Seasonal E-Commerce Customer Service Associate
REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E-Commerce department to fill Seasonal opportunities!
Location is flexible! We're looking for wonderful associates to join our team both on-site at our corporate office in Wilmington, NC, and also remote locations.
Every piece of jewelry tells a story and our Customer Care team helps ensure every store has a happy ending! As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be the face of REEDS Jewelers and the voice of our customers; providing personal and exceptional assistance in every interaction. Through every customer engagement you’ll be responsible for answering all customer inquiries, serving as a sales consultant and identifying and finding solutions for any potential issues, to ensure the finest shopping experience possible.

The corporate sales department acts as any other store in the company. The exception is that the concentration is on working with national insurance companies and various companies for incentive awards. The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing new relationships which will help this profit center to grow its business.
Primary Responsibilities:
It is possible for this position to be remote while we ask for this associate to travel to our corporate office at least once a month. However, it is highly preferred that this position works onsite at our corporate office here in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington, NC.(Relocation is available, and a local hybrid schedule is possible.)
