How will you make a difference

  • Conduct frequent and in-depth qualitative and quantitative Product & Market Research analysis on competitors of all the Business Verticals of the App division, to identify new trends, threats and opportunities at a business, marketing and product levels
  • Analyze new digital product features or offerings of interest in the market, by reporting their potential impact on the business and understanding how they could bring value and what are the implementation challenges
  • Detect, analyze and report new or efficient Traffic Acquisition Strategies and Growth Hack Strategies in both organic and paid ecosystems
  • Monitor and curate relevant news related to the Business Verticals in order to send a Weekly Newsletter to the Management team
  • Collaborate with the team’s research on New Apps Development in order to actively participate in the definition of the mobile app project strategy in collaboration with the project director.
  • Discover the risks associated with the project development and benchmark competitors regularly

  • Bachelor degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, ADE or similar
  • 2 years of experience in Market Research duties for digital products, desirable previous experience working with mobile apps.
  • Strong understanding of app analytics Key Performance Indicators

  • Manage, propel, oversee, and boost current and new web localization projects and initiatives at all stages from top to bottom

  • Identify and resolve issues, questions, and/or areas of improvement in a timely fashion for both internal and external collaborators

  • Juggle multiple project tasks at the same time without overlooking quality, particular requirements (brand standards, cultural nuances, web/app guidelines, legal and compliance needs…), and/or the big picture in terms of the area’s objectives
  • Have a high capacity for prioritization during peak workloads.

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

  • Training in Translation and Interpreting, Philology, or related fields
  • At least 3 years in a similar position (Localization Specialist or Translation/Localization Project Manager)
  • Very good communication skills in English, fluent in Spanish
  • Demonstrated web copywriting skills for transactional, informative, and user-oriented websites
  • Familiar with internationalization issues
  • Experience with CAT tools and terminology management tools, and be familiar with style guides and content
  • Understanding of content strategy, localization, and conversion tactics

We are looking for a self-motivated Mobile User Acquisition Team Lead who has strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will speak fluent English. Specialized in Mobile Apps is a must. How will you make a difference

  • Manage and coach a team of highly motivated Mobile User Acquisition Specialists and get hands-on with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the Mobile User Acquisition team, ensuring all campaigns are in line with the different goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and people simultaneously and deliver on-time and on-budget
  • Create an efficient workflow to coordinate the creation of high performing campaigns  including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads.
  • Clearly define problems, break down objectives.
  • Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues.
  • Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to improve traffic and increase ROI.
  • Delivering performance reports and insights to the Manager and defining campaign actions accordingly
  • Ability to monitor other players, trends and translate insights into strategic opportunities
  • Responsible for AB tests, analysis and keyword mining.
  • Supporting internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with Social Ads, ASO specialists and Creative team to maximize apps visibility
  • Perform periodical competitor analysis
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as data science, project and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.


What will make you stand out from the crowd

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of Mobile User Acquisition specialists.
  • Experience in PPC mobile campaigns
  • Proficient in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, other search engines ads experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Apple Search Ads
  • Previous experience in iOS and Android Acquisition campaigns
  • Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, MMPs & Firebase
  • Knowledge of iOS Mobile Attribution and Skadnetwork framework
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and synthesize large amount of data
  • Flexibility, being able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
