As Associate Business Analyst, you’ll be involved in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies. What you’ll do:

  • Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies 
  • Documenting system requirements, defining scope and objectives, and assisting in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation 
  • Preparing project documentation like meeting notes, business process documents, and other process workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or Figma. 
  • Act as a liaison between the Enterprise Team and HQ Stakeholders, facilitating communication and understanding between technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Assisting the implementation team by conducting User Acceptance Testing of the developed solution 
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Use Azure DevOps to manage project tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members. 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience; 4-6 years of additional experience in lieu of degree 
  • Willing and able to be onsite at our Reston, VA HQ office at least 3 days/week
  • Proficiency in Business Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, System Documentation, Business Process Modeling/Improvement, Data Analytics, and Scope Management. 
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must have the ability to take initiative and work efficiently. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or similar low code platforms. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration and document management.

What you’ll do:

  • You will develop and administer security programs and SOPs for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment while maintaining all aspects of security clearance and compliance

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Two (2) + years of security experience

  • Experience working with and maintain a thorough knowledge of Defense Information Security System (DISS), National Industrial Security System (NISS), (NBIS), and NISPOM
  • Experience with protection requirements for handling and safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information and Classified information

  • You have 4-7 years relevant corporate and/or consulting related experience in Government Contracting.
  • You have excellent proficiency in MicroSoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools (i.e. PowerBI.)
  • You have experience with developing financial forecasts and understand cost accounting and indirect rate structures.
  • You have experience supporting proposals or proposal pricing.
  • You have a strong understanding of systems, processes, policies and procedures.
  • You have a Secret level security clearance or the ability to obtain

What you’ll do:

  • You will develop and administer security programs and SOPs for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment while maintaining all aspects of security clearance and compliance
  • You will prepare materials outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, marking, and storing documents/hardware, and for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted records and materials

  • You will provide on-site support for all security actions and serve as the liaison with US Government counterparts, conduct security briefings and debriefings, monitor classified controlled areas, and perform periodic self-inspections.
  • You will administer Closed and Restricted Areas and classified data storage, performing all compliance activities and monitoring in accordance with standards
  • You will maintain and continuously improve records, databases, Security Practice & Procedures (SPP) and forms for documentation purposes
  • You will provide and document employee security briefings, exit interviews and debriefing, investigate and report security violations and incidents

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active Top-Secret Security Clearance 
  • Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certification
  • Two (2) + years of security experience
  • Five (5) + years as an AFSO or FSO
  • Ability to be onsite in Reston, VA 4 days/week
  • Experience working with and maintain a thorough knowledge of Defense Information Security System (DISS), National Industrial Security System (NISS), (NBIS), and NISPOM
  • Experience with protection requirements for handling and safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information and Classified information
  • Actively manage security policy and procedures to ensure compliance with the NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and other government security regulations
