At a glance:

The principal consultant provides expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements. The Principal Consultants facilitate the development of SOW’s for new and existing customers. Principal Consultants should have eagerness to mentor junior consultants and staff. 

Your Role:

  • Ability to lead and act as a Solution Architect full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, with varying levels of size and complexity, by translating complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
  • Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Acts as the highest level of escalation on functional issues within delivery teams.
  • Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
  • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
  • Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
  • Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions. Develop these custom solutions in a clear and comprehensive Technical Design Documents.
  • Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements by providing implementation and industry specific best practices.
  • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education

Your Background:

  • 5+ years of relevant consulting experience or industry experience with a high degree of specialization in a specific industry and/or product vertical
  • Undergraduate degree or MBA in field of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general -specific industry experience
  • Individual has led and acted in a Solution Architect capacity across varying project sizes and complexity; from small through enterprise level implementations across different ERP platforms. 
  • Individual has at least 10-15+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations and has hands-on Technical/Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation experience. 
  • NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite technical capabilities such as: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk. Effectiveness in designing end-to-end solutions with these capabilities in mind.
  • Experience with specialized NetSuite process areas and products is preferred, these include: Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, and SuiteCommerce Advanced

A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000 USD. Myers-Holum Delivery Organization offers a layered and specialized approach with subject matter exerts within their perspective areas. Our Solution Architects play an instrumental role in the pre-sales process as the solutions provided set the tone and expectation for the entirety of the engagement. The Role you Will Play

  • Provide leadership and help to scope, gauge, and deliver large scale NetSuite projects.
  • Determine appropriate forecasting of Project Management and delivery scope to help ensure a successful client experience.
  • Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, solution approaches, functional and technical requirements and specifications and can present them to clients

Myers-Holum is expanding operations to India, and is actively seeking experienced Senior Consultants with strong data warehousing and business intelligence experience to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the India Practice.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and test custom data warehouse and BI solutions for Myers-Holum clients using the Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) platform
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications

MHI is hiring a Remote Principal Consultant, Data Integration and BI | India Operations

Myers-Holum is expanding operations to India, and is actively seeking experienced Principal Consultants with strong data warehousing and business intelligence experience to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the India Practice.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and test custom data warehouse and BI solutions for Myers-Holum clients using the Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) platform
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Develop custom data integration solutions to ingest data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise) using various data integration / data pipelining tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
  • Lead the product implementation, from start to finish acting as a trusted advisor to the stakeholders and end users
  • In addition to meeting with the client during implementation phase, also run product training, and technical workshops with the client/end users
  • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education
  • Implement NSAW Best Practices

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 6+ years experience with data management using Oracle or other relational database
  • 6+ years experience with data warehouse and data integration projects, using ETL / data integration / data pipelining tools
  • Proficiency with at least one cloud or on-premise data integration / data pipelining tool, such as Fivetran, Stitch, Talend, Glue, Nexla, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator
  • Proficiency in at least one version of SQL: Oracle (preferred), SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake
  • Experience with at least one of the following BI tools: Oracle OBIEE, OAC, Looker, PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau
  • Experience with using REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs to get data from cloud data sources is preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP data and business processes
  • Business analysis skills
