Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities include:

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to provide services for Engineers and SQA to build, provision, deploy and manage their application stacks in AWS and other Cloud Platforms. Write, build and deploy services globally and at scale. Write tools to automate the entire development lifecycle. Work with toolsets including AWS API, Java, Go, configuration management tools and more. Drive standards, tooling and services that is used by internal teams for all aspects of running an application. Work closely with Developers, QA and Operations staff to design and build automated processes for application and database migration, ensuring scalability, reproducibility, auditability and traceability. Provide automation and support throughout the processes required to get a product built and released into test and production environment. Troubleshoot build and deploy issues, and facilitate resolution. Maintain and enhance the automated continuous integration and continuous delivery environment. Evaluate and recommend new tools to improve build and release processes, with a goal of zero downtime releases. Communicate status frequently to all stakeholders. Document any new or changed processes. Telecommuting permitted. 20% domestic and 20% international travel required.

 

SALARY:  $155,958 to $166,200 per year.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field, and 4 years of networking and devops experience. Must have experience with: AWS or Azure; Linux system administration skills such as OS deployments, patching and management; Configuration management tools such as Terraform; Container management technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for automated deployments; Networking concepts and protocols including 5G networks, DNS, TCP/IP, IPSEC SSL VPN and firewalls; and Incident, Change and Operations Management. Telecommuting permitted. 20% domestic and 20% international travel required.

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of our domestic, multi-state, and monthly payrolls operations in the US and Globally. The Payroll Analyst position within the payroll support team will have knowledge of processing Company Stock Programs, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) thru payroll. You will thrive in this position if you are passionate about Payroll and have solid Workday Payroll experience. In this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager and will be involved in all aspects of Payroll and will have the potential to grow and develop professionally.

Other essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees and monthly international payrolls, for all compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Prepare ACH and Payroll off-cycle payments as needed.
  • Collaborate in a cross functional team environment with partner departments to improve workflows.
  • Work with HR, Benefits and Operations team, to ensure new hires, state-to-state movements, terminations, status changes, LOA’s, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, rate changes, retroactive adjustments and special pays are properly recorded in Workday and documented.
  • Ensure all scheduled deductions are submitted in every pay payroll cycle including garnishments, flexible spending plans, retirement plans, and benefits contributions, as well as election changes for 401(k) participation in Workday.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and resolve their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain payroll compliance matters such as multi-jurisdiction tax withholding, garnishments, and key annual audits (e.g., 401(k) audit, worker’s compensation, external financial audit).
  • Work with IT, HR and Benefits to ensure integrity of data and participate in system set up and testing as we make necessary payroll configuration updates in Workday.
  • Assist with accounting entries for all payroll cycles as well as monthly accrual entries including wages, commissions, bonuses, and PTO.
  • Process and reconcile earnings from equity grants are appropriately reflected, in W-2 treatment.
  • Assist with quarter-end close activities, including preparation of any auditor-requested schedules and other support.
  • Generate payroll related reports, such as biweekly expenses, payroll reconciliations, develop ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Work with third-party payroll processor (ADP Smart Compliance) to produce all year-end reporting and returns (e.g., W2-W2C).
  • Comply with all company policies and departmental procedures, always ensuring honest and ethical conduct.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s internal controls and documentation requirements (SOX). Design and implement improvements to processes and controls, while maintaining appropriate segregation of duties between HR and Finance as well as within Finance to address business changes, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Other ad-hoc special projects

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation and American Payroll Association (APA) membership a plus.
  • 5+ years’ payroll and accounting experience in a multi-state payroll department with high volume operations.
  • Experience working in a public company with quarterly auditor reviews, equity grants (options, RSUs and ESPP), and SOX preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday and ADP Smart Compliance preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. Must be proficient in other standard workplace applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, critical thinking, set priorities, problem-solve, and make decisions and follow-through.

About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Director, Digital Solutions Strategy. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This role will lead our Digital Strategy Partners team, serve as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders, and drive innovative process improvement initiatives to best serve our health system customers.

This position will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners, such as sales, commercial operations, product, and enablement to ensure our solutions are being created and positioned most effectively to our customers. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • At least 5 years of management-level experience, preferably within Healthcare IT.
  • At least 10 years of experience in customer facing roles, preferably in healthcare IT.

  • Demonstrated outcomes from your leadership, coaching, and business skills in past roles.
  • While your recent experience may be in management, we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to dig in and participate in a hands-on capacity, utilizing your selling, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help drive our internal and external engagements.
  • Beyond a base level of understanding with EMRs and ability to articulate the value of solutions like EMR integration to health system leaders.

