The Offensive Security Exploit Developer (OSED) certification is an intermediate exploit development cert. Once students have completed the EXP-301 course material and practiced their skills in the labs, they’re ready to take the certification exam. About the Job:

Offensive Security is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) as we continue to build our team in the Asia Pacific Region. You will identify and qualify both inbound and outbound opportunities. You will be on the phone talking with prospects and you have the desire to compete and win. The SDR will be the first contact for OffSec prospects and customers on their journey for their cyber security training and certification. Successful SDRs will possess a demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships and work ethic. We offer growth and visibility across the entire organization!

Responsibilities:

  • You will source new opportunities through creative outbound methods using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomIno.
  • Create weekly prospecting plans outlining how you will have success with your account team

Qualifications:

The Data Analyst will join the data team in designing and building business insights for both internal stakeholders and external customer facing insights.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide data analysis and analytical support to internal stakeholders to identify strategic business questions, key metrics, and actionable insights

  • You have previous experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota.
  • You have a measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing six-figure B2B SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions to prospects and customers in the enterprise space.
  • Experience in the “C” suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills.

About the Job

As a Strategic Consulting Director at OffSec, you will focus on accelerating OffSec’s revenue growth among our largest enterprise prospects and customers, and ensure they are set up for long-term success with OffSec through both selling and operational support activities.

Duties and responsibilities

Success in this role is based on progressive revenue growth attainment within your aligned area. In this role, your day-to-day at OffSec will include activities such as:

  • Contributing to new pipeline generation with proactive solution hypothesis creation/iteration on top accounts and leveraging your network to access key senior decision-makers within top tier accounts.
  • Being a proactive co-owner of account strategy and execution with your Account Executive and Senior Leadership counterparts.  Internally, you will conduct account planning, strategy sessions, white space analysis and more on a regular basis.  Externally, you will lead consultative conversations with senior-level decision-makers at our prospects and customers to understand their strategic business objectives and transformation needs, and create alignment on how a combination of OffSec consulting and technical offerings can solve.  
  • Working closely with your customers, senior leadership and post-sale teams to create customers’ OffSec roadmap for success. Create and maintain C-Level relationships and serve as an executive bridge between the customer and OffSec to help them identify and recognize successes and returns on their investment.

Qualifications

Fluent in guiding pricing strategies to support different types of sales cycles based on their motion - e.g,. value-based, RFP-based, evangelical or traditional sale - and buyer persona.
  • Strong consulting and account management skills that lead to trusted advisor status, both internally as well as to C-level decision-makers, founded in creating a deep knowledge base for yourself to draw from and apply day-to-day

About the Job

An OffSec Student Mentor is responsible for providing support and guidance to OffSec students via live chat, support email and grading exams.  Exam grading will be based on the certification(s) the individual has achieved.  Based on the candidate’s strengths and preferences, duties will include supporting various project assignments such as online/remote course training, vulnerable machine testing, wiki creation, troubleshoot network connectivity and software development.

The Student Mentor role is a full-time salaried position with shift work required, including evenings and weekends. The shift hours for this position would be a set schedule of 40 hours, which can include weekends and holidays. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Engage, collaborate and help learnerson the OffSec Community Platform through live chat and email support
  • Present live stream videos or webinars for concept demonstration, machine walkthroughs, or topics related to cybersecurity
  • Participate in projects including, but not limited to, curriculum and learning path designs, reviewing new courses, and implementing new tools and systems, etc.
  • Grade exams
  • Test, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot OffSec lab systems and machines
  • Create and maintain department document guidelines, procedures and processes
  • Complete daily tasks while providing learner support in a timely and satisfactory manner

About the Job

The Enterprise Customer Success team provides the foundation for a long-term partnership with our OffSec Enterprise clients regarding the training and certifications they have purchased. You will be guiding new and existing Enterprise accounts through education, setup, and the successful onboarding of our offerings into the account. As an Enterprise Customer Success, you will serve as a liaison with OffSec sales and customer support teams, as well as other cross functional departments for our Enterprise clients. Duties and responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for Enterprise clients and establish strong partnership with stakeholders within client organizations.

Job purpose

Exam Proctor is responsible for overseeing students attempting their certification exams. Proactive monitoring is conducted by observing students’ screens and web camera (up to 6 students), and actively reporting any violation of Offensive Security Academic Policy. Proctor directly communicates with students, for any inquiries regarding the proctored exam, through live chat.

This job involves quiet but vigorous monitoring of exams 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Proct

Proctors will work five days per week, with a scheduled eight-hour shift and a 30-minute paid lunch break.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Facilitate start of exams by following established procedures and protocols, handling up to six (6) exams/students per hour.
  • Conduct identity verification of students taking proctored exams.
  • Conduct security checks by scanning the room, table, and other areas near the student’s exam workstation at the start of the exam and each time a suspicious activity is noted, which is not visible to the camera.
  • Log exception events during the student exam process including breaks, departures from the room, naps, etc.
  • Report any and all abnormalities/suspicious student activities noticed during the exam following established procedures, to uphold the integrity of all Offensive Security certifications.
  • Follow established guidelines for system updates when a student fails to show up for an exam.
  • Escalates any system or connectivity issues during the exam to the Student Administrator/Student Success Technical Support teams.
  • Maintain a high attention to detail, with the patience and ability to watch students taking a multi hour exam, even at times where student activities may appear to be minimal.
  • Contributes to overall project success and supports other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong written English language skills and the ability to communicate through live chat and document required reports in English.
  • College level of any course ideally with IT discipline
  • Previous experience in IT administration is a plus
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Needs to be very flexible in terms of schedule
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot web-based programs, webcam, and microphone

  • Facilitate activities for clients including regular call reviews, training and certification updates, and presentations to clients.
  • Develop client success plans, identifying business goals and success measures, and driving the achievement of key milestones.
  • Scheduled account reviews with sales representative on status.
  • Establish and follow escalation procedures when necessary, ensure resolution and client satisfaction.  
  • Log inbound and outbound inquiries in the ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting of volume and documentation of issues.
  • Work collaboratively with all peers and stakeholders to influence customer experience improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years in a customer facing support role, ideally working with enterprise corporate or government clients.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple clients at a time.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Working conditions

This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office.
