En tant que Responsable de la Communauté, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la division d'auto-édition de PCF, en contribuant au développement de produits Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) durables. Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée dans l’industrie, capable de piloter le développement, la mise en œuvre et la croissance des stratégies communautaires pour tous les jeux auto-édités de PCF. Vous comprenez à quel point une communauté dynamique et positive peut influencer le succès d’un jeu, et vous interviendrez de manière proactive pour résoudre les défis propres à un environnement de jeu en direct. Votre objectif sera de diriger et mettre en place des initiatives qui encouragent l’engagement et renforcent notre base de joueurs.
Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes marketing, services en direct, production et développement, et se rapporte directement au Directeur Marketing. Nous avons besoin d’une personne ayant une solide expérience en gestion de communautés de jeux vidéo, capable de travailler de manière autonome pour mettre en place des processus et stratégies de premier ordre. Vos missions incluront l’élaboration de plans communautaires détaillés alignés sur les jalons des projets, la rédaction et la relecture de contenu destiné à la communauté, la gestion de la production d’actifs communautaires, ainsi que la mise en place d’une équipe adaptée aux besoins croissants de nos jeux.

As the Head of Community, you will play a pivotal role in PCF’s Self-Publishing division, driving the creation of sustainable Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) products. We’re looking for someone with deep industry experience who can lead the development, execution, and growth of community strategies across all PCF self-published titles. You know how much impact a vibrant, positive community can have on a game’s success and will proactively address challenges that arise in a live gaming environment. Your mission will be to oversee and implement strategies that foster engagement and help grow our player base.
This role works closely with teams across marketing, live services, production, and development, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. We need someone with a strong background in game community management, capable of working independently to develop top-tier processes and strategies. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed community plans tied to project milestones, writing and reviewing community content, managing the production of community assets, and scaling the team to meet the evolving needs of our games.

- Maintain the production and software pipeline and meeting deadlines
- Creating high quality characters, creatures and props rigging and skinning suitable technically to project universe
- Implementing characters in Unreal Engine 4 including cloth, physics and blueprint setups
- Work closely with modelers and animators to ensure a smooth development pipeline that delivers high quality assets
- Assisting with pipeline tools and working with engine and project leads on continuous improvement of those engine tools
- Ability to provide clean assets or code within established systems and requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical animation, tools and pipeline development
- AAA shipped title experience
- Experience with Maya, specialising in rigging/skinning
- Ability to create tools and write scripts to help improve the animation pipeline
- Good understanding of anatomy and character movement
- Character Skinning with close attention to physical deformation
- Solid experience with physics simulation on cloth, hair and other physics items
- Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to clearly provide technical feedback into the tasks, rigs, toolsets and documentation
- Knowledge of current technology and trends in video games
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Your primary focus will be the creation of company and product branded video materials, while ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables. This involves working with the Adobe Premiere and the Unreal Engine 5 Editor to deliver compelling video content that resonates with both internal teams and the public.
