We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Buyer to join our dynamic, fast-paced boutique creative social and digital agency, supporting work for a leading health and technology client. You will be responsible for developing data-driven paid media strategies to meet business objectives while managing programmatic campaigns across CTV, display, and audio and paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programmatic media planning with a focus on audience targeting, segmentation, flighting, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with client KPIs.

  • Manage execution and build out of campaign plans on platform.

  • Analyze performance data, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations to optimize programmatic and social campaigns.

  • Own budget tracking and allocation across all platforms, ensuring efficient spend and pacing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategies, reporting, and goal alignment.

  • Provide strategic creative guidance for ad development to maximize campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns, including hands-on use of DSPs, with experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.

  • Client-facing experience, with proven ability in storytelling, reporting, strategic planning, and campaign performance management.

  • Proficient in analyzing programmatic performance data and optimizing campaigns based on insights.
