Job Description
These are your main responsibilities:
- Assist and manage relocation cases, including designing relocation process, preparing immigration related documentation, arranging consultants to accompany in-person immigration appointments, communicating with partners, clients, talents, Embassies and Government institutions
- Provide relocation related consultations for clients and talents
- Build and maintain relocation processes, workflows and guidelines
- Assist and manage immigration and relocation-related projects
- Manage the settle-in services (including partnerships and contractors)
- Support your colleagues with immigration-related information preparations
- Participate in sales meetings/conferences/meetings as needed
- Help customizing our platform according to the country’s needs
- Undertaking other duties and tasks connected with work or deriving from the nature of the work delegated by the Employer
Qualifications
To be successful on the role you need to:
- have Level 2 OISC registered immigration advisor
- be fluent communicator in English. Other languages are a plus
- be comfortable with working with IT solutions
- know how to prioritise & focus
- have a natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles
- be independent
- be an excellent communicator in person and over written correspondence
- have project management skills like independence in running your work, are keen to take initiative, are good with strict timelines, and have strong attention to detail
Desired knowledge and experience:
- have some knowledge of the relocation and settle-in processes
- have experience in a client-facing position
- have experience in multicultural and international environments
- have lived abroad and understand what the challenges that the talents relocating to the UK are facing experience and knowledge in immigration law
