CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Military Construction Evaluator supporting the Army National Guard’s G-9 Construction Facilities Management Office (CFMO).

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing technical documents including memorandums and correspondence.
  • Reviewing MILCON plans and specifications for accuracy, deficiencies, and meeting all publication laws and regulations.
  • Assisting with the development and draft of design authority memorandums after DD Form 1390/1391 review.
  • Assisting with communication on matters related to the ARNG MILCON project and program as directed by the government.
  • Participate in person or through government approved communications in State schedule program charettes.
  • Reviewing State MILCON Programs to identify and suggest forecasts for current and future year MILCON workload.

Expected salary range: $72,000 - $92,000

Work Environment:
