About the Role:

The Strategic Accounts Director works with our largest clients to drive adoption of the Invoca product and expand our relationship through new products, cross-selling into new lines of business, and additional use cases. Travel is required across the U.S. and Canada at about 25%. This role reports to the VP of Account Management. 

You Will:

  • Prospect, identify, develop, negotiate and, ultimately drive new revenue by uncovering opportunities within these strategic accounts
  • Develop and lead pipeline within your targeted accounts to meet or exceed targets
  • Lead strategies for our largest accounts with our Account Management team, Customer Success team, and other internal stakeholders
  • Thoroughly understand enterprise customer needs and effectively communicate Invoca value proposition across business lines
  • Build and execute sales strategies, presentations, and software demonstrations for your accounts
  • Provide forecast updates
  • Understand the business landscape and be able to articulate differentiators

You Have:

  • 7+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience selling marketing tech and ad tech to complex organizations
  • Prior strategic account management experience with large enterprises
  • Experience using modern SaaS sales tech stack, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Salesloft, remote collaboration tools, and more
  • Experience negotiating business terms with senior management and C-suite executives including MSSA, Order Forms, SOWs and other deal documentation.
  • Experience with marketing and customer acquisition processes
  • The ability to travel across the US and Canada

About the Role:

Integrating a mindset that balances long-term thinking with short-term execution, you will collaborate with our product development and go to market teams to:

  • Define and implement the company’s customer data strategy, focusing on balancing standards with flexibility, ensuring data quality, and alignment with Invoca’s long-term goals
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for leveraging best practices from CDPs to improve our customer data management and analytics
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure Invoca’s data is effectively utilized for customer segmentation, personalization, and analytics through platform capabilities and best practices
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that address business needs
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure alignment on data initiatives and objectives
  • Build consensus and coordinate product development with engineering - acting as product owner for an agile development scrum team
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, user stories, and prioritization
  • Work closely with our UX Designers, Marketing and Customer Success teams to integrate usability studies, market analysis and customer research into product requirements to ensure products meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to further our use of AI in offering customer-centric solutions 
  • Ensure that data management practices comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Track and analyze the performance of data strategies and CDP initiatives, using metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data management and CDPs

You Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and data management
  • At least 1+ year of experience working with Customer Data Platforms or executing data strategy for a SaaS platform
  • Deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms, data integration, and data management technologies
  • Experience with CDP tools such as Segment, BlueConic, Tealium or similar is highly desirable
  • Experience in conversation intelligence is a plus
  • Experience with pricing and packaging is also a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable strategies and solutions

About the Role:

The Invoca marketing team is seeking a talented and strategic Director of Partner Marketing to lead our partner ecosystem marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be part of a vibrant, remote, and dynamic team, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to expand Invoca’s partner programs and alliances. About the Role:

The Sr. Revenue Analytics & Insights Manager will be responsible for owning Go-to-Market (GTM) data, performance, metrics and reporting management as well as conducting GTM analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the GTM teams. You Will:

  • Support, track and measure GTM and end-to-end (E2E) funnel activity, performance metrics and KPI’s (Lead > MQL > Opportunity > Closed Won > Renewal / Expansion > Churn) 
  • Monitor, track and report bottom-ups vs tops down forecast/pipeline input and analysis
  • Build & align the Sales Quotas with Invoca’s Booking Plans 
  • Build individual quota plans for Sellers (AEs & AMs), Overlays, SDRs, SEs, Partnerships, and Management
  • Be responsible for creating and supporting Sales compensation programs, practices and policies 
  • Partner with Finance to provide data required for commission calculations
  • Monitor, track and report Sales Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Metrics
  • Monitor, track and report GTM OKRs on a weekly basis. The KRs will include: 
    • Booking 
    • Data Quality Metrics
    • Pipeline Metrics
    • Sales Cycles

  • Build the sales productivity metrics and the monthly capacity profiles 
  • Build metrics needed for all applicable meetings such as BoD and Invocation
  • Perform deep dives into current and future state analysis, activity & performance, forecast/pipeline to understand how the collective E2E GTM business is doing in order to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive/inform GTM decisions, strategies and initiatives

You Have:

You Will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to a targeted, high touch portfolio of 2-3 companies by listening to your customers, understanding their business objectives, pain points and revenue goals. Provide guidance and solutions to help them achieve results through Invoca.
  • Provide support throughout their lifecycle, ensuring customer and Invoca achievements are met through adoption, growth and renewal plans.
  • Translate the strategic needs of the customer to actional program initiatives and execute on those such as conducting regular milestone check-in calls. Conduct strategic business reviews and steering committee meetings that are meaningful and relevant to the customer’s strategic business goals and objectives.
  • Understand the customer’s full organization. Develop rapport across teams to uncover business pain and strategic mapping of Invoca value to solve those challenges.
  • Grow usage of Invoca’s Revenue Execution platform across accounts through proactive engagement, education, strategic touchpoints and effective planning. Partner with Sales to ensure a common revenue growth goal for your portfolio of accounts. Acts as a lead generation partner for the Enterprise Sales organization. 
  • Monitor and influence product usage, customer engagement and satisfaction feedback.
  • Coordinate the involvement of other Invoca personnel including executive leadership, sales, support, services, marketing and product development to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Drive new business growth through customer advocacy and reference-able initiatives.
  • Understand how to translate business requirements into technical solutions to enable business architects to build effective solutions
  • Build strong relationships across adjacent technologies and partners to drive increased value for customers

You Have:

  • 10-15 years' experience in Customer Success Management in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software 
  • 3-5 years' experience creating or optimizing campaigns with marketing and advertising technology such as Google Ads, Bid Management or programmatic media platforms - or with one of our competitors
  • Ability to build strong rapport and establish trust with Executive level customer contacts as well as establish and maintain credibility through a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrable experience indefining and implementing a strategic roadmap with and for customers to maximize the business impact of their investment in B2B SaaS. Deep experience in techniques to foster product adoption at scale for a diverse user base with conflicting needs and priorities. 
  • Proven track record of demonstrated ability to on-board, support, and excite customers to deliver high customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty
  • Experience with Revenue Execution technologies such as Invoca other Call Tracking solutions, LivePerson, Sprinklr (or similar) required 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities and effectively motivate cross-functional teams to align on execution.
  • Excellent communicator with strong listening skills and technical aptitude
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight and other Software-as-a-Service preferred
