Come join our GTM Operations Team

Our GTM Operations team is committed to creating and executing strategies to help achieve revenue goals and deliver the highest quality experience for our customers. We build and execute the engine that connects all teams in GTM. 

What you will do

As a Business Analyst II, you will collaborate with the Company’s global Go-to-Market team to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions focused on optimizing the sales enablement function. Evaluating and identifying trends by analyzing industry data (the Company’s as well as external market data), you will compile, analyze, and report sales data in order to provide actionable insights that guide the Company’s Sales and Marketing teams.

We are looking to hire this position out ofIndia, in either Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Mumbai. Working hours will be predominantly IST with required internal meetings that align with timezones in the U.S. (Standard hours will likely be 2:00 pm IST to 12:00 am IST, Monday through Friday).

Sales Enablement / Business Analytics (90%)

  • Provide general sales operations support by owning various GTM meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following-up on various action items from meetings.
  • Support the Company’s GTM leadership by ensuring alignment on GTM strategies and objectives.
  • Analyze business needs and solutions in order to devise strategies and facilitate stakeholder collaboration effectively and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Revenue Enablement to implement improvements to processes within the GTM function.
  • Provide data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders, relying on both internal Company data and external market trends.
  • Analyze performance data, provide insights, and maintain dashboards and reports to improve Company performance and efficiency.
  • Support various GTM initiatives and act as a liaison to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts across the sales and client cycles.

Go-to-Market Executive Support (10%)

  • Provide administrative support to the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in day-to-day calendar management.
  • Submit the CRO’s business expenses.
  • Oversee the CRO’s business travel logistics, ensuring alignment with the Company’s Travel and Expense (T&E) Policy.

The experience you will bring

  • 2+ years of professional work experience as a Business Analyst or in Go To Market (GTM) Operations  or Strategy and Operations teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and SQL strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational abilities to track complex projects, deadlines and team deliverables
  • Experience working on market research projects a plus
  • Ability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency and high degree of proficiency
  • Working experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and needs
  • Proven ability to interact in a professional manner with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels (including Executive leadership)
  • English written and spoken fluency is required

  • Lead projects in close partnership with engineering teams to increase the signal captured during technical interviews, maximizing the product value provided to clients.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. This role may be eligible for additional rewards, including commissions, bonuses, and equity.
The base salary pay range across the United States for this role is:
$117,490.80$173,500 USD

What you will do

What you will do

As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will orchestrate and bring diverse events for Karat’s clients and prospects to life, including upscale executive dinners, regional demand generation events, and managing the Company’s presence at small conferences. Collaborating across various departments, customers, and vendors, and the leadership team. In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team, planning organizing and implementing programs to drive pipeline growth and support revenue objectives 

We are looking to hire this position out ofMexico. Working hours willpredominantly overlap with U.S. timezonesonce successful onboarding is complete. There will be required internal meetings that align with time zones in the U.S.

  • Plan and coordinate the end-to-end logistics for various Company marketing events, including Executive dinners, regional field events, and internal summits tradeshows.
  • Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure events effectively communicate Karat's value proposition and align with key business objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact with external partners and vendors to maximize event impact and ROI.
  • Create engaging digital campaigns and promotional materials (e.g., presentations, speaking outlines, social media posts, etc.) to drive event registration, participation, and follow-up engagement.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness of each event. Track results, measure successes, and report metrics to Demand Generation leadership.

  • 2+ years of experience in event management or executive events
  • Strong communication skills, emphasis on effective collaboration, coordination, and attention to detail 
  • A self-starter with demonstrated ability in effectively establish relationships and building trust with stakeholders

Our Customer Experience team is committed to ensuring a premier, memorable interview experience for our customers. As the front line of external communication, you'll play a pivotal role in refining our core product by sharing valuable insights and feedback garnered from engaging with candidates and Interview Engineers online.

What you will do

As Lead Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide operational oversight on a global team, ensuring high-performance standards are consistently met. Collaborating closely with Customer Experience (CX) leadership, you'll provide hands-on training and guidance to your team, contribute to scaling processes, and drive operational efficiency enhancements through product and SOP improvements. Additionally, you'll monitor and report on CX performance and metrics to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of customer experience.

We are looking to hire this position out ofIndia. Standard working hours will be 4:00 pm IST to 12:30 am IST upon completion of successful onboarding and training. Between 2 to 4 additional days per month will require schedule flexibility to ensure overlap with internal meetings.

  • Mentor, train, and lead a global team of Customer Experience Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement to ensure a premier interview experience for our customers.
  • Oversee shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation to meet operational demands while optimizing team efficiency.
  • Actively participate in on-call and day-to-day operations, providing hands-on support to address escalated issues and maintain service levels.
  • Work with CX Leadership to develop and refine department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and uphold quality standards in customer interactions.
  • Monitor and manage queues, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regularly evaluating performance metrics to drive operational excellence and inform strategic decision-making.

  • 2+ years of experience leading remote, global Customer Support teams
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • A history of building, optimizing, and executing SOPs ensuring consistency in service delivery
