As Community Operations Manager, you will drive customer & brand satisfaction by overseeing daily operations, planning & scheduling, and improving processes to increase team efficiency. You will be the champion and mentor for team engagement (internal and external team members), ensuring communication is open, positive and productive. Acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues and potential improvements, you will lead the Community team towards a more streamlined future.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Forecasting and demand planning across all channels, managing opening hours and SLA targets, as well as recommend strategies to achieve 24/7 support coverage 
  • Overseeing the workforce management (WFM) planning of  both our inhouse & outsource Teams Schedule, managing a Scheduling & QA Executive to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time. 
  • Managing the outsourced operation and performance on KPIs (SLAs, average handling time, workload %). Support the Scheduling & QA Executive in training and continuing to upskill outsourced team 
  • Own the reporting of operations and experience metrics, and effectively communicate results to HOC & key stakeholders. Develop user-friendly dashboards that are accessible to the right audiences (i.e. Product, Management, Logistics).
  • Act as a Project Manager - proactively identify processes to improve daily operational efficiency, research tools & processes, and lead implementation (including as the stakeholder for cross-functional projects).
  • Continuously assess suitability and pricing of tooling, to ensure we are maximising our technology resources
  • Experience overseeing workforce planning operations for both internal and outsourced teams 
  • Significant experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Workforce Management tools. (e.g. Kustomer, Dixa, Aircall, Surfboard)
  • Effective at data analysis, forecasting and modelling across pricing, productivity and performance metrics.
  • Experience devising and delivering high quality learning sessions with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience with BI/data-modelling software is highly desirable. (e.g. Looker ML, Tableau, Power-BI).
  • Experienced in supervising and managing others

We are seeking an experienced Technical SEO Manager to lead search engine optimisation at Wolf & Badger as we continue to scale our marketplace in the UK, US and internationally.

As SEO Manager at Wolf & Badger, your role will be to lead the optimisation of our online presence to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions through search engines like Google. You will be a strategic thinker who can analyse data and draw actionable conclusions to improve organic visibility. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on performance and findings, working closely with the marketing, tech and product teams to plan and execute a holistic search engine optimisation strategy.

In this role, you will be:

  • Developing and executing technical SEO strategies for improved website ranking
  • Leading technical SEO projects and working closely with the product and technical teams
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive SEO initiatives
  • Performing advanced analytics and data interpretation to guide decision-making
  • Providing SEO training and guidance to team members and stakeholders
  • Finding and fixing technical issues across our website
  • Working with the website team to deliver new pages and optimise existing ones
  • Ideating and owning improvements to our website architecture and functionality
  • Identifying new SEO opportunities that will help us reach our visibility and revenue goals
  • Significant experience (3+ years) in managing large scale technical SEO projects - experience working on a marketplace or large ecommerce site would be desirable
  • Prior responsibility for adjusting site architecture, crawling optimisation and new page launches
  • Strong Excel / G-Sheet skills and the proven capability to handle measurement and reporting across multiple platforms
  • Strong sense of ownership and resilience in improving the website working with other teams collaboratively, including web developers and engineers
  • Experience with building business cases and convincing stakeholders with data
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative midweight designer with strong video editing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, advanced video editing techniques and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Conceptualising and creating both still and video assets for various channels including web, email, social (organic and paid) and print
  • Leading autonomously on the design and messaging hierarchy for all promotional campaign assets 
  • Leading the design for ad-hoc projects across the business including the design of internal documents, new email templates, printed collateral, shop window vinyl and event invites 
  • Ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity

Video Editing:

  • Managing the production and editing of raw video footage into polished, engaging video content for paid and organic social channels 
  • Adding music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects to videos as needed
  • Ensuring videos are optimised for different platforms and devices
  • Conceptualising and producing video content in line with our core marketing calendar  

Trend Awareness & Innovation:

  • Being commercially aware and regularly experimenting with new design tools and software to enhance creativity and efficiency
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to push creative boundaries and elevate design standards
  • Staying up-to-date with video editing trends and techniques to ensure our video output remains competitive and engaging

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Presenting design concepts and revisions to internal team members, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments promptly 
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Actively participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects in both still and video formats 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar formal training (highly desirable)
  • Proficient in design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual composition
