We're hiring a Regional Marketing Manager for Poland & CIS countries!

 

Primary purpose of the function

Full responsibility for driving sales growth and plans objectives through the development and management of the full regional marketing plan ie. advertising and promotional activities, events, launches, communication.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategy setting at Region level: Responsible for the definition, development and deployment of the regional marketing, campaigns & commercial plans with regional team and in line with the global and regions’ growth objectives;
  • Set up marketing promotional plans per quarter with proper strategic & category focus in mind;
  • Manage the support given to the regional sales and product teams in terms of product launches, promotional calendars, key accounts support & product launches;
  • Understand and integrate sales plan priorities by category, prioritize the needed support for the strategic customers of the region;
  • Manage the regional marketing budget;
  • Plan and organize required regional customers shows;
  • Supervise and manage the execution of all communication initiatives done towards the regional market;
  • You lead the annual channel activation process and define the channel activation plan for your key customers including: Promotional actions, Local sponsorships, Communication plan, Local (training) events, Sales incentives & loyalty programs, Brand Activation (off line / on line) and other.
  • You manage key customer performance analysis : sell in performances / key activities understanding & reporting and sell out analysis (where possible);
  • You work closely together with the market & competitor intelligence specialist to gather local market research & insights that supports your regional go-to-market plan (competition monitoring, strategic white space analysis region/customer..);
  • You identify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction (on line/off line) together with the marketing operations department.
  • You identify & recommend new business opportunities – Makes recommendations for go-to-market strategies across new channels, balancing risk and return.

 

You are based in BELGIUM or in POLAND.

Qualifications

Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International business or similar degree

Min 5 years of experience in an international sales & marketing environment with proven experience in developing & integrating local marketing plans

Fluent in English, Russian, Polish preferably also Georgian and/or Ukrainian.

Strong project management skills, able to manage complexity and deliver critical projects.

Strong communication skills & influencing skills.

Driven by results & excellence in the job, mentality to make things happen.

Financial awareness & analytical – essential to drive and understand the numbers and for financial budgeting, analysis and planning

Willing to travel up to 30%

We're hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist - Italy & Balkan countries!

The key objective of this role is to enhance the visibility and demand for our brands and products by executing regional and customer-specific marketing activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Regional Marketing and distributors to develop and execute annual Sales & Marketing plans.
  • Manage the operational implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Implement local marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent use of branding elements and visual identity at the point of sale (POS).
  • Ensure our brands and products are highly visible at the POS level.
  • Track and analyze the results of regional campaigns systematically and frequently, providing detailed reports to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Manage, organize, and execute trade events in close cooperation with customers and the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Identify sources of market and customer insights/data and support their integration into internal business intelligence tools and CRM systems.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to enhance our value proposition.
  • Support sales representatives (internal and distributor) by training them on selling our brand, and implementing promotions, marketing concepts, and tools to increase sales effectiveness in the market.

Qualifications

You are based in Italy, preferably near to Turin.

  • Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International business or similar degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in an international sales & marketing environment, interest in the automotive/motorsport sector
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must, other languages are a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage complexity and deliver critical projects.