About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking a motivated and growth oriented EHR Technical Services Analyst. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and driving ongoing success for our EHR-integrated customers. Your problem-solving skills and passion for customer success will ensure that these customers get the maximum value from our overall Zio service and continue to see efficiencies gained from our EHR integration.

As part of the EHR Integration team you will work closely with our Technical Project Managers, Customer Care teams, and Revenue Cycle Management teams to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues, lead customers through expansion and maintenance projects, and drive innovation of our processes and support methods.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Interact with our customers to help them expand their use of Zio Integration to new sites and specialties, or to meet new needs and goals.
  • Solve escalated issues from other customer support roles and ensure we deliver timely and effective customer service.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues within our interface engine (Mirth) and develop processes to prevent similar issues in the future.
  • Analyze customer support trends and present the data and proposed solutions for continuous improvement of our services.
  • Work with current integrated customers to understand their business needs and help close any identified gaps in our processes and offerings.
  • Manage iRhythm’s customer integration roll outs and customer integration expansion projects.
  • Work and communicate independently with the client’s implementation team and cross-functionally within iRhythm on a regular basis.
  • Align with customers on action plan that achieves success metrics and goals of the EHR integration and accelerates adoption of Zio throughout the health system.
  • Post-implementation partnership with iRhythm Customer Care and Revenue Cycle Services organizations to provide ongoing support.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our processes and value to customers by leading and executing on internal projects, interacting with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders.

In addition to the overview above, here are a few key skills and qualities we’re looking for from you:

  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • At least 1 year of integration experience with EHR’s
  • Some experience with HL7 integration engine solutions (Mirth preferred, others are ok!), experience or knowledge of coding and transforming messages (ORM, ORU, ADT) is a bonus
  • Experience with scripting (we use JavaScript, we’re looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Ability and desire to get to the root cause of issues, and put processes in place to prevent issues from happening again
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic capacity, ideally including workflow consultation with customers is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the healthcare or technology field.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, as needed.

The iRhythm Software Quality Assurance team is looking for a Software QA Engineer I with Cardiac/Holter technician experience to work with software engineering and systems teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to support the development and testing of arrhythmia detection algorithms and software applications that are used to deliver iRhythm’s world-class ECG analysis services. As the SQA Engineer I, you will work closely with our software development team to test and appropriately document results in support of timely software releases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop software verification test protocols, test plans, trace matrix and document test results consistent with functional, customer and internal compliance requirements.
  • Review user, system and software requirements and design documentations to ensure technical accuracy and testability; act as a quality advocate throughout the development cycle focusing on end-user (internal, external, patient) needs.
  • Evaluate updates to clinical tools and components to determine impact to internal (ECG/EKG data consumers) and external end user needs.
  • Provide cross-functional support for new products &/or software component releases, including preparation of FDA submissions.
  • Analyze test and production failures to establish repeatability and to analyze the root cause of issue. Work closely with development team to establish regression test scope based on impact and/or risk.
  • Work closely with Dev, Product, TPM, and QE partners in scrum teams following agile methodology, participate in stand-ups, report status in project meetings.
  • Support DHF activities and help with phase deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline with at least 2 years of software testing experience.
  • Experience as a telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner or other specialty requiring ECG interpretation. Ability to read and process ECG/EKG records.
  • Previous experience testing medical devices and the related verification, validation, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, finding creative solutions.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and communicate and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in presentation of methods and observations. Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software tools, applications, concepts, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of QA principles, Design Control procedures and DHF deliverables.
  • Knowledge of MySQL and Linux environments. Be able to write and execute SQL queries with minimal guidance.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

The Identity Access Management Technician’s role is to plan, organize, and manage the enterprise identity environment at iRhythm Technologies. This position will ensure that the identity systems, privileged access, and associated integrations are properly planned, installed, configured, documented, secured, and maintained particularly Active Directory and Okta. This role will also be working closely with engineers and systems owners and partner with other organizations in the business.   • Responsible for de-provisioning access for offboarding employees
  • Responsible for the architecting, management, support, documentation, and maintenance of documentation for identity access systems and Okta
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity and consistency within Active Directory and other Enterprise Systems
  • Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies

  • Assist with coordinating the build-out of IAM connectors to requested applications or systems

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Must have at least 4-7 years experience in Identity and Access Management/Access Control or related position

About This Role

Reporting to the Senior Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, the Director, Government Programs & Reimbursement is responsible for building a data-driven access and reimbursement strategy and execution roadmap to support iRhythm’s continued growth and expansion. This role is focused on maximizing access of existing and future portfolio by engaging with CMS, medical and professional societies to shape the marketplace; generating evidence-driven initiatives to improve policy on a national and regional level with both private and public payers; and, relatedly, collaborating to inform internal HEOR/clinical evidence generation strategies. To achieve these goals, the Director must be skilled at collaborating cross-functionally to ensure appropriate market access, policy, and reimbursement needs and incorporated into business planning early and often.

