We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP PLM Consultant to join our team. As a SAP PLM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP PLM solutions to streamline product development processes and improve overall efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP PLM modules, and provide ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand their needs for product lifecycle management.
• Design, configure, and customize SAP PLM modules, including Product Data Management (PDM), Document Management System (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM), and Recipe Development (RD).
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the successful implementation of SAP PLM solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after SAP PLM implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PLM modules.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate SAP PLM with other systems, such as ERP, CAD, and MES.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PLM functionalities, best practices, and industry trends.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes related to product lifecycle management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a SAP PLM Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PLM modules, including PDM, DMS, ECM, and RD.
• Experience in SAP PLM implementation projects.
• Proficiency in SAP PLM configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP PLM with other systems, such as ERP and CAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Description:
· Working closely with key business & IT/network stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to understand and help define/elaborate requirements. Where appropriate the requirements should be challenged to ensure adherence to industry best practice or align to existing/out of the box functionality as appropriate.
· Creating and evolving detailed designs across the relevant technologies with a focus on standardisation and re-usability. This will include High Level Designs, Technical Designs and Interface Contract Documents.
· Acting as a conduit between Enterprise / Solution Architects and Development teams, ensuring effective translation of high level design and adherence to architectural and design standards/principles. Collaborating with architecture, infrastructure, fraud & security and external partners to ensure alignment on design is achieved.
· Having detailed technical and functional knowledge of the relevant platform/system capabilities. Applying knowledge of industry trends, standards and developments to improve technical deliveries and service.
· Providing design assurance/governance during the build/test phases, acting as a technical design authority and ensuring the solution design and implementation meets technical, functional and non-functional requirements.
· Driving the definition of best practice and standards within the design and development teams. Responsible for reviewing requirements, functional specifications, architectural designs and test strategies to ensure members of the team are adhering to agreed standards. This should include identifying repeating issues and mitigation strategies (feeding into appropriate reviews).
· Providing quantified delivery estimates for assigned changes & projects. This will include challenging estimates provided by external development partners. Managing demand as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
· Identifying areas for improvement within your team’s delivery or project and, where appropriate, suggest solutions to improve the problem areas.
· Flexible for travelling within UK and for international travel.
Capability, Knowledge and Experience Required:
· Must have 10+ years of experience in E2E solution design.
· Proven knowledge of, and solution design experience within core Telecom operational processes (service fulfilment, service assurance and billing) & related systems.
· Strong knowledge of the international frameworks eTOM, TOGAF 9.0
· Strong experience on Sparx enterprise architecture modelling tool
· Experience in a designing/ architecting solution in complex (i.e. multi-project, multi-system) environments and aligned to multiple delivery methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile).
· In depth understanding of the full Software Delivery Lifecycle in both waterfall and agile models.

Work on cloud migration activities related to all applications in scope in Integration & Output area
In CTO CH/FL we have a lot of applicative systems that were deployed to communicate with third party interfaces or to provide Avaloq Services (CSF for Output, ODI for data management and data extractions, Archive solutions etc.) We need now to migrate all those applications in OCI as per our Cloud Strategy.
Main tasks and deliverables will be:
- collect and list all the interventions to be applied on applicative layers
- identify impacts and gaps on functional services, if any
- in case of any gaps, provide solutions to make sure no impacts on service level
- plan the activities according to the cloud migration plan
- execute the activities to migrate in quality and time according to the aforementioned tasks
Skill required:
Middleware skills, Java, Unix, OCI, Knowledge of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), deployment models (public, private, hybrid, multi-cloud), and key cloud service providers (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications in the cloud.
English language fluent and Italian nice to have
Avaloq certification nice to have but not mandatory.
