with licensure in OH. We have several roles available at this time. We have shifts available between 10am-11pm ET Sunday through Saturday.

Compensation:

$138/hour (regular rate) and $150/hour (premium rate)

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

  • Have 4+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care
  • Are experienced in or have an appetite for learning digital-first healthcare (e.g. virtual medicine)
  • Are interested in new, innovative models of care that balance evidence-based approaches with creative ideas
  • Are highly comfortable with using technology and various applications to deliver care to patients virtually. Our current tech stack is:
    • Proprietary built clinician-patient platform 
    • Google Suite (gmail, sheets, docs, etc) 
    • Slack
  • Are board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active state licensure in OH
  • It's a bonus if you are professionally fluent in English/Spanish including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the cultural nuances for native Spanish speakers in a medical setting