Role Responsibilities

Lead and Execute Organizational Access & Reimbursement Strategies

  • The Director is responsible for leading the development, modeling, execution and measurement of access and reimbursement strategies to maximize market adoption, accelerate product launches, and maximize lifecycle management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners in Clinical, Health Economics, Payer Relations, Payer Marketing to collaborate and develop value propositions supporting portfolio development that resonate with employers, payers, and providers.

Lead Incorporation of Access & Reimbursement Considerations into Product Development

  • Collaborates with business units to provide critical reimbursement input to ensure appropriate market access, policy, and reimbursement perspectives are integrated into business plans.
  • Work with business and product development teams to ensure reimbursement needs are incorporated into product development timelines.
  • Review business development opportunities from an access and reimbursement perspective ensuring coverage and pricing potentials of the assessed opportunity.

Collaborate with Regulatory to Incorporate Access Considerations into FDA Submissions and Post-Market Studies

  • Collaborate with regulatory partners to ensure FDA regulatory submissions are aligned with organizational ability to achieve reimbursable access now and the in the future
  • Contribute to achieve accordance between regulatory outcomes and perception of value from a payer, provider, and health system perspective.

Lead Advancement of iRhythm’s Policy Agenda

  • Champion health policy agenda as it pertains to coverage and access for existing and new products across lines of business including CMS, Commercial, Medicare Advantage, State Medicaid, and Managed Medicaid plans.
  • Partner with Clinical, HEOR, Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs teams to align Brand and Product-specific evidence generation, value strategy, development of dossier, etc.
  • Lead the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) proposed rule-making notice and comment processes on all annual comment opportunities, working closely with partners across the businesses to ensure our comments represent iRhythm current and future portfolio.
  • Collaborate strategically with VP and Directors of Market Access & Payer Relations using territory insights and analysis to improve access/coverage through evidence-driven initiatives.
  • Monitor and provide reimbursement and federal health policy-related guidance and updates to product development teams, marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, and business leaders to influence business decisions

Support Market Shaping Activities in Support of iRhythm Strategic Agenda

  • Developing sustainable strategic relationships with governmental decision makes (CMS), medical associations (HRS, ACC, AHA), professional associations (AMA), thought leaders, trade groups and patient advocacy groups to provide leadership and focus in areas of mutual interest to influence outcomes of critical market access issues.
  • Lead work alongside other senior health policy experts within relevant trade associations (e.g. AdvaMed, AI Coalition) and other member companies to provide feedback on iRhythm’s behalf as principles, policy and advocacy positions are developed.

Candidate Background

  • Degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, economics, or epidemiology.
  • A postgraduate degree such as Masters, MPH, or PhD in Health Outcomes, Health Economics, or Health Services.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in CMS (Medicare Medicaid) Market Access or related field
  • Deep understanding of the business of healthcare and hospital/physician provider operations
  • Strong understanding of global payer markets, market access issues, with demonstrable track record.
  • Strong written, verbal, oral and presentation skill
  • Exceptional analytic and writing skills.

About This Role

The role of the Customer Care Advocate is to provide an outstanding call experience to patients and providers, to educate and provide support through the device wear process. Function as a liaison between the patient and the business to ensure that the patients requests are completed. The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for managing all requests with sensitivity and urgency ensuring that all compliance and regulatory expectations are met. Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications:

About This Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior support to grow, nurture, and maintain iRhythm’s highest-volume accounts. About This Role

The primary role of the Revenue Cycle Specialist – Billing Support Help Desk (RCS-BSHD) is to provide the necessary review and analysis of billing, claims, and other general inquiries received through the Direct Bill Help Desk queue(s) and to research and share findings to achieve service level goals and business objectives across Revenue Cycle operations.  

