We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Business Systems Director. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for managing priorities across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with our Business Technology (BT) team to drive technical solutions, ensure system efficiency, and optimize processes within tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Your ability to align business requirements with system functionality will be crucial to our success. You will also own and lead major projects to enhance our systems and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, a solid understanding of CRM and marketing systems, and experience with cross-functional project leadership. You will serve as both a product owner and business partner, providing process and technical consulting to ensure that solutions meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central owner of system and process priorities across Sales, Marketing (HubSpot), Customer Success, and other departments.
  • Act as a liaison between the business teams and the BT team, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
  • Lead major system projects and initiatives, providing guidance on best practices for optimizing our tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, prioritize, and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide process and technical consulting to the BT team to help enhance their business understanding and support technical execution.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue-related systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent and clear communication of priorities, challenges, and project updates.
  • Maintain a strategic view of the organization’s systems landscape and help shape the roadmap for future enhancements.
  • Partner with leaders across departments to understand their system needs and provide solutions that increase efficiency and drive growth.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the primary business stakeholder for tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, driving adoption and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading business systems or revenue operations teams, ideally within a Sales or Marketing organization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing systems, with specific expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to gather, prioritize, and implement business requirements.
  • Solid business acumen, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale systems projects from conception through implementation.
  • Experience providing process and technical consulting to technical teams, helping them better understand business requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ is a plus but not required.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience managing major systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and driving improvements to optimize business processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:

The salary or hourly wage offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $126,000 - $197,000. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Corporate Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to customer, vendor/procurement or sales/service agreements, non-disclosure and distribution agreements.
  • Assisting internal clients with contract negotiation and RFP responses, as appropriate, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions.

  • Monitoring the contract process to ensure contracts are not only provided in a timely manner, but also in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organization policy and assessing their commercial risk.

  • Monitoring and managing corporate and regulatory compliance for the company and its affiliated entities.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5-9 years of experience with technology transactions in a corporate in-house legal or well-regarded law-firm environment.
  • Strong corporate athlete with a strong work ethic whose experience includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of contractual agreements (e.g. vendor/procurement, sales/service agreements, licensing, distribution), intellectual property law, regulatory law (telecom and data privacy preferred), advising on employment law matters, and assisting with M&A transactions.

The Inside Partner Manager (IPM) is responsible for driving revenue and partner engagement through strategic account management and collaboration. The Solutions Consultant at Nextiva is highly passionate about successful customer outcomes, service and project delivery, value delivery, consulting, and deep technical knowledge in the areas of enterprise solutions architecture, systems implementation and configuration, workflows and automation, and problem-solving. 

This position requires the ability to independently project manage the design and implementation of Nextiva’s product solutions. Responsible for the successful implementation of new customer and existing customer solutions as the single point of contact, from sales contract execution to deployment of requested solutions. Duties include but are not limited to solutions architecture, solutions scoping, solutions implementation and configuration, and self-project management. Requested solutions in line with Nextiva’s product and professional services SKUs can consist of any combination of VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, Integrations, and Single Sign On. 

The position requires strong personal time management skills, organizational skills, accountability, autonomy, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities. This includes working with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure high-stakes professional services project SKUs are delivered promptly meeting the customer’s requirements and value proposition. 

The candidate must be detail-oriented, have experience in managing multiple implementations simultaneously, be meticulously organized, and professional, be an exceptional communicator, be people / customer-centric, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advise and consult clients on best practices for UCaaS/CCaaS processes, user interface, and architecture and assist technical consultants with architecting solutions, related customizations, workflows, and reports to model the client’s organizational processes and demonstrate the desired value proposition
  • Responsible for the overall project management of the involved resources to ensure projects deliver the desired outcomes (schedule, costs, quality, resource management, and benefits) including scope and change requests, and maintaining appropriate project status data and time entry in PSA tools
  • Maintain continuous communication with customer(s) while maintaining project schedules highlighting potential risks and bringing forward issues with optional resolutions
  • Facilitate and lead weekly meetings, discovery, and design review sessions, demos, etc. as needed
  • Responsible for ensuring that all delivery projects’ artifacts are in place and compliance with Nextiva’s delivery methodology
  • Assist with demos, configurations, testing, and training as needed
  • Stay up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree desired
  • Minimum of 5 years of solutions delivery experience or solutions engineering experience
  • Preferred 5-7 years of technical experience in UCaaS and/or CCaaS
  • Must have a Professional and Collaborative demeanor
  • Deep technical working understanding of voice, contact center, data movement, and SaaS application requirements

The Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Execution will lead the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy. This role is critical in driving the company’s revenue growth and ensuring the alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives. The Senior Director will work closely with the executive team, sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to define, implement, and optimize sales strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Additional participation and management of AOP, budget analysis, reporting, analytics to include oversight of direct sales coverage and capacity models. Key Responsibilities:

Accountability & Enablement

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and areas for improvement within the current sales process.
  • Champion and educate on effective use of sales tools and processes changes. Driving adoption and change management.

