As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our florist partners through relationship management, creative problem-solving, and strategic growth initiatives.

What you’ll do

As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of florist accounts, nurturing relationships and driving partner success. In line with Lovingly’s LLAMA principles, you’ll bring a creative and adaptable mindset to:

  • Manage a portfolio of florist accounts focusing on retention, growth, and adoption of Lovingly's full suite of products and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, including offerings like Lovingly Connect, Google Ads Service, and POS Terminals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement AI-driven personalization strategies for both B2B and D2C channels.
  • Assist in transitioning legacy partners to newer, more profitable services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Contribute to refining SOPs for account management processes, ensuring scalability and alignment with Lovingly’s evolving business model.
  • · While a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, we prioritize the right mindset, skillset, and experience. As a Territory Sales Manager you'll drive the growth of our innovative floral business services across the U.S. and Canada by forming and nurturing partnerships with local florists and small businesses. You will own the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closure—and help us exceed revenue targets while reducing customer churn.

What you’ll do

· Establish, develop, and nurture new accounts through in-person visits, industry events, webinars, and phone calls, targeting retail florists and small businesses.

· Sell Lovingly's AI-powered e-commerce solutions, point-of-sale (POS) technology, and perpetual online marketing services tailored to optimize florists' operations.

· Achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals for your assigned territory by leveraging advanced CRM tools such as Salesforce and G Suite for efficient pipeline management.

· Collaborate with the VP of Floral Business Services and key stakeholders to develop localized sales strategies and business plans.

· Upsell existing partners to higher-tier services such as Lovingly PRO and promote new products like Lovingly POS and Lovingly Connect.

· Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product implementation and ongoing customer success, fostering innovation and continuous learning within the team.

· Foster innovation by integrating AI tools into customer presentations, showcasing how AI can drive efficiency and growth for florists.

· While a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, we prioritize the right mindset, skillset, and experience.