Essential Functions:

  • Efficiently work help desk tickets deposited into Billing Support, Direct Bill, and Hold Claim queues by internal and external customers through various ticketing pathways. 
  •  Serve as support staff for various internal departments and external vendors by developing positive relationships, collaborating, and working cross functionally to resolve ticketing issues. Review and respond to respective inquiries initiated by these entities.
  • Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to support account/patient claim escalations, related grievances, billing/reimbursement/coding inquiries received from the sales team, accounts, and other internal and external customers.
  • Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and iRhythm associates
  •  Investigate and provision ticket status updates as requested from the sales team, accounts, and all applicable stakeholders
  • Track and manage ticketing cases until the issue is resolved within defined SLA parameters.  
  • Conduct outreach to vendor partners and/or insurance companies when necessary to investigate/confirm patient eligibility and benefits; including estimating out of pocket costs and researching claims denials and/or rejections.
  • Professionally respond to internal and external inquiries and phone calls from insurance companies and patients, providing answers to questions and concerns about claims and/or billing statements. Review and respond to correspondence and requests for medical record copies and other pertinent information to the appropriate sources.
  • Work collaboratively with vendor partners to facilitate and/or support insurance billing and collections processes to improve Conall.
  • Work closely with internal Revenue Cycle Business Partners to support the tracking/trending of account grievances and behaviors.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training new team members as needed.
  • Support overall Revenue Cycle processes to achieve established targets and goals, including the completion of special/specific assigned projects and other duties/tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare related experience in billing and reimbursement or medical billing certification.
  • Salesforce experience desired
  • Insurance eligibility and benefit verification experience required with knowledge of cardiology billing preferred.
  • Knowledge of CMS 1500 and UB04 Billing Forms, EOBs, claims, coding, and charges is required.
  • Knowledge of third party and/or insurance company’s operating procedures, regulations, and billing requirements, i.e. Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand the information provided on EOBs, remittance advices, and other insurance correspondence.

  4. Market Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Conduct analyses and provide insights to guide decision-making.
  5. Content Creation:
    • Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, and product presentations, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging online content for various platforms.
  6. Market Education:
    • Develop educational materials to support sales efforts and enhance customer understanding of Med Tech products.
    • Organize and participate in training sessions for internal teams on product features and benefits.
  7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with Product, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Sales/The Field, Enablement, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective product marketing and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry influencers.
    • Ensure marketing activations are compliant with all appropriate regulations and internal policies.
  8. Budget Management:
    • Manage the LTCM marketing budget for assigned responsibilities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track budget utilization and campaign effectiveness.
  9. Other Responsibilities:
    • Manage other ad hoc Marketing projects as required, that may cut across all product lines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing/sales roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the medical device or healthcare industry. Experience in the cardiac space is considered a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and utilization of marketing analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive, quickly adapt to change in a dynamic, fast-paced industry and matrixed work environment.

About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated EHR Integration Project Manager. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This role will lead the implementations of iRhythm’s EHR Integration service with health systems across the country. You will be our go-to person for our customers as you lead them through our implementations and ultimately to go-live, while setting them up for a successful long-term experience with our integration service. Managing these projects successfully will take a mix of people skills, project management, and technical expertise in configuring integrations.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  •  Interact with clients to understand integration need; works with the sales team to evaluate the account fit and readiness
  • Analyzes and documents customer requirements and business workflow for integration implementations
  • Responsible for project management of implementations of iRhythm’s EHR interface engine with customers
  • Work and communicate independently with the client’s implementation team on regular basis
  • Oversees testing and validation of implemented interfaces based on customer requirements
  • Assists sales team in explaining iRhythm’s interface mechanisms and details to the clients on pre-sale conference calls.
  • Follows project management mechanism to track EHR implementation process on regular basis throughout the implementation, ensuring timely completion of all technical and workflow components both at our customer and iRhythm
  •  Align with customer on action plan that achieves success metrics and goals of the EHR integration and accelerates adoption of Zio throughout account.
  • Post implementation transition of accounts to the Customer Care organization for ongoing support
  •  Drive continuous improvement of our processes and value to customers by leading and executing on internal projects, interacting with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders.

About you:

You are an analytical, detail-oriented individual with the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. While a large piece of the role is customer-facing, this team interacts with nearly every other division at iRhythm and are looking for someone that is excited about continuing to improve our processes, our collaboration with others within iRhythm and the other companies we work with, and the overall value that our customers get out of the comprehensive iRhythm solution.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with health systems and managing integrations or EHR project on either the health system or vendor side previously. Experience with the specific technologies mentioned below are a plus.

In addition to the overview above, here are a few key skills and qualities we’re looking for from you:

  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of integration experience with EHR’s
  • Significant knowledge of, and experience configuring, HL7 integration engine solutions (Mirth preferred, others are ok!). Experience with FHIR is a plus.
  • Significant knowledge of HL7 and experience coding messages (i.e. ORM, ORU).
  • Experience with scripting (we use JavaScript, we’re looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office and associated tools for project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic and consultative capacity, ideally including workflow consultation with customers and prospects.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and health economics is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, as needed.
