Glooko is hiring a Remote Regional VP of Sales (Southeast/Mid-Atlantic)

Glooko seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Regional VP of Sales to lead sales efforts in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. In this role, you will not only drive revenue growth and build relationships with key stakeholders, but also significantly contribute to expanding Glooko’s footprint in the health system and integrated delivery network (IDN) markets. Your work will be instrumental in scaling our adoption among healthcare providers and systems, thereby making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Glooko’s diabetes data management and analytics platform across health systems and IDNs in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, clinical advocates, IT, and finance teams, ensuring Glooko is positioned as a strategic partner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, both virtual and in-person, to showcase how Glooko's solutions address pain points and support improved diabetes management.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, including handling contract and legal discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to executive leadership, with regular updates on pipeline health and sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Represent Glooko at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to help guide product development and positioning.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or regional sales management role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, ideally within healthcare SaaS or health system sales.
  • Experience selling to health systems, IDNs, or large healthcare organizations, with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales, focusing on building long-term relationships and delivering solutions that drive customer success.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, up to 50% of the time, with regular visits to clients and prospects within the region.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and a data-driven approach to sales management.

As the Director of Sales Operations at Glooko, your role will be pivotal in shaping and optimizing our sales processes and systems.   • Support and assure FDA and ISO 13485 Design Controls requirements on the development processes for Glooko products on cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance to the elements of Design Controls including Planning, Design Input, Design Output, Design Review, Design Verification, Design Validation, Design Transfer, Design Changes, and Design History File
  • Lead the medical device risk management activities, include FDA cybersecurity requirements, across the global organization
  • Facilitate the risk management and dFMEA/sFMEA processes among stakeholders in Engineering, Verification, Clinical, Product and Regulatory
  • Lead risk evaluation for pre-market and post-market issues for product safety, including completion of the risk documentation and the risk management file

Glooko seeks a Digital Marketing (Demand Generation) Manager to drive online visibility, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives. This involves understanding the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified sales leads across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. This includes setting campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters to nurture qualified sales leads effectively. Oversee content creation by coordinating with content writers, designers, and video producers.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) and drive organic traffic. This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring website performance.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website. This includes keyword bidding, ad copywriting, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Evaluate the need and develop social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This involves creating content calendars, engaging with followers, running paid social campaigns, and monitoring social media metrics.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. This includes building email lists, designing email templates, crafting compelling copy, and analyzing email performance metrics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. This involves analyzing data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effectively allocate digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives regarding lead generation and nurturing for sales-qualified leads. This includes forecasting expenses, tracking expenditures, and optimizing spending across channels.
  • Lead and collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product, design) and external vendors to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. This may involve providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field or 6 years of equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years prior experience in search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Prior experience in healthcare and/or digital health marketing with awareness of the regulatory issues and understanding of promotional regulatory requirements.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including knowledge of SEO best practices, social media platforms and advertising, content creation and marketing, email marketing campaigns, data analytics, and online advertising methods, is essential.
  • The ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.

Position: 

We are looking for a data analyst to support the Glooko Data Products team. This includes:

  • conducting analyses to help us better understand our users, clinics, and devices, 
  • identifying and interpreting user patterns/trends/anomalies, and 
  • communicating analysis results,
  • develop and ensure successful delivery of data shares with partners,
  • preparing customer billing reports and dashboards.

This is an individual contributor role. You will spend:

  • 75% of your time coding, analyzing data, and creating reports/dashboards, and 
  • 25% of your time communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Analyzing complex business problems using data from internal and external sources. 
  • Processing and exploring data, discovering patterns/trends, and identifying anomalies.
  • Performing statistical analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations of trends and patterns.
  • Interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to guide data-driven decisions. 
  • Using data visualization and BI tools to generate dashboards, reports, and presentations to aid in data storytelling.
  • Developing, monitoring, and maintaining growth and engagement metrics.
  • Gathering requirements, standardizing/automating reports, and providing insights.