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and thought partner to Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Leaders

  • Provide analytical thought leadership, create meaningful business insights, establish strategic operational priorities, and develop and allocate key performance metrics
  • Partner with sales leaders to be responsible for the day-to-day operational cadence of the business
  • Act as the voice of field on major initiatives and working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate effective deployment of resources, impactful programs and process/tools that remove friction in the sales process
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and works closely with sales and other management to inspect process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement Planning & Analysis
  • Drive & support planning efforts covering sales strategy, quota setting, team structure and territory assignments.
  • Lead analysis to understand business performance/user metrics and KPIs
  • Support goals setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business
  • Analyze and manage financial performance against annual plan
  • Lead sales pipeline and forecast management process, working to ensure forecast accuracy and overall pipeline health

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, validate and process incentive compensation plans and bonus calculations for SIP eligible employees in multiple Routes to Market. This includes understanding and applying Sales Incentive Plans consistently, ensuring commission calculations comply with plans, and managing commission statements and exception requests.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Nextiva is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager in California to join our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting, educating, and building strong partnerships with Strategic Partners and ensuring that they receive the communication and support required to be successful and drive maximum pipeline. In this role, you will blend Nextiva product knowledge, strategic program management skills, enablement strategy execution, and facilitation & delivery to ensure our strategic partners keep pace with our innovation and are equipped to sell our solutions.

The Strategic Partner Manager will be fluent in their understanding of the company’s portfolio of solutions and services to help position Strategic Partners to WIN WITH NEXTIVA.

The Strategic Partner Manager must reside in one of the following states in order to operate within the West territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new potential strategic partners with an appetite to lead Nextiva for their CX and collaboration solution needs
  • Establish expectations accordingly for the partner role and how Nextiva will support
  • Build a business plan with strategic partner detailing mutually agreed upon partnership expectations, including how to promote Nextiva products and services
  • Work closely with all internal teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product teams, to ensure all support is outlined to drive maximum pipeline and revenue
  • Tightly align with the Channel Sales organization to ensure necessary pipeline growth weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts are on track to meet and exceed territory revenue targets set in the quarterly sales objective
  • Work cross-functionally to identify partner needs and define measurable solutions
  • Integrate with both internal teams and strategic partner teams to act as a voice of the partner
  • Ensure that feedback is brought back to internal teams while keeping external stakeholders informed of product and business changes

Qualifications

  • Experience in the CCaaS/CX space
  • The Strategic Partner Manager must reside in one of the following states in order to operate within the west territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • 2+ years of channel sales experience
  • Travel: approximately 50%
  • Demonstrated track record of recruiting, training, coaching, motivating, growing, and retaining successful strategic partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Before a solutions project is sold, work closely with sales and pre-sales engineers for completeness and accuracy of scoping and clear understanding of customer requirements and value proposition

The Revenue Accounting Manager will be responsible for accounting, reconciling and reporting revenue in accordance with US GAAP revenue accounting standards, Company policies and procedures as well as assisting with system clean from the implementation of a new revenue recognition software. This is a hands-on role that requires ownership and responsibility for periodic and ad hoc reconciliations of various revenue related areas including month end-close, year-end financial statement and related footnotes as well as customer cohort analysis. This position will report directly to the Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting and reporting of revenue in accordance with US GAAP ASC 606 across the consolidated company
  • Complete month and year-end closing processes and prepare journal entries as applicable:
    • Lead the audit process as it relates to revenue, including managing the auditing requests, support and financial statement disclosure preparation
    • Reconcile monthly revenue to contract detail, including analyzing cash collections, performance obligations and various reporting metrics
    • Investigate and review unique revenue recognition events, including point-in-time (device shipments), over-time (subscription services), percent-of-completion (implementation services) and variable consideration (returns)
    • Perform balance sheet roll forwards of contract asset, deferred revenue and capitalized commissions
    • Be proactive and take initiative when performing tasks to help maintain the integrity of the financial statements and increase efficiencies
  • Assist in system implementation clean up as it relates to the previous implementation of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (“RMCS”)
    • Investigate and validate large volumes of data to determine issues and corrections required of the revenue accounting system
    • Test and reconcile configuration and system process to determine best methods for corrections of the revenue accounting systems.
    • Assist in building checks and balances controls with new system
  • Calculate Standalone Selling Price (SSP) on a periodic basis for use in RMCS allocations.
  • Review non-standard contracts to determine revenue recognition, contract terms and other relevant information
  • Maintain an up to date and thorough knowledge of the technical accounting policies, including Nextiva’s internal Revenue Recognition Policy
  • Participate in process development and continuous improvement projects
  • Develop and establish business partnering relationships with key stakeholders such as Sales, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Device Product Development, Billing, FP&A, Accounting, IT and Legal
  • Lead, assist or participate in Revenue Recognition projects as directed by Director of Accounting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
  • CPA and Big 4 firm, preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years public accounting experience preferred
  • Strong GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 and ASC 340-40 knowledge required
  • Strong experience and familiarity with quote to cash cycle, specifically knowledge of sku and product hierarchies as well as Software-as-a-Service companies
  • Prior experience with revenue recognition and contract management systems. Oracle Revenue Management (RMCS) and Salesforce preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel w/power user abilities to perform pivots, LookUps, etc
  • Plus for user knowledge of high-powered computing tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and to complete them in a timely manner in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Key Responsibilities 

