The VP of Growth and Performance Marketingat Stitch Fix is a critical leadership role that will create and drive strategic marketing initiatives that result in client and company growth.  Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee customer acquisition, performance marketing, demand generation, CRM and revenue growth.   • Collaborate closely with, and build win-win relationships with new and existing internal and external partners. 
  • Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.

  • You have 15+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, including 10+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing marketing and growth teams, as well as overseeing multiple levels of managers. Experience in a consumer goods industry, particularly in retail, fashion, or beauty, is strongly preferred.
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success.
  • You have strong experience in growth hacking, social media/viral marketing, managing demand generation, the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing.
  • You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (eg. Active Campaign), and Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics).
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance. $330,000$330,000 USD

About the Team

The Product Engineering organization is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the end-user experiences that comprise our software platform. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Engineering to lead our Product Engineering team. The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000-210,000. What will you do?

  • Make outbound phone calls to clinicians and develop prospective business by building relationships, persuading and influencing them to consider Signify Health
  • Screen, qualify and determine viability of clinicians
  • Build an active pipeline, and continually identify and develop new healthcare clinician prospects
  • Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process and act as a subject matter expert while taking a consultative approach with clinicians

The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,500 to $85,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

    Compensation

    About the Team

    What You’ll Do

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security program. As Vice-President and manager of our Security team, you will report to the CTO and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and programs to ensure information assets and technologies are protected. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement proactive security initiatives, policies, and protocols to create a culture of security at Life360. You excel at making risk assessments and tradeoffs and working with constrained resources to achieve big things. In addition to being an organizational leader, you are also a strong individual contributor, able to jump into the day-to-day of your team and the programs you are driving as needed.

    Develop and Implement a Security Strategy:

    • Create and execute a comprehensive information security strategy to protect the organization’s assets.
