The role

You will be responsible for developing compelling, on-brand content across Love, Bonito’s platforms, with a special focus on day-to-day product description pages (PDP), as well as broader campaign and social media copy. This role demands a versatile wordsmith who can balance creative storytelling with clear, sales-driving product messaging. Additionally, the Lead Copywriter will OC and manage social content writing, ensuring high-quality output and a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, sharp linguistic abilities, and a keen eye for creating engaging product-focused content, while leading a team to ensure the brand’s voice shines across all communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Description Writing: Write sharp, detailed, and engaging product descriptions for daily updates to the website, ensuring each product's unique selling points (USPs) are highlighted in a manner that resonates with Love, Bonito’s target audience. Ensure every description stays true to the brand’s tone and style, while enhancing the shopping experience.
  • Campaign Copy: Develop creative and aspirational copy for seasonal campaigns, ensuring that brand stories and key messaging are clear and compelling across all media channels, including emails, website, social, and retail.
  • Social Media Content: Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to create punchy, shareable social media content that aligns with brand strategy and engages the community. Maintain the brand’s approachable, yet stylish tone across all platforms.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Content: Work closely with the SEO team to develop keyword-rich, engaging content that boosts organic visibility and drives traffic. Ensure all content maintains the brand’s tone while optimizing for search engines without sacrificing readability.
  • Quality Control (QC): Review and approve content produced by the social content writing team, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality control. Be the final gatekeeper for copy before it goes live, ensuring it’s error-free and aligned with Love, Bonito’s voice.

The Role

You will be part of the HQ Supply Chain Team and your main responsibilities would be, being directly responsible for the performance of the freight forwarder and last mile courier vendors 

You will be responsible for ensuring that the freight forwarder and last mile couriers meet/ exceed expectations, and comply with import/export requirements of the intended jurisdiction to fulfil orders to customers worldwide and distribute to retail stores in the region.

Your daily tasks includes making freight cost comparison, booking and monitoring of shipments,  to ensure timely and compliant delivery of orders to our distribution centres, customers and retail stores. Daily correspondence with suppliers and freight forwarders will be essential in this role.

You should have/ be

  • Freight Cost Calculation: Calculate freight costs and prepare cost estimates to support procurement strategies.
  • Booking and Monitoring: Book shipments with vendors and monitor the status of deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying opportunities for process enhancements in transportation and logistics, using data-driven insights.
  • Communication: Build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication regarding logistics operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • 1 year of experience in freight management, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Basic understanding of transport operations and compliance regulations
  • A good understanding of warehousing and transport operations
  • Experience in HS (tariff) classification, customs valuation and country of origin determination. Good knowledge of import/ customs regulations, Free Trade Agreements, Rules of Origin, import duties and taxes, as well as international regulations

Main Responsibilities

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

  • Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
  • Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
  • Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
  • In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

  • Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
  • Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
  • Share content brief to KOL 
  • Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
  • Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

  • Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
    • Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
    • Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
  • Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
    • I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 


Social Media Pillar : Instagram

  • Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner

The Role

As the Customer Care AM/Manager, you will ensure the seamless operation of our customer care team. You will manage a team of customer service agents to deliver efficient and high-quality service across our support channels.

Main responsibilities

1. Service Experience Improvements

  • Propose and implement service improvements to foster a first-class service culture
  • Monitor trending customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams for service or productivity-related improvements
  • Optimise & manage our service tools, including: Service help desk, performance dashboards, report creation, FAQs and website widget
  • Lead or support the implementation of new support channels and tools to improve our service delivery, including but not limited to: Live Chat
  • Review and enhance our service policies and customer recovery processes
  • Work closely with Product team to troubleshoot, impact size & prioritisation of bug fixes or new features

2. High Performance Customer Care Team

  • Responsible for team KPIs, such as: CSAT, response time SLAs, agent productivity
  • Manage resourcing & budget of our Customer Care team, including: Enquiry volume forecasting, headcount proposal through to onboarding
  • Work with our BPO partners to enable a scalable customer care team with consistent, high quality service
  • Manage relations with our BPO partners, including: Contract agreements, invoicing and annual reviews
  • Manage onboarding program for customer care agents from: training material creation, screening talent, interview and ensuring smooth agent onboarding
  • Facilitate agent training sessions and briefings for ongoing campaign and promotional offers
  • Support agent retention efforts with robust appraisal process and engagement programs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Professional Degree in a relevant field 
  • 3-5 years in e-commerce, customer service or operations
  • Proficient in using service desk tool (i.e Zendesk or equivalent) and CRM platforms
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel

The Role

The role

You will be responsible for managing the creation for all Love, Bonito’s collections, seeing the collections through from initial researching, sketching and tech packs to the finished product. You will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of Love, Bonito as we develop our Design Department for internationalization and scale.

The Role

Love, Bonito has just undergone an extensive rebranding initiative, and we're seeking a Assistant Marketing Manager to lead the efforts in amplifying our brand narrative in Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and convey our compelling brand story, ensuring it resonates with our target audience in a profound and impactful manner. You'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative strategies to captivate our audience and cement Love, Bonito's position as a top-of-mind brand in the market.

The role

You’ll be part of the Global Social Media Pillar, with solid hands-on experience in developing a brand-centric social media strategy across various social channels.. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Global Social Media Manager to oversee the execution of the global social media calendar, ensuring a consumer-first and data-driven approach.
  • Manage daily operations across Global Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.
  • Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams such as the Creative, Copywriting and Country Marketing Teams to produce such content.
  • Content creation for Instagram - Stitch together engaging short-form videos using provided assets from the onsite team or other relevant sources.
  • Take the lead for TikTok by storyboarding and creating content that aligns with current trends, while actively working to grow our TikTok audience through a diversified content strategy. (Comfortable being in front of the camera is a plus.)
  • Handle community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
  • Assist in the ideation and coordination of social media activations, including IG Lives and social giveaways.
  • Research, analyze and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content

About the Role:

As a developer, you will be responsible for development of SAP integration with third party apps. About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant to SAP Consultant. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting senior consultant in maintaining the SAP system.
