Qualifications

The Minimal Technical Requirements Are

  • 3 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer.
  • 2 year of experience developing with Vue.js.
  • 1 year of experience developing with TypeScript
  • Strong proficiency with modern ES6+ JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge on HTML5/CSS3/ SCSS
  • Experience consuming application APIs

The position

You'll be joining 250 engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE and QA. We're organised into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific product areas. Regardless of the specific team you will be joining, you will be working on building features, tools, APIs and integrations for one of our products.

Our backend is built with Elixir and Phoenix, with a Postgres database. We use React and Nextjs for our frontend. Gitlab is used as a version control tool and a CI/CD solution. Our applications are hosted on AWS. We fully rely on our CI for deployments and deploy multiple times per day.

About the Team:

In this role, you will contribute to Cloudflare's revenue generation engine by delivering pipeline at scale to the Sales counterparts. Similar to other roles that Cloudflare, this role has a tenure requirement of 18-24 months before you may be eligible to apply for another role within the company.

About the Role:

Languages required: English

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching prospective Cloudflare accounts in our Enterprise segment (2500 or more employees and/or strategic logos in the region), conducting outreach to the appropriate contacts within each account, sourcing meetings, and running discovery calls using sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT and CHIIP).

You will be paired with Strategic/Enterprise Account Executives who will work to close opportunities that you source for them. You will also work with a variety of cross functional teams including product marketing, field marketing and sales enablement.

While there are activity benchmarks that lead to successful BDRs, this is an autonomous role that gives you the opportunity to be creative and proactive with your outbounding strategies. You willnotbe given a list and script to repeat. Instead, you are given a quarterly goal and can work with your manager to create methods to achieve them. 

You will not be expected to have a thorough understanding of Cloudflare products at the outset, but we do expect you to have a strong interest in our industry and product line. You will be responsible for identifying product-fits across a variety of companies so having a passion for Cloudflare is important. 

Day in the Life of BDR at Cloudflare

  • Own and meet target quota related to number of qualified opportunities, value of sales pipeline, and revenue
  • Develop new business opportunities from paired AEs' named accounts (typically large-scale Enterprise companies)
  • Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases through qualitative and data driven approach
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, fellow BDRs)
  • Help lead BDR team-wide campaigns or initiatives (we’re a collaborative group)
  • Write emails and letters you’d love to open; make calls you’d love to receive; ask compelling questions
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC and Salesloft
  • Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes

About the Temporary Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will assist with some or all of the following Duties and Responsibilities:

Administration and Coordination

  • Calendar management and scheduling appointments for the Board of Directors
  • Assistance with Calendar management and scheduling appointments for the Executive Team
  • Assistance with Organizing Travel Logistics for the Managing Director and as needed for the Executive Team, including the organizing of team retreats

About the Role: 

Sezzle is seeking a Fraud Operations Associate Analyst to support fraud monitoring. As part of optimizing the online shopping experience, Sezzle constantly monitors users and transactions for abusive or fraudulent behavior. Our Fraud Operations team reviews suspicious activity flagged by Sezzle’s fraud detection system or escalated from Customer Support agents. Fraud Operations Analysts will block users deemed fraudulent or risky, and clear false positive flags from our automated systems and support agents. We monitor for new trends in fraudulent behavior and continuously evolve our policies and procedures to stay one step ahead. We are looking for a teammate who can work one of the shifts listed below full-time: 


● Monday - Friday between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Central Time. 
● Sunday - Thursday between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Central Time. 
● Tuesday - Saturday between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Central Time. 
● Monday - Friday between 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm - Central Time. 

This will be a non-exempt/hourly position. 

What You'll Do:

  • ● Monitor real-time transactions and other customer behaviors flagged for fraud and abuse for manual review. 
    ● Investigate individual transactions using internal policies and review methodologies to determine if the transactions are fraudulent or not. 
    ● Understand our systems and tools; investigate account patterns through data analysis.
    ● Research fraud and user behavior to contribute to machine learning models, rules and other detection systems. 
    ● Collaborate with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists and engineering to improve our fraud prevention mechanisms, processes and tools. 
    ● Learn and maintain strong domain knowledge of the world of fraud including prevention techniques and technologies. 
    ● Maintain or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) for timely resolution of queued cases to minimize potential losses. 
    ● Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner. 

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in investigating and resolving fraud incidents 
  • Experienced in analyzing data and comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong business judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training
  • Able to work through holidays
  • Minimum GPA of 4.2 out of 5.0 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in fintech, payments, lending, banking, or financial institutions is a plus 
  • Degree in statistics, math, finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline; graduate degree a plus 
  • Experience in using database query language (e.g. SQL, etc), and data processing and analytics tools such as Python / R / SAS is a plus 
  • Ideal candidate will be available to start within two weeks following an offer
