The Role

The mission of this role is to develop and maintain long-term forecasting models, ensure efficient capacity planning, and manage short-term forecasting. The primary focus is on creating staffing forecasts and schedules for our major markets, with the goal of delivering optimized monthly schedules to operations. This role plays a key part in establishing best practices for Workforce Management (WFM) globally and collaborating with the Customer Care leadership team to ensure the most efficient and effective WFM processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term forecasting models for all our markets
  • Create staffing forecasts and schedules for the L1 team on a monthly basis
  • Optimize and deliver monthly schedules to operations teams
  • Lead capacity planning to ensure resources align with demand fluctuations
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Tableau and Snowflake to support forecasting and capacity planning
  • Generate dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key Workforce Management metrics and trends
  • Utilize Snowflake to access and manage large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in WFM processes
  • Participate in projects focused on the development and optimization of WFM processes
  • Continuously evaluate and challenge current WFM strategies and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Care leadership team to align WFM practices with overall business objectives
  • Contribute to establishing best practice WFM processes globally within the first 6 months
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Workforce Management (WFM) role
  • Hands-on experience with all WFM processes: budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management, and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Tableau for data visualization and Snowflake for managing large datasets
  • Experience working in mid-to-large size Customer Care Team (50 to 100 agents)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex WFM concepts for different audiences (agents and leadership)
  • A mindset that challenges the status quo and continuously seeks improvement
  • Proactive approach, with a bias toward action when identifying inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in generating data-driven insights that directly influence Workforce Management strategies

The Role

As the Security Manager at Wallbox, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of governance, risk, and compliance in terms of information security. This includes corporate, product, and eCommerce scopes. We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader who can successfully manage compliance audits and lead the adaptation and execution of the security master plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead successful compliance audits including ISO27001, TISAX, CyberEssentials Plus, and SOX.
  • Develop and execute adaptation plans to standards such as NIST, NIS2, SEC Cybersecurity, ENS, and more.
  • Lead the creation and execution of the Security Master Plan.
  • Manage Wallbox's privacy and data protection office, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate risk management and employee cybersecurity awareness programs.
  • Owner of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures at both the corporate and product levels.

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. In this role you will:

  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll process for employees in assigned European countries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, Social Security and labor regulations in each European country where the company operates to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding payroll and taxes.

The role:

Reporting to the Educational Services Manager, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing training materials and curriculum, as well as conducting engaging and effective training sessions to impart comprehensive knowledge and skills to internal and external stakeholders.

We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Overall, the Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the professional development of employees and partners, thereby contributing to the successful deployment and utilisation of our EV charging solutions and the attainment of organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Needs assessment: Identifying the training needs of employees, partners and customers through surveys, feedback, and assessments, determining the specific skills and knowledge gaps and identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborating with subject matter experts to design and develop comprehensive training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos and e-learning modules. Design and implement training programs to enhance employees and partners’ skills and knowledge.
  • Training programs implementation and delivery: Conducting engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, partners, and customers, ensuring quality and consistency. The training sessions may be to individuals or groups.Training implementation and delivery also includes coordinating logistics, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources. 
  • Knowledge base Management: Contributing to the development and maintenance of a robust knowledge base repository accessible to all business teams. This involves ensuring that training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available in our Learning Management System to support ongoing learning and development initiatives. 
  • Professional development: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV charging technology, industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials and sessions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics. The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to training content and delivery methods.

Mission

Junior Tax Specialist (VAT)

We are seeking a Junior Tax Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona.

You will

  • Assist with the preparation of different tax obligations in Spain (IS, IRPF, VAT) and other EU countries (focused mainly in VAT)
  • Manage tax requirements / tax audits from Tax Authorities
  • Assist with other indirect tax compliance obligations (SII, Intrastat)
  • Engage with tax-related projects: transfer pricing, international tax, EU VAT set-up of operations
  • Cover internal business queries related to tax
  • Be able to create and improve internal tax related processes and move towards automatization (innovation and creativity)
  • Have autonomy and be empowered in new projects
  • Be continuously learning, adapting and innovating
  • Law/finance/accounting degree, Master in taxation (preferable)
  • VAT knowledge
  • Spanish Law knowledge
  • 2-4 years of experience in previous similar position or Big4
  • Solid English spoken & written
  • Tax accounting knowledge considered an advantage
  • Experience with Netsuite ERP considered an advantage

The role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for taking Wallbox’s recruitment function to the next level by supporting the Hiring Managers in finding the best talent for their teams!

You will

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen and conduct competency-based interviews with candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and processes for key roles across the company.
  • Monitor and oversee the recruitment process and offer management.
  • Use data to create, measure and scale smart recruiting strategies and benchmark salaries.
  • Work closely with People & Talent team (People Partners, L&D...).
  • Show a high level of resilience. You are able to keep a positive attitude and stay energetic when you come across resistance and challenges.
  • Find comfort in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead by example through perseverance, humility, and initiative.
  • Believe no task is too small, and no task is too tall.
  • > 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Tech and Senior Business roles
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to any situation
  • High level of English
