As part of the Learning & Documentation team, the Corporate Trainer designs, delivers, and coordinates workshops and other educational presentations on a wide variety of subjects for both internal and external audiences. The Corporate Trainer provides standardized operational support training for both new-hires as well as cross-training, or upskilling tenured employees. In addition, the Corporate Trainer is responsible for delivering training to global merchants and partners, working closely with our Business Development teams. To achieve this end, the Corporate Trainer works closely with all members of the Learning & Documentation team for creation and management of coursework and documentation as well as relevant teams within Nuvei.

The ideal candidate has experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The candidate must be a strong communicator with excellent writing skills. The candidate should have an outgoing and pleasant personality, be well organized, able to act quickly on their feet and have experience preparing comprehensive training decks and delivering effective training regarding sales in merchant services.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver training for new and tenured employees leveraging proven adult learning techniques.
  • Deliver training for external merchants and partners striving to understand and meet their needs.
  • Gather and analyze information to design, develop, and deliver new training programs to positively impact the organization.

The Product Manager/Owner role will be responsible for specific product portfolio activities related to our Paya Enterprise Platforms. As the Product Manager/Product Owner, you will play the lead role in liaising with the development team, initiating and translating requests into a manageable roadmap/backlog, and new feature creation and definition all the way through general market strategy and commercialization. This role will be heavily cross-functional and will be the “quarterback” for specific activity related to new product creation and enhancements. Responsibilities:

About the Role

Nuvei are seeking a highly motivated, outcome focused and technically literate Product Director to lead the product issuing launches and product management of our card issuing for both B2B2C (Gaming) verticals.

The candidate would demonstrate thought leadership; proposing product innovation ideas and concepts to help Nuvei issuing scale globally, and achieve our 18 month rolling plan.

The candidate should have robust payments experience, ideally in card issuing, plus demonstrable proof points of past product launches/management, which could be reapplied to Nuvei. This knowledge and expertise is a vital component of the role.

The candidate must have robust product experience across all end-to-end tasks; including, but not limited to, writing product requirement documentation, user stories/journeys and full go to market tasks.

The candidate would effectively lead and partner with all Nuvei cross functional teams; compliance, risk, commercial (BD/RM), other product leaders, engineering and customer support, plus lead the engagement with any external vendors, when needed – processors and BIN sponsors included.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates a solution orientation approach to complexity. The candidate will lead, manage and execute the key outcomes needed to build and execute the global issuing use cases; phase one markets include Europe, UK, U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy for issuing, into 2025

  • Continuous understanding of market requirements, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy and product development and roadmap.
  • Lead and partner on the key strategic milestones for card issuing for the next 18 months.

Product Launches

  • Lead the launch of a card issuing products for B2B and B2B2C segments, ensuring successful market readiness and entry.
  • Remove and solve the launch issues and challenges, build out solution orientation and data led decisioning.
  • Collaborate and drive accountability across the full cross functional stakeholders, with the relative escalations, as needed. 

Product Management:

  • Lead and manage post-launch; continually iterating on product gaps and innovation; driving continuous product improvement.

Vendor and Service Provider Selection:

  • Lead in selecting licenses, card schemes, processors, and other critical service providers to ensure the best fit for the product.

Product Documentation:

  • Define and product technical requirements in detailed PRDs, covering core functionality, compliance requirements plus vertical-specific needs, and more.
  • Manage the approval of these PRDs internally, and support the execution via other internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to develop, QA, and release products, ensuring resource balance and organizational success.
  • Drive synergies between the organization's existing products (e.g., acquiring, gateway, IBANs) and external software providers (issuer processor, card bureau, BI service provider, card scheme).
  • Be able to engage and present, clearly and concisely, to executive leaders internally. Crisp communication, at a higher level, is critical.
  • Approximately 10 years or more experience in product management or related roles within the financial services, payments, or fintech sectors
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fields

About the position:

The goal of the Risk and Underwriting Department is to mitigate financial loss to the company through proactive merchant review and analysis. This position reports to the Regional Director, Risk & Underwriting Operations.

The Credit Risk Underwriter will proactively review incoming merchant applications for Fraud and Credit Risk and analyze said referrals to qualify their creditworthiness.

The Candidate will utilize various tools to review and analyze merchant activity, business structure, and financial exposure. This information will be used to decision individual accounts.

Your Mission

Your mission:
This is atemporary, eighteen-month contract opportunity for someone who would like to explore a position within the data protection field and learn from an experienced team of compliance professionals.

As a Data Protection Manager, you may be responsible for overseeing the data protection compliance and policies of an organization. TheData Protection Manager collaborates with other data-related roles, such as data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and data governance managers, as well as legal, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing data protection frameworks, standards, and best practices;
  • Monitoring and auditing compliance and performance;
  • Providing training and awareness to staff and customers on data security practices;
  • Handling requests, incidents, breaches and liaising with external authorities and regulators;
  • Advising on impact assessments and risk mitigation; and,
  • Staying informed about laws, regulations and trends.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Work experience in data protection or a related field;
  • Understanding of data protection regulations and proficiency in data protection technologies;
  • Familiarity with data management principles, processes, and tools, as well as data security and privacy technologies and methods;
  • Knowledge of the relevant data protection laws and regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities and a high degree of integrity;
  • Professional certifications, such as the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) considered as an advantage.