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to customer, vendor/procurement or sales/service agreements, non-disclosure, and distribution agreements. 
  • Assisting internal clients with contract negotiation, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions. 
  • Providing advice and counsel to management on intellectual property matters, including managing company patent and trademark portfolio and proactively protecting the company brand and inventions. 
  • Developing and improving the company’s compliance program and providing strategic leadership for all aspects of the compliance program including developing training and communications programs to promote the awareness and understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related company policies and procedures and to promote a culture of compliance. 
  • Monitoring the contract process to ensure contracts are not only provided in a timely manner, but also in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organization policy and assessing their commercial risk. 
  • Assisting in corporate mergers and acquisition transactions, including, drafting documents and agreements, and organizing and performing due diligence. 
  • Monitoring and managing corporate and regulatory compliance for the company and its affiliated entities. 
  • Supporting internal clients on legal issues. Educating associates about emerging and developing areas of the law and legislation affecting the industries our companies operate in. 
  • Performing legal analysis and making recommendations on legal, contractual, risk, and compliance issues. 
  • Assisting with other legal and risk management matters as requested, including with respect to legal operations, corporate governance, acquisitions, insurance, or litigation matters. 

Qualifications 

Preferred Experience: 

  • 5 – 12 years of experience with technology transactions in a corporate in-house legal or well-regarded law firm environment. 
  • Strong corporate athlete with a strong work ethic whose experience includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of contractual agreements (e.g. vendor/procurement, sales/service agreements, licensing, distribution), intellectual property law, regulatory law (telecom and data privacy preferred), advising on employment law matters, and assisting with M&A transactions. 
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to ramp-up quickly in new environments and teams. 
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission (Arizona preferred) required.

  1. Work on in-house development projects using Oracle Fusion Financials. Provide technical leadership and participate in all phases of the software application development life cycle. Will customize and integrate enterprise solution applications. 
  2. Responsible for analyzing, modifying, and supporting the Oracle Cloud ERP (GL, FA, CE, Intercompany) and other non-Oracle applications. 
  3. Partner with internal business teams to define financial business processes and associated Oracle Fusion system requirements. 
  4. Will be responsible for all changes/enhancements in Record to Report/peripheral modules (GL, FA, CE, Intercompany, P2P related), including hands on configurations in these modules. 
  5. Promote user adoption by facilitating user acceptance testing and training. Responsible for proactive action regarding quarterly updates, including researching known issues, testing key processes, and educating business SME/business process owners on new functionality.

We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our Small Business Sales Team in Scottsdale, Arizona, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our small business clients.

The Solutions Consultant is an expert who understands customer-specific needs in order to provide business-driven consulting to prospects as well as existing customers. SC’s provide business-centric expertise that helps our Sales team establish market and deal-level visibility. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute thorough discovery of customer requirements and participation directly in sales interactions via calls and webinars
  • Develop comprehensive and creative use cases for prospective Nextiva customers
  • Present the Nextiva solution in conjunction with customer predefined requirements
  • Review quotes, RFPs, business plans and other customer documents to develop and prepare an effective response or proposal

  • Office 365 and Google G-Suite programs and applications
  • Salesforce application knowledge preferred
  • Google Cloud certifications preferred
  • Visio and Lucidchart - network diagram tools.
  • PHP, Java, Python and other programming languages.
  • API structure and development capabilities.
  • Data Networking, SIP, Contact Center technical certifications
  • Strong experience with networking protocols, standards, and hardware
  • Legacy Contact Center platforms and modern SIP endpoints.
  • Proficiency in using hosted contact center applications
  • For Scottsdale SC, it must be in-office hybrid 3x/week minimum
