Simple isn’t easy. We should know.

Across 20+ years of delivering financial planning and analytics products that are simple to use, we’ve overcome numerous complex challenges. Along the way we’ve had plenty of failures, but from each one we try to learn and push forward with an alternative approach.

This is how we've stayed at the leading edge, creating products that are changing the way the world works.

Our teams are empowered to solve customer problems in the way they think is best. We trust them to make good decisions about what problems to solve and how to solve them, and we give them the space to excel.

What will you be doing?

  • Support, inspire, and lead two teams of talented engineers to solve valuable customer problems, enabling scalability, performance, and seamless user experience across new and existing applications.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor engineers, fostering empowered teams who take ownership, solve complex problems, and embody the spirit of missionaries rather than mercenaries.
  • Build and nurture an inclusive, respectful, innovative team culture, ensuring every voice is heard.
  • Inspire team members to continually enhance their skills, explore new technologies, and take proactive ownership of their professional growth.
  • Provide clear, actionable, and constructive feedback, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with broader product and business goals, facilitating collaboration across teams.
  • Support your teams in making good technical decisions without being the technical decision-maker yourself.

What are we looking for?

  • A leader who embodies our core values of curiosity, growth mindset, bias for action, and a sense of fun.
  • A supportive advocate who helps others succeed, championing well-being, performance, growth, and learning.
  • An exceptional communicator who creates open, transparent environments where teams thrive.

  • An empathetic, thoughtful leader who knows when to challenge, creating a dynamic and resilient team culture.
  • Openness to diverse ideas and perspectives, bringing flexibility and curiosity to leadership.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively integrating these values into team culture.
