Position Overview 

Detecting cyberattacks in real-time requires a high-performance suite of software that can sift through terabytes of data. You will be joining a team that has been tasked with developing software to aide in the detection of network-based attacks.

Responsibilities  

  • Interpret product requirements into software designs, implementations, and tests that take performance, maintainability, and operational efficiency into consideration
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve systems to deliver outstanding reliability to customers
  • Work with other groups including Product Management, UX, Security Research and Data Science to help customers simplify security

To support growth, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Systems Process Automation and Programs, to translate GTM business needs (product launch, partner into technical systems requirements. You will serve as a bridge between GTM business stakeholders and the systems teams who turn requirements into reality

This role will be a key partner to cross-functionally guide the growth of our sales organization by specifying system requirements, streamlining processes, and proactive and responsive management of multi-stakeholder strategic and operational capabilities. You will drive critical business systems programs by being the “connective tissue” between cross-functional product, business and technology systems teams. Your work will support execution for critical growth and business process efficiency initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business and technical program manager on strategic initiatives across the Order to Cash workflows. Create project plans, identify business and technical dependencies, facilitate user acceptance testing, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
  • Help manage projects, including gathering needs from Sales and Sales Ops and other cross-functional teams, and developing requirements documentation.

Skills needed:

Help us build great software that protects our customers around the world from an ever-increasing number of cyber attacks!

As part of the Engineering team, Software Engineering Interns will work directly on Vectra's platform to build or enhance features that help solve customer problems. Position Overview

For this role you should be a leading Technical Support Engineer, experienced in technical support of complex technologies in challenging global environments. What Will Impress Us

  • You are an authority on AWS, GCP, Azure, or Cloud Identity Service Providers with a demonstrable understanding of the threat models and attacker methodologies within these environments
  • 5+ years direct experience in areas of security research, malware analysis, or cloud security architecture/development/analysis
  • Solid grasp of cloud systems and security concepts for SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, including their respective threat models and risks
  • 5+ years of attack and penetration testing experience; or incident response and threat analysis experience
  • Knowledge of exploitation techniques!
  • Knowledge of network and application protocols, and traffic analysis (network forensics)
  • Proficiency with network traffic analysis and network forensics tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump
  • Knowledge of corporate security investigation and incident response processes, along with threat detection and mitigation technologies
  • Solid programming skills with scripting languages such as Python and query languages like KQL/SQL/Presto

Preferred

  • Professional or academic research in advanced security threats, particularly against cloud environments
  • Operational experience in InfoSec as an incident handler, administrator, or internal consultant

Position Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead or Manager for our Americas Account Development team. In this role, you will manage a growing ADR team across the Americas to support field pipeline development efforts. 
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Attract, interview, hire, onboard, and develop ADR talent
  • Provide second line account development leadership and coaching
  • Work closely with field sales leadership to provide quality pipeline coverage to support sales goals.
  • Support Account Development Representatives in their partnership with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) by identifying new business opportunities in Greenfield Enterprise accounts by executing on both inbound and outbound strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and own KPI's associated with the activities of the account development organization.
  • Apply critical thinking to make recommendations in scenarios that are not covered by defined work processes
  • Collaborate with team members and cross functional teams (marketing, product and channel team) to achieve individual and team sales objectives

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of total experience 
    • 1-2 years leading or managing an ADR equivalent
    • 2+ years prospecting as an individual contributor
  • Knowledge of the IT /Cyber security industry is preferable
  • Committed to learning and development
  • Ability to be adaptable in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Comfortable and confident in contacting prospects and customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Comfortable with ownership of business level results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your Role in a nutshell

In this Salesforce Technical Lead role, you will be hands-on involved in the day to day activities, as well as handling and driving the stories and leading the team's activities accordingly to implement and drive the success of Salesforce here at Vectra.

  • Develop automation, optimise operational processes, ensure seamless integration around systems, tools and technology using code and configuration
  • Design and develop both declarative (validation rules, process builders, flows) and coded (apex, aura, LWC) solutions to help extend Salesforce.
  • Identify and improve data quality results by determining system improvements; identifying trends; evaluating, and re-designing work processes, implementing change

Your Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and partner with stakeholders regularly in refining business requirements to deliver new enhancements.
  • Lead the team's activities from a technical standpoint.
  • Validate solutions, review code, and provide technical mentorship to the team members.
  • Write great code.
  • Be part of the team who is first tier one support for internal customers, using our Jira Service Desk ticketing system
  • Own and drive projects which will include multiple enhancements requests using Salesforce CRM and CPQ
  • Perform mass updates within Salesforce.com to standardise company information, build hierarchies, and integrate third party data

Technical Competencies

You ideally bring solid experience working on the Salesforce platform with expertise in at least 2 of the following Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Digital experiences and a strong emphasis on Salesforce CPQ.

  • Must have Certificate: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Experience of working in both development roles and technical leadership roles- Lead teams of Developers, Business Analysts, Testers.
  • Solid Experience with the declarative development tools of Salesforce, such as Validation Rules, Process Builders and Flows.
  • Design, develop, implement, configure, maintain, administer, and integrate solutions on Salesforce Lightning Cloud platform (LWC)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, and web services
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security model including sharing rules, roles, profiles, sharing settings, etc.
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On
  • Understand and implement standard processes to migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX and ANT
  • Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.
