Job Description

JBS Industries is seeking a motivated and self-driven National Sales Account Manger to grow and develop a new territory. The National Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building new business and managing existing national accounts. The National Sales Account Manager will be the representative of our company’s 40 years of our reputation of quality and integrity. Other responsibilities of the role are:

 

  • Develop a comprehensive 12-month plan and budget to drive strategic growth.
  • Travel within a 300-mile region to engage with all wash operators and build strong relationships.
  • Establish a consistent travel schedule for consecutive visits to maximize outreach.
  • Actively promote Compass products to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Organize and execute the first free fill program to attract new customers.
  • Target and secure new accounts across multiple regions to expand market presence.

Qualifications

The ideal National Sales Account Manager will be organized, have strong attention to detail, have great customer service and have good follow through. Additional requirements for this position are: 

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the car wash industry.
  • Proven sales experience with manufacturers or chemical producers, with a strong understanding of equipment and machinery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Highly flexible, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently to achieve results.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts and distributors effectively.
  • Strong skills and drive for cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
