The Strategic Alliances Manager is responsible for championing Transmit Security with its key strategic alliances and partners.....The role is to manage and grow specific partnerships / alliances to find net new customers while collaborating with our sales organization to execute on each opportunity or partner go-to-market campaign. Your mindset should be passionate, authentic, and hungry, with a natural ability to excite partners to find the best opportunities and help to drive them to a successful conclusion. If you have experience and a passion for fraud prevention and consumer identity and access management  with an interest in how it can facilitate positive change we want to talk with you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term, productive relationships with existing partners, strategically recruit and onboard new partners, and identify growth opportunities that align with both Transmit Security's and the partner’s objectives. .
  • Develop and execute strategic partner plans that align partner capabilities with Transmit Security’s goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion 
  • Build partner plan mapping of partner strengths to accounts and target clients.
  • Proactively communicate with business leaders on channel pipeline and forecast.
  • Strategically expand the reseller ecosystem, identifying high-value partners and developing a collaborative approach to mutual growth 
  • Manage and grow the integrator ecosystem: local boutique firms and system integrators
  • Formalize strategic partnership and execute alliance agreements
  • Lead strategic enablement initiatives, empowering partners with the knowledge and tools to drive mutual success and deepen relationships. 
  • Partner knowledge: Working with partners/SI’s to sell with/sell through the solution
  • Travel, as required, to partners, prospects, customers or marketing events (40-50% travel).

Required:

  • Strong relationships with key resellers and system integrators
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives in partner organizations, leading the development of joint business strategies and unlocking new market opportunities. 
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS software sales 
  • Experience following Sales methodologies (Meddpicc/Meddicc)
  • Drive strategic outcomes through accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of mutually set goals, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. 
  • Identifies and allocates appropriate resources to opportunities
  • Leverages partner ecosystems to architect go-to-market strategies and unlock new business opportunities. 
  • Works collaboratively to acquire additional/specialist resources, including sales, legal, finance and marketing
  • Results-oriented with multiple years meeting or exceeding quota 
  • Strong technical background

Transmit Security is hiring a Technical Account Manager to join our team.  This is an individual contributor role; however, we are looking for the right person to lead some of our most strategic accounts in a post-sales technical capacity with the expectation for this role to evolve into a regional leadership position.

About the Role:

As a Technical Account Manager you are someone who can build key customer technical and business relationships, enable customers to fully utilize the Transmit platform to drive customer adoption and success.  You will use your extensive leadership experience, deep technical and problem-solving skills to partner with other internal Transmit teams to deliver a world-class customer experience. 

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure our customer’s success and adoption of Transmit Security’s solutions
  • Build knowledge of customer’s environments and use cases to become the customer’s champion at Transmit Security
  • Understand our customers' business and technical needs, use cases and priorities, and provide technical guidance on how best to leverage Transmit Solutions to achieve our customers’ desired outcomes
  • Champion the onboarding experience of new customers and driving time-to-value and ROI for customers by partnering with Product, Research & Development and Professional Services teams to deliver world class product integrations
  • Identify and drive resolution of technical roadblocks for customers, helping them realize the value of Transmit products 
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of Transmit’s products, their features, functions and architect solutions to address customers business and security needs
  • Lead the post-sales team working with Product and Research & Development counterparts to shape Transmit products to meet our customers evolving needs
  • Help manage and shape customer technical response during incidents, and ensure internal action is being executed urgently
  • Present product roadmap and confirm alignment with the customer's business goals and priorities
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with the Customer to highlight progress, opportunities for expansion, address blockers and enhance our partnership
  • Act as a trusted technical adviser to the customer to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Develop and lead in-person, remote and webinar Customer enablement sessions on Transmit Product features and use cases, best practices, and knowledge transfer

  • Be accountable for the solution provided to the customer to ensure great service, customer satisfaction and success

What you need

  • Demonstrated technical leadership in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, or services/support positions
  • Previous experience leading and building out Technical Account Management, Customer Success, and/or Solution Engineering teams, processes and procedures is a plus, and strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture executive level relationships within customer organizations, as well as internal 
  • A track-record of successfully working with all levels of cross-functional internal teams leading technical projects and resources. This role will require light Project Management skills, demonstrated experience is a plus
  • Deep and proven technical knowledge in Risk/Fraud and Identity and Access  technologies - SSO, SAML Federated Identity, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, Certificates and Management (trust chain), Identity Orchestration, WebAuthn (FIDO2 Passkeys).
  • Technical awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP cloud architectures and OpenShift and Kubernetes frameworks
  • Technical curiosity to learn new bleeding edge technologies and platforms, and apply this knowledge to support customers in their journey with Transmit
  • Strong communication/presentation skills within all levels of management
  • Experience developing, executing and driving adoption of key strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Agility to adapt to quickly changing technical, business and market needs
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements in EMEA (up to once a month)

Role Summary:

As the Director of Revenue Operations at Transmit Security, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our sales organization forward. Your responsibilities will span from strategic collaboration with leadership to hands-on operational tasks, all centered around boosting sales productivity and furnishing sales leadership with critical business insights. 

Sales Analytics & Insights

  • Provide sales leadership with actionable intelligence by managing revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and sales effectiveness metrics. 
  • Create a robust reporting system to track GTM KPIs to facilitate strategic adjustments, performance management, and other decision making as needed.
  • Become an active participant in the annual planning process, supporting Sales Management in setting sales quota/incentives as well as budgets for Sales and Marketing.

Processes: 

  • Standardize opportunity management practices (e.g. Sales process playbook) across global sales territories, evaluate the need to introduce formal sales methodology.
  • Establish framework, templates, standard meeting cadence and action item follow up for account and deal planning within the region, globally, as well as Exec leadership reviews. 
  • Collect Sales forecasts, quarterly business reviews, product roadmap updates, etc. This requires templates, action item follow up as well identifying alignment to KPIs.
  • Ensure compensation plan and associated documentation aligns to business objectives – deliver presentation to Sales to properly set expectations. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of commissions and the distribution of statements.
  • Oversee the deal desk function and our pricing strategy to ensure the team is following best practices to maximize revenue and minimize churn. 

Enablement:

  • Work with Sales Enablement team to create a robust onboarding program for new hires on processes.
  • Develop, document and deliver continuous enablement to Sales on key items while maintaining material on Intranet to support self-service where possible.  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10-15 years of Revenue Operations managerial experience in in a global technology company focused on selling to large enterprise companies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management from startup mentality to one with well-defined process and operational excellence.

Role Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and is responsible for managing the deal desk, producing sales and marketing reports, administering sales compensation plans, ensure data integrity across Sales tools, and supporting additional GTM projects as assigned.  The individual will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation as well as delivering enablement and providing daily support.

Sales Analytics & Insights

  • Maintain a global sales coverage model to support lead assignment/routing, system access / visibility, and compensation.
  • Ensure that the execution of the deal review and approval process follows company policies and guidelines with an emphasis on Quote, Order Form generation and Closed Won reconciliation with Finance.
  • Partner with Marketing to define end to end global process execution to support a closed loop and ROI reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a high growth global SaaS technology company.
  • A combination of strong analytical, project management, and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of sales and marketing tools including, but not limited to, Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize the sales organization’s operations and success.