As an Underwriting analyst, you will review and analyze merchant applications to qualify their credit worthiness. You will follow all Nuvei appropriate credit policies and ensure compliance with boarding guidelines to mitigate overall financial and reputational risk exposures. You will be actively engaged with the Loss Prevention and Sales teams to identify risk and market trends. The successful candidate will have credit/underwriting experience and knowledge, preferably within a payment processing environment.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Verifies merchant application information, coordinating the collection of missing data and documentation. Analyzes and underwrites new merchant applications using different Underwriting tools Re-evaluate existing merchant accounts as requested by the other internal departments
  • Work with partners and merchants to ensure compliance with various industry requirements and communicate adequately underwriting decisions and associated policies.
  • Answer internal and external inquiries with regard to Underwriting issues
  • Contributes to regular staff meetings to discuss merchant accounts, trends, losses, etc. Present ideas to management for continuous improvement of procedures and efficiencies
  • Perform other tasks/duties as assigned
  • Associate degree required. Bachelor’ degree preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in Underwriting preferred.
  • Experience in bank or bankcard industry an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills, multitasking and good business sense.
  • Must be a disciplined self-starter and demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, work ethic, self-awareness and a positive attitude.

In this role, you will perform settlement accounts reconciliation activities. Using multiple reports from various sources and working closely with Settlement Operations & Risk to understand activities on all accounts, you will balance deposits and withdrawals from the bank settlement accounts on a daily and monthly basis. As well as maintaining and improving financial data, processes, and tools. Proactively working with Managers, you will produce regular reports showing the status of cash balancing, key performance measures, trending, and other related data. This position requires a high level of team collaboration and communication with other departments. On occasions, the hours may differ from the usual schedule due to unexpected deadlines or other issues that develop.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Generate timely and accurate cash and system platform balancing of daily merchant settlement activity.

Role Description:

Your Mission

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager who will accelerate the distribution of Nuvei’s Omnichannel products within the iGaming vertical with specific focus on Europe. The Senior Business Development Manager will have an in-depth understanding and proven track record within the fintech, Brick-and-mortar Casinos and iGaming industries.

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Account Management within global enterprises. Additionally, is required a strong understanding of the igaming retail vertical, including casinos and sport betting shops mixed with the payments industry.
  • Proven success in complex c-level negotiations and familiarity of solution selling methodology, applicable to technical, compliance, legal and commercial aspects.
  • Significant track record of achievement and success within the targeted field of expertise.

Your mission:
This is atemporary, eighteen-month contract opportunity for someone who would like to explore a position within the data protection field and learn from an experienced team of compliance professionals.

As a Data Protection Manager, you may be responsible for overseeing the data protection compliance and policies of an organization. TheData Protection Manager collaborates with other data-related roles, such as data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and data governance managers, as well as legal, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing data protection frameworks, standards, and best practices;

Your Mission 

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of ecommerce businesses with the objective of maintaining and developing strong customer relationships in the Gaming vertical.  In this crucial role the Relationship Manager represents Nuvei to a number of our most important customers. The primary responsibility is to act as a payment consultant on existing, new and evolving methods of payment; while also ensuring consistent and reliable revenue growth.    

 

You will: 

  • Be an expert in ecommerce and payments with direct, relevant experience ideally in card acquiring, APMs, gateway and treasury related services. 
  • Have responsibility for continually raising the standard across the Relationship Management team as well as internal Nuvei teams to become commercial, product, and payment experts of the gaming space.   
  • Commercially orientated; adept at selling complex, technology-based solutions. 
  • Able to quickly form new and meaningful relationships externally and internally.  
  • Highly numeric with an ability to review transaction and commercial data to understand trends and generate business insights and meaningful recommendations. 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced and demanding environment where solutions are not always immediately obvious. 
  • Act as a centre point to a wide range of internal functions.  
  • Adept at engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders.  
  • Be able to travel with some regularity within Europe for quarterly business reviews, customer meetings and industry events.  

 

  • Have worked in with a strong appreciation of the challenges and opportunities in Gaming and Payments. 
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years experience in the Gaming payment industry. 
  • Have a sense of humour and be able to take our work very seriously while having fun at the same time. 
  • Ability to forge new successful ways of working.

You’ll be focusing on B2B & Enterprise verticals, leading with solution based engagements within the FinTech environments. Who are you, and what experience will you bring?

We’re open to different skills and backgrounds who can help us deliver on this role, though it’s important that you’ll have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in proven B2B payments sales experience, with a Merchant Acquiring or Card Issuing background

• A strong knowledge of cross border and cross method payments, prior experience in BPSP based solutions will be favourable

• Significant track record of achievements and successes in the targeted field of expertise.

• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements including revenue share arrangements.

• Strategic problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions, increase merchant growth, and achieve strategic commercial value.

• Ability to build internal and external alliances to gain and share information including industry trends.

As a Senior RPA Developer at Nuvei, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UI-Path. You will play a crucial role in automating repetitive, rule-based tasks and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple business functions.   • Manage the administration for Salesforce instance(s)

  • Proficient on Salesforce Administration

  • Three to four years related experience or equivalent.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
