Job Overview:

As a Field Cyber Risk Advisor for MAX, you will serve as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor to our clients and prospects. You’ll collaborate with our sales team and service delivery team to help demonstrate the value of MAX, our Managed Service Solution. You will be the  technical expert providing leadership and guidance during the sales process ensuring that our customer’s security needs are met through tailored solutions. This role requires a highly credible and technical cybersecurity practitioner who can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping to close deals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using the MAX managed service offering.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to showcase the value of MAX to potential customers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity, risk management, and SecurityScorecard’s offerings, addressing technical questions from prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with customers to design and implement managed service solutions that meet their unique cybersecurity needs.
  • Assist in RFP responses, technical documentation, and presentations as part of the sales cycle.
  • Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and potential enhancements to the MAX solution.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in cybersecurity and continuously improve your technical expertise in managed services and security best practices.
  • Support post-sale activities, ensuring smooth onboarding and satisfaction with the MAX solution. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on cyber security experience role in a cybersecurity-focused organization.  Prefer frontline IR experience as engagement manager, digital forensic investigator, threat intelligence practitioner
  • 3+ years of TPRM experience.  Must understand the vendor life cycle, pillars of third party risk management, and possess the ability to talk to how vendor risk management works.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts,  risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.
  • Experience working in a pre-sales environment, with a proven ability to influence and help close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to think multi-dimensionally to both technical, compliance focused, and business stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms, including SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability scanning solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions  that meet customer needs
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-140,000. About the Role:

Mission

The CTO will play a pivotal role in SecurityScorecard’s growth, serving as the accountable leader for building and scaling a world-class technology organization. This individual will be responsible for driving and executing the technical vison & strategy to deliver highly secure, performant, and scalable solutions. About The Team:

The Field Sales Director, MAX will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by delivering tailored security solutions to enterprise clients. Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager, Service Delivery to join our customer organization working directly with our service delivery team. This role is responsible for ensuring direct and partner led MAX customer deployments, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance is delivered on time and high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager, Services Delivery to join our Product organization working directly with our service delivery team. This role is responsible for understanding, documenting, and articulating all aspects of SecurityScorecard MAX service delivery either directly to the  customer or through partners. This role requires someone with experience in service delivery to large enterprise customers as well as globally distributed partner services support. In addition, this role is responsible for project management of all direct customers throughout the customer lifecycle as well as for ensuring all partners are programmatically managed from initial training to ongoing MAX certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong service delivery background, particularly within technical services or managed security service providers (MSSPs), a knack for documenting, standardizing and simplifying complex business processes, and a passion for organizing and optimizing service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert on all aspects of service delivery both direct and through partner for our services team, SecurityScorecard MAX
  • Hands-on-keyboard experience with API’s, Python, SQL databases and excel, to construct and deconstruct services workflows and translate those workflows into highly automated process designs
  • Take a hands-on approach to service delivery, with the ability to execute tasks as the service delivery team and  document processes for product management and engineering to turn into automation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks, standard operating procedures, and process documentation to guide the services team and partners.
  • Use Jira, Trello, and other project management tools to effectively track, organize, and manage service delivery projects.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for implementing new product capabilities within the services team and ensuring all testing is done with the internal team prior to release to partners
  • Oversee the implementation of partner tier II services support to assist partners when they have issues delivering the MAX service as well as collect feedback on additional product requirements from partners
  • Speak directly with customers to deeply understand their business needs

About The Role:

This is a pre-sales role. Our Business Development Team is the first point of contact for many of our future customers. About the Role:

The Head of Data Science is a leadership role responsible for developing and the ongoing operation of the company's tools, technologies, and technical solutions leveraging data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and other algorithms. About the Role

SecurityScorecard’s MAX team delivers vendor risk management services on behalf of customers. Our MAX team is growing and we are seeking a Vendor Risk Consultant to join our team and help us manage and mitigate risks associated with our customers’ vendors.   • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Data analysis skills, using Microsoft Excel or similar, and common scripting languages, such as Python, to analyze complex data and provide trends and patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About The Role:

This is a pre-sales role. Our Business Development Team is the first point of contact for many of our future customers. As a BDA you would be focused on setting up introductions with our ideal customers. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and will work closely with our Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) and Field Sales Reps (FSRs) in the territory.

About the Role

SecurityScorecard is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations to lead our communications strategy, strengthen our brand reputation, and enhance our corporate presence both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communications Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communications and public relations strategies that align with company goals, enhance brand reputation, and support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications and public relations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in cybersecurity is highly desirable.

    • Must have 2+ years experience in building and maintaining big data pipelines using Scala with Spark, Airflow, Hive, Presto, Redis

    • Must have 2+ years experience in developing batch/real-time data streams
