We’re looking for an Information Technology Support Analystto join our newly created Enterprise IT department. This person will provide partnership across the organization and support the IT team in improvements to our technology stack, maintenance to our existing systems, and aiding new and existing employees with technology needs.

As anIT Support Specialist, you will work with employees to determine the nature of a problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, and provide exceptional assistance. You will lead implementation of new capabilities and train people on how to use them.

This is a full time, in-person/hybrid role (Tues, Weds + Thurs in office) based in Tribeca, NYC.

As IT Support Specialist, you'll:

ERP and BI System Support

  • Provide business systems support and maintenance, especially across our ERP, BI platform, and middleware software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Level 1 issues related to the ERP system promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teammates to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain QA tasks related to data & system integrity.

Technology Support and Maintenance

  • Be the first layer of technical support to team members for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on existing IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. 
  • Manage and improve our corporate network infrastructure including routers, switches, conference room technology, printers, security, and wi-fi.
  • Lead and support technology improvement projects including business requirements sessions with stakeholders, design, build, testing, training, documentation, and post-live support.
  • Manage and improve our business continuity and disaster recovery posture.
  • Create documentation and knowledge sharing including process and data flows, issue resolutions, and training materials.

Onboarding New Team Members

  • Manage the technology onboarding process for new employees, including setting up any necessary equipment and software.
  • Provide training and support to new hires on company systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure all necessary access permissions and accounts are created and configured.

Collaboration and Improvement

  • Establish and implement software, system, and data management policies to govern the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies or systems that can enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar education and career experience.
  • 2-3 years professional experience such as experience in IT support or similar work within a fast-growing company [ideally onsite / within an office environment]
  • Strong technical aptitude, knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems, and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central.
  • Exceptional GSuite and/or MS Office skills
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.
  • Experience with help desk software.
  • Understanding of relational databases is a plus
  • Familiarity with BI Reporting software such Looker or other data visualization tools 
  • Highly motivated and adaptable with exceptional collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Experience with innovating systems and optimizing processes
  • Personable and effective communicator with strong presentation skills.

We’re looking for a People Operations Associate with existing office management and/or people ops experience to join our growing team. We're searching for an organized, food/CPG/restaurant loving individual to be responsible for leading the smooth operation of the office environment and supporting with People Operations coordination (specifically in Talent Acquisition, On- and Offboarding). This position requires a hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented professional who is able to handle office administration and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

This is a full time contract role, with potential to extend to full time salaried position [to be discussed after 3mo in role]. This is a in-person/hybrid role (Tues, Weds & Thurs in office) based in Tribeca, NYC. Note that this role will have specific in-office timing expectations (to be aligned on with candidate) due to the office management responsibilities.

As People Operations Associate, you'll cover:

Office Management

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including stocking the kitchen, tidying communal spaces and unloading dishwashers
  • Manage all office operational needs, including weekly catering, merchandise, kitchen and office supplies inventory ordering & organization, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Manage reception and guest & candidate experience in the office, including management of key card and guest access
  • As required, work with cleaning staff & third-party office supply and service vendors, and office security & emergency preparedness
  • Act as day to day point person with property/building management and subcontractors, ensuring the office is always in working order and up to code, resolving issues quickly
  • Support People Operations Manager with office related onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Oversee office and C-Suite team shipping accounts, receive, send, unpack and distribute mail and deliveries as necessary
  • Support team (including the C-Suite) in coordination of large company and executive board meetings, both virtual and onsite and including any catering and conference room technology support
  • Occasionally support co-CEOs with business travel & accommodation booking
  • Collaborate on the management of the office expense budget and report monthly to the People Operations Manager and the Chief of Staff & Head of BizOps
  • Proactively update and evolve systems and protocols for efficiency and success

People Operations

  • Recruiting operations
    • Booking interviews: scheduling zoom interviews, coordinating in person interview days 
    • Work closely with the People Operations Manager to communicate with all candidates and ensure a seamless, excellent candidate experience
    • Help manage candidate-related bookings and expenses such as travel and accommodation for out of state candidates 
    • Work with People Operations Manager and Hiring Managers on Job description creation, interview topic ideation and interview guide creation at each stage 
    • Keeping ATS + other recruitment trackers up to date according to interview process development 
    • Sourcing candidates: creating sourcing lists for new roles, writing outreach comms, actioning sourcing 
    • Employee experience research: salary research, pulling and organizing comp job posts, refreshing comp benefits work 
  • Events:
    • Support People Operations Manager with organization and execution of all team events, both in office and off-sites, including team calendar management
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in People/HR, Office Management, Talent Acquisition or other relevant field —preferably in a startup environment and/or in a small to medium-sized company
  • Experience working within an in person office environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Google Cal and Google Sheets) 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and delivery driven environment
  • A team player with a hands on, can-do-anything attitude
  • Strong proven communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills

We’re looking for a Senior Food Scientist to support the development work associated with our exciting pipeline of projects!

This is a full time, in-person/hybrid role (Tues, Weds, Thursday in office) based in Tribeca, NYC.Some additional travel may be required for this role.

As Senior Food Scientist, you'll:

Primary

  • Manage Ingredients/Formulas in nutrition software
  • Be responsible for all calculations for packaging
    • Us vs. them
    • Net carbs
    • NFP
    • Ingredient declaration
  • Be responsible for prototyping, formulation, pilot production and scale-up to plant implementation of innovation & renovation projects
  • Create technical documents, specifications and cook preps
  • Manage Lab Inventory needed for prototypes and samples
  • Manage Internal Sensory testing - including analysis of results/recommendations of next steps
  • Coordinate benchtop sample requests to ensure samples/prototypes are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Secondary

  • Provide technical support to Operations/Manufacturing Team for commissioning of innovation and renovation projects
  • Leverage R&D resources at manufacturing facilities to increase technical capabilities for product/process improvement initiatives
  • Support ingredient and formulation trial plans
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external policies, quality standards and legal requirements
  • Provides support in building technical expertise and maintaining a community of best practice to technical colleagues

  • Possess strong product development skills in ingredient functionality, material selection and formulation to understand effects on finished product performance
  • A BS or MS degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or a related degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant concept to launch experience in formulation, start-up & continuous improvement or optimization projects
  • Previous experience with ESHA/Genesis or ProductVision
  • Ability to build strong trusted working relationships and rapport at all levels & demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Are familiar with the activities in Marketing, Market Research, Legal/Regulatory, QA and Manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Be able to travel up to 35%
