We're looking for you, a meticulous, curious, and adaptable senior Front-End Engineer with the ability to translate pixels into code. You can work closely with Product Owners, Designers and other Engineers. On top of this, you are a cooperative person, supporting and promoting knowledge sharing is part of your way of doing things.

Your role will focus on designing, testing, and implementing user-facing software applications, with a strong emphasis on front-end development. For this reason, it’s expected that you’re comfortable with front-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will include building responsive and interactive user interfaces, collaborating on design decisions, optimizing performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and writing tests for front-end components.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Front-End Engineer
  • Familiar with React framework
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and Typescript
  • Proficiency using CSS pre-processors (Sass and/or LESS)
  • Familiarity with Component-Driven Design and using tools like Storybook to build and test components in isolation
  • Familiar with version control systems such as Git
  • Good understanding of English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of cross-browser and device compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Ability to integrate web services (RESTful, JSON)
  • Understanding of Vite as a front-end build tool, particularly in React and TypeScript environments
  • Expertise in unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests with frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright to ensure robustness and maintainability of code

Some of your day-to-day tasks will include active communication with our clients, managing their expectations, scope accomplishment, sharing strategic ideas to empower their businesses, and serving as a bridge to our internal teams. You'll be responsible for the scope and process specifications, and by negotiating these with our clients. You’ll also manage the backlog and elaborate strategies to tackle it with Design and Engineering teams.

  • Flexibility in understanding products’ position in different markets, identifying potential opportunities and product gaps
  • Worked with design teams and highly demanding UI projects
  • Experience defining processes and strategies from the ground up based on end goals provided by clients and inputs from the team
  • Track record as Product Owner/Manager working with remote teams
