Şirketimizde DevOps süreçlerini yönetmek ve geliştirmek üzere bir DevOps Mühendisi arıyoruz. Bu pozisyonda, yazılım geliştirme ekipleriyle iş birliği yaparak CI/CD süreçlerinin tasarımını ve uygulanmasını sağlayacak, bulut altyapılarını yönetecek ve operasyonel süreçleri iyileştirmek için otomasyon çözümleri geliştireceksiniz.

Sorumluluklar:

• CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipeline'larını kurmak ve optimize etmek.
• Bulut ortamında (AWS, Azure, GCP vb.) altyapı yönetimi ve bakımını gerçekleştirmek.
• Otomasyon araçları ve betikleri geliştirmek (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, vb.).
• Uygulama performansı, izleme ve güvenlik süreçlerini optimize etmek.
• Operasyonel süreçlerde sürekli iyileştirme ve otomasyon sağlamak.
• Mikroservis mimarisi ve konteyner yönetimi (Docker, Kubernetes) konusunda çözümler geliştirmek.

Nitelikler

• DevOps, sistem yönetimi veya yazılım mühendisliği alanında tecrübe.
• CI/CD araçları (BitBucket, GitLab CI, CircleCI vb.) konusunda deneyim.
• Bulut servisleri (AWS, Azure, GCP) hakkında bilgi sahibi.
• Konteyner yönetimi (Docker, Kubernetes) konusunda uzmanlık.
• Otomasyon araçları (Terraform, Ansible vb.) ile çalışmış.
• Linux işletim sistemi ve komut satırı (bash, shell scripting) konusunda tecrübeli.
• Güçlü problem çözme yeteneği ve iş birliği becerisi.
• Tercihen yazılım geliştirme süreçleri (Python, Django vb.) hakkında temel bilgi.
• Orta/iyi seviyede İngilizce bilgisi.
• Türk vatandaşı olmak.
• Başvuru sırasında özgeçmişiniz ile birlikte ekibimize nasıl katkı verebileceğinizi düzyazı ile anlatan yaklaşık 3000 harf uzunluğunda bir ön yazıyı da bekliyoruz.

✅ Create Documentation & Videos: Be proactive in creating user-friendly documentation and video tutorials to help clients understand and utilize all the features and capabilities of our solutions. This will include detailed guides, FAQ sections, and educational resources.

✅ Continuous Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer, working internally with our product and development teams to ensure our offerings evolve with clients’ needs and feedback.

✅ Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Tackle any challenges clients may face, ensuring swift issue resolution and maintaining long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

???? A customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

???? Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

???? Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships, with a focus on driving engagement and adoption of complex solutions.

???? Analytical mindset to assess usage data and convert insights into concrete action plans.

???? Linux know-how is a big bonus! Understanding of Linux systems will allow you to better support clients who integrate our solutions in Linux-based environments.

???? Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and video tutorials that educate and empower clients.

???? Experience in the tech industry or working with SaaS platforms and enterprise-level clients is a strong plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments, including web application penetration testing, internal penetration testing, Active Directory testing, MITRE ATT&CK simulations, and vulnerability scanning.
